Psalms 96
1 O sing to the LORD a new song: sing to the LORD, all the earth.
Псалом Хвалебная песнь Давида. На построение дома. Воспойте Господу песнь новую; воспойте Господу, вся земля;
2 Sing to the LORD, bless his name; show forth his salvation from day to day.
пойте Господу, благословляйте имя Его, благовествуйте со дня на день спасение Его;
3 Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.
возвещайте в народах славу Его, во всех племенах чудеса Его;
4 For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.
ибо велик Господь и достохвален, страшен Он паче всех богов.
5 For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.
Ибо все боги народов - идолы, а Господь небеса сотворил.
6 Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
Слава и величие пред лицем Его, сила и великолепие во святилище Его.
7 Give to the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give to the LORD glory and strength.
Воздайте Господу, племена народов, воздайте Господу славу и честь;
8 Give to the LORD the glory due to his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.
воздайте Господу славу имени Его, несите дары и идите во дворы Его;
9 O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.
поклонитесь Господу во благолепии святыни. Трепещи пред лицем Его, вся земля!
10 Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.
Скажите народам: Господь царствует! потому тверда вселенная, не поколеблется. Он будет судить народы по правде.
11 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and all it containeth.
Да веселятся небеса и да торжествует земля; да шумит море и что наполняет его;
12 Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it: then shall all the trees of the forest rejoice
да радуется поле и все, что на нем, и да ликуют все дерева дубравные!
13 Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.
пред лицем Господа; ибо идет, ибо идет судить землю. Он будет судить вселенную по правде, и народы - по истине Своей.
