< Revelation 14 >

1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him an hundred and forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.
Hessafe guye, Dorssay Xiyoone Deriya bolla eqqidayssa be7as. Iyara iya sunthaynne iya Aawa sunthay entta som77on xaafettida, 144, 000 asay de7ees.
2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
Saloppe gita haatha guunthadanne dada guunthu daaniya wolqqaama girssi si7as. Qassi ta si7ida girssay diithi diixishin si7ettiya girssaa mela.
3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, who were redeemed from the earth.

4 These are they who were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they who follow the Lamb wherever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.

6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, (aiōnios g166)

8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her immorality.
Koyroyssa kaallidi hara nam77antho kiitanchchoy, “Dere ubbaa tunanne mathoya woyne ushshida, gita Baabilooney kunddasu! Kunddasu!” yaagidi waassis.

Heedzantho kiitanchchoy entta kaallidi, ba qaala dhoqqu oothidi, “Do7aanne iya misiliya goynniya qassi iya malla ba som77on woykko ba kushen wothiya oonikka de7ikko,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, Write, Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works follow them.
Hessafe guye, “Hizappe Godan hayqqeyssati anjjettidayssata” yaagiya qaala saloppe si7as. Ayyaanay, “Ee tuma, entta oosoy entta kaalliya gisho, entti bantta daaburappe shemppana” yaagees.

19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
He kiitanchchoy ba baaca yeddidi, sa7an de7iya woyniyappe qanxidi, Xoossaa gita hanquwa gum77iya bessan yeggis.
20 And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even to the horses’ bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
