Psalms 68
1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm or Song of David. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.
၁ဘုရားသခင်သည်ထတော်မူ၍ကိုယ်တော်၏ ရန်သူများကိုကွဲလွင့်စေတော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုမုန်းသောသူတို့သည်အရေးနိမ့်၍ ထွက်ပြေးကြ၏။
2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
၂ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့အားလေတွင်လွင့်ပါ သွားသော မီးခိုးကဲ့သို့လွင့်စင်သွားစေတော်မူ၏။ ဖယောင်းသည်မီးရှေ့တွင်အရည်ပျော်သကဲ့သို့ လူယုတ်မာတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ရှေ့တွင် သေကျေပျက်စီးကြ၏။
3 But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.
၃သူတော်ကောင်းတို့မူကားကိုယ်တော်၏ရှေ့တော်တွင် ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းကြ၏။ သူတို့သည်အလွန်ပင်ပျော်ရွှင်ကြ၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာကြွေးကြော်ကြ၏။
4 Sing to God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.
၄ဘုရားသခင်အားသီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်၏နာမတော်အားထောမနာ သီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ မိုးတိမ်ကိုစီးတော်မူသောအရှင်၏အတွက် လမ်းခရီးကိုပြင်ဆင်ကြလော့။ ထိုအရှင်၏နာမတော်ကားထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်သတည်း။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ရှေ့တော်တွင်ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြလော့။
5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
၅သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သည့်ဗိမာန်တော်တွင် ကိန်းဝပ်တော်မူသောဘုရားသခင်သည် မိဘမဲ့သူများကိုစောင့်ရှောက်၍မုဆိုးမ များကို ကာကွယ်တော်မူ၏။
6 God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those who are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
၆ကိုယ်တော်သည်အဖော်မဲ့သူတို့အားအိမ် ထောင်နှင့် နေထိုင်ခွင့်ကိုပေးတော်မူ၍ အကျဉ်းခံရသူတို့ကိုအနှောင်အဖွဲ့မှ လွတ်မြောက်စေတော်မူ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်အားပုန်ကန်ကြသူတို့ သည်ကား သွေ့ခြောက်သည့်အရပ်တွင်နေထိုင်ကြရလိမ့်မည်။
7 O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; (Selah)
၇အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား လမ်းပြပို့ဆောင်ကာတောကန္တာရကိုဖြတ်၍ ချီတက်တော်မူသောအခါ၌
8 The earth shook, the heavens also rained at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
၈မြေကြီးသည်တုန်လှုပ်၍မိုးကောင်းကင်မှ မိုးရွာပါ၏။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော် သိနာတောင်၏ဘုရားတည်းဟူသော ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရားသည် ကြွလာတော်မူသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
9 Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, by which thou didst confirm thy inheritance, when it was weary.
၉ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိုးကိုသည်းထန်စွာရွာစေ သဖြင့် ပင်ပန်းနွမ်းနယ်လျက်နေသည့်ပြည်တော်ကို ပြန်လည်၍လန်းဆန်းစေတော်မူပါ၏။
10 Thy congregation hath dwelt in it: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor.
၁၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်သည်ထိုအရပ်တွင် နေထိုင်ကြ၏။ ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါးသူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ကောင်းမြတ်တော်မူခြင်းကြောင့်ဖူလုံလျက်ရှိ ကြပါ၏။
11 The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that proclaimed it.
၁၁ဘုရားရှင်အမိန့်တော်ရှိ၍အမျိုးသမီး အမြောက်အမြားသည် ``ရှင်ဘုရင်များနှင့်သူတို့၏စစ်သည်ဗိုလ်ခြေ တို့သည် ဆုတ်ပြေးကြလေပြီ'' ဟုသတင်းလွှင့်ကြ၏။ အမျိုးသမီးတို့သည်မိမိတို့အိမ်များတွင် လက်ရပစ္စည်းများကိုခွဲဝေကြ၏။
12 Kings of armies fled apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil.
၁၂
13 Though ye lie among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.
၁၃ယင်းပစ္စည်းများမှာရွှေရောင်ပြောင်လက်သော အမွေးအတောင်များရှိသည့် ငွေဖြင့်ဖုံးအုပ်သောချိုးငှက်ရုပ်များဖြစ်သည်။ (သင်တို့အချို့သည်စစ်ပွဲဝင်သောနေ့တွင် အဘယ်ကြောင့်သိုးခြံများ၌နေခဲ့သနည်း။)
14 When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was white as snow in Salmon.
၁၄အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ဘုရားသခင်သည် ဇာလမုန်တောင်ပေါ်တွင်ဘုရင်မင်းတို့ကို ကွဲလွင့်စေတော်မူသောအခါထိုတောင်ပေါ် တွင် မိုးပွင့်များကျစေတော်မူ၏။
15 The hill of God is as the hill of Bashan; an high hill as the hill of Bashan.
၁၅ဗာရှန်တောင်သည်လွန်စွာကြီးမားလှပါပေသည်။ တောင်ထိပ်များစွာရှိသည့်တောင်ဖြစ်ပါသည် တကား။
16 Why leap ye, ye lofty hills? this is the hill which God desireth to dwell in; yea, the LORD will dwell in it for ever.
၁၆ကြီးမားသည့်တောင်ထိပ်များမှသင်သည် အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဘုရားသခင်ကိန်းဝပ်တော် မူရန် ရွေးချယ်ထားသည့်တောင်တော်ကိုမထီလေးစား စိတ်ဖြင့်ကြည့်ပါသနည်း။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ထိုတောင်ပေါ်တွင်ထာဝစဉ် ကိန်းဝပ်တော်မူမည်။
17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.
၁၇ထာဝရဘုရားသည်အင်အားကြီးမားသည့် စစ်ရထားထောင်ပေါင်းများစွာနှင့် သိနာတောင်မှသန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သည့် အရပ်သို့ ကြွလာတော်မူ၏။
18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them.
၁၈ကိုယ်တော်သည်သုံ့ပန်းများကိုခေါ်ဆောင်၍ မြင့်သောအရပ်သို့တက်ကြွတော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ပုန်ကန်သူတို့၏ထံမှ လက်ဆောင်ပဏ္ဏာများကိုခံယူတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရအရှင်ဘုရားသခင်သည်ထိုအရပ် တွင် ကိန်းဝပ်တော်မူမည်။
19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. (Selah)
၁၉ငါတို့၏ဝန်ထုပ်များကိုနေ့စဉ်နေ့တိုင်း သယ်ဆောင်တော်မူသောထာဝရဘုရားအား ထောမနာပြုကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါတို့ကိုကယ်တော်မူသော ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
20 He that is our God is the God of salvation; and to GOD the Lord belong the issues from death.
၂၀ငါတို့၏ဘုရားသည်ကယ်တော်မူသောဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ကားထာဝရဘုရား၊ ငါတို့အားသေဘေးမှကယ်ဆယ်တော် မူသော ငါတို့၏ဘုရားရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
21 But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such one as goeth on still in his trespasses.
၂၁ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏ရန်သူများနှင့် အပြစ်ပြုမြဲပြုနေသူများ၏ဦးခေါင်းကို ဧကန်အမှန်ခုတ်ဖြတ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
22 The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring my people again from the depths of the sea:
၂၂ဘုရားသခင်က``သင်တို့သည်ရန်သူများ၏ သွေးအိုင်တွင်လျှောက်သွားနိုင်ကြစေရန်နှင့် သင်တို့၏ခွေးများသည်သူတို့၏သွေးကို အလိုရှိသမျှလျက်သောက်နိုင်ကြစေရန် သူတို့အားဗာရှန်ပြည်မှငါပြန်လည်ခေါ်ဆောင် ခဲ့မည်။ သမုဒ္ဒရာရေနက်ကြီးထဲမှပြန်လည်ခေါ်ဆောင် ခဲ့မည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
23 That thy foot may be dipped in the blood of thy enemies, and the tongue of thy dogs in the same.
၂၃
24 They have seen thy goings, O God; even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.
၂၄အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အောင်စစ်ချီတော်မူခြင်း၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အရှင်ဘုရားသခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်သို့ကြွဝင်တော်မူခြင်းကို လူပေါင်းတို့တွေ့မြင်ကြပါ၏။
25 The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after; among them were the damsels playing with timbrels.
၂၅သီချင်းသီဆိုသူများသည်ရှေ့မှလိုက်၍ တူရိယာတီးမှုတ်သူများကနောက်မှလိုက် ကြပါ၏။ ပတ်သာတီးမှုတ်သူအမျိုးသမီးငယ်များကမူ အလယ်မှလိုက်ပါကြပါ၏။
26 Bless ye God in the congregations, even the Lord, from the fountain of Israel.
၂၆ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုတော်အစည်းအဝေးတွင် ဘုရားသခင်အားထောမနာပြုလော့။ ယာကုပ်၏သားမြေးအပေါင်းတို့၊ထာဝရ ဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။
27 There is little Benjamin with their ruler, the princes of Judah and their counsel, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.
၂၇ချီတက်လာသောထိုလူစုထဲတွင်ဦးစွာ အငယ်ဆုံးဖြစ်သောဗင်္ယာမိန်အနွယ်ဝင်များ၊ ထိုနောက်ယုဒခေါင်းဆောင်များနှင့်အနွယ် ဝင်များ၊ သူတို့နောက်မှဇာဗုလုန်နှင့်နဿလိ ခေါင်းဆောင်များနှင့်အနွယ်ဝင်များလိုက်ပါ ကြ၏။
28 Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.
၂၈အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်များကိုယ်တော်ထံလက်ဆောင်များ ဆက်သရာယေရုရှင်လင်မြို့ရှိဗိမာန်တော်မှ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အတွက်အသုံးပြုတော်မူ ခဲ့သော တန်ခိုးတော်ကိုပြတော်မူပါ။
29 Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents to thee.
၂၉
30 Rebuke the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, till every one shall submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter thou the people that delight in war.
၃၀ကူတောမှသားရဲတိရစ္ဆာန်ဖြစ်သည့်အီဂျစ် ပြည်ကို ဆုံးမတော်မူပါ။ နွားလားဥသဘများနှင့်နောက်လိုက် နွားပျိုများတည်းဟူသောလူမျိုးများ သည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားဦးညွှတ်ပျပ်ဝပ်၍ လက်ဆောင် ပဏ္ဏာဆက်သလာသည်တိုင်အောင်သူတို့အား ဆုံးမတော်မူပါ။ စစ်တိုက်ရန်နှစ်သက်သောလူမျိုးတို့ကိုကွဲလွင့် စေတော်မူပါ။
31 Princes shall come out of Egypt; Cush shall soon stretch out her hands to God.
၃၁အီဂျစ်ပြည်မှသံတမန်များသည်အထံ တော်သို့ လာကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ ဆူဒန်ပြည်သားတို့သည်လက်အုပ်ချီ၍ ဘုရားသခင်ထံတော်သို့ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာ ပြုကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
32 Sing to God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises to the Lord; (Selah)
၃၂လောကနိုင်ငံအပေါင်းတို့၊ဘုရားသခင်အား သီချင်းဆို၍ချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။ ရှေးမဆွကတည်ရှိနေသည့်မိုးကောင်းကင်တွင် ကြွမြန်းတော်မူသောဘုရားရှင်အား ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ ကျယ်စွာမိန့်မြွက်တော်မူသောအသံကို နားထောင်ကြလော့။
33 To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.
၃၃
34 Ascribe ye strength to God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.
၃၄ဘုရားသခင်၏တန်ခိုးတော်ကိုထုတ်ဖော် ကြေညာကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်ကျက်သရေတော်သည် ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အပေါ်တွင်လွှမ်းမိုး၍ ကိုယ်တော်၏ဘုန်းအာနုဘော်တော်သည် မိုးကောင်းကင်၌ထင်ရှားလျက်ရှိ၏။
35 O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power to his people. Blessed be God.
၃၅သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်မှကြွလာတော်မူသော ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် သည် ရိုသေကြောက်ရွံ့ဖွယ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်တကား။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အားတန်ခိုးနှင့် စွမ်းရည်ကိုပေးတော်မူ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်အားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။
