Psalms 92
1 A Psalm or Song for the sabbath day. It is a good thing to give thanks to the LORD, and to sing praises to thy name, O most High:
௧ஓய்வுநாளின் பாடல். யெகோவாவை துதிப்பதும், உன்னதமான தேவனே, உமது நாமத்தைப் புகழ்ந்து பாடுவதும்,
2 To show forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
௨பத்துநரம்பு வீணையினாலும், தம்புருவினாலும், தியானத்தோடு வாசிக்கும் சுரமண்டலத்தினாலும்,
3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
௩காலையிலே உமது கிருபையையும், இரவிலே உமது சத்தியத்தையும் அறிவிப்பதும் நலமாக இருக்கும்.
4 For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.
௪யெகோவாவே, உமது செயல்களால் என்னை மகிழ்ச்சியாக்கினீர், உமது கரத்தின் செயல்களுக்காக ஆனந்த சத்தமிடுவேன்.
5 O LORD, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
௫யெகோவாவே, உமது செயல்கள் எவ்வளவு மகத்துவமானவைகள்! உமது யோசனைகள் மகா ஆழமானவைகள்.
6 A stupid man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.
௬மிருககுணமுள்ள மனிதன் அதை அறியமாட்டான்; மூடன் அதை உணரமாட்டான்.
7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:
௭துன்மார்க்கர்கள் புல்லைப்போலே தழைத்து, அக்கிரமக்காரர்கள் அனைவரும் செழிக்கும்போது, அது அவர்கள் என்றென்றைக்கும் அழிந்துபோவதற்கே ஏதுவாகும்.
8 But thou, LORD, art most high for evermore.
௮யெகோவாவே, நீர் என்றென்றைக்கும் உன்னதமானவராக இருக்கிறீர்.
9 For, lo, thy enemies, O LORD, for, lo, thy enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
௯யெகோவாவே, உமது எதிரிகள் அழிவார்கள்; உமது எதிரிகள் அழிந்தேபோவார்கள்; எல்லா அக்கிரமக்காரர்களும் சிதறப்பட்டுபோவார்கள்.
10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
௧0என்னுடைய கொம்பைக் காண்டாமிருகத்தின் கொம்பைப்போல உயர்த்துவீர்; புது எண்ணெயால் அபிஷேகம் செய்யப்படுகிறேன்.
11 My eye also shall see my desire on my enemies, and my ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me.
௧௧என்னுடைய எதிரிகளுக்கு நேரிடுவதை என்னுடைய கண் காணும்; எனக்கு விரோதமாக எழும்புகிற துன்மார்க்கர்களுக்கு நேரிடுவதை என்னுடைய காது கேட்கும்.
12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
௧௨நீதிமான் பனையைப்போல் செழித்து, லீபனோனிலுள்ள கேதுருவைப்போல் வளருவான்.
13 Those that are planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.
௧௩யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்திலே நடப்பட்டவர்கள் எங்களுடைய தேவனுடைய முற்றங்களில் செழித்திருப்பார்கள்.
14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
௧௪யெகோவா உத்தமரென்றும், என்னுடைய கன்மலையாகிய அவரிடத்தில் அநீதியில்லையென்றும், விளங்கச்செய்யும்படி,
15 To show that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
௧௫அவர்கள் முதிர்வயதிலும் கனிதந்து, புஷ்டியும் பசுமையுமாக இருப்பார்கள்.
