Psalms 38

1 A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance. O LORD, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

၁အောက်မေ့ စေခြင်းငှာ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အမျက် တော်ထွက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အပြစ် တင်တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ ပြင်းစွာ သောစိတ် တော်ရှိ၍ ဆုံးမ တော်မမူပါနှင့်။

2 For thy arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand falleth heavy upon me.

၂မြှား တော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ စုဝေး ၍ ၊ လက် တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှိပ် လျက်ရှိပါ၏။

3 There is no soundness in my flesh because of thy anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.

၃အမျက် တော်ထွက်သောကြောင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသား သည် ကျန်းမာ ခြင်းမ ရှိပါ။ ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကြောင့် အရိုး များထဲ မှာ သက်သာ ခြင်းမ ရှိပါ။

4 For my iniquities have gone over my head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.

၄အကျွန်ုပ် ပြုမိသော ဒုစရိုက် တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခေါင်း ကို လွှမ်းမိုး ၍ ၊ လေး သောဝန် ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ် မထမ်း နိုင်အောင် လေး ကြပါ၏။

5 My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness.

၅အကျွန်ုပ် မိုက် သောအမှုကြောင့် အနာ တို့သည် နံ စော်၍ ရိယွဲ့လျက်ရှိကြပါ၏။

6 I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.

၆အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပြင်းထန် စွာခံရ၍၊ အလွန် နှိမ့်ချ လျက်၊ ကြမ်းတမ်းသောအဝတ်ကိုဝတ်လျက် တနေ့လုံး သွား ရပါ၏။

7 For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh.

၇အကျွန်ုပ် ခါး သည် ပူလောင် သောအနာစွဲ ၍ ၊ အသား သည်လည်း ကျန်းမာ ခြင်းမ ရှိပါ။

8 I am feeble and grievously broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart.

၈နုန်နဲ့ ခြင်း၊ ကြေကွဲ ခြင်းရှိ၍ ၊ စိတ် နှလုံးလှုပ်ရှား သဖြင့် အော်ဟစ် ရပါသည်။

9 Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.

၉အိုဘုရား ရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အလို ရှိသမျှ သည် ရှေ့ တော်၌ ထင်ရှားပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ညည်းတွား ခြင်း ကိုလည်း အကြွင်းမဲ့ သိတော်မူ၏။

10 My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of my eyes, that also is gone from me.

၁၀အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ နှလုံး တုန်လှုပ် ၍၊ ခွန်အား လည်း ကုန် ပါပြီ။ မျက်စိ အလင်း သည် ကွယ် ပျောက်ပါပြီ။

11 My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my affliction; and my kinsmen stand afar off.

၁၁အကျွန်ုပ် ၏အဆွေ ခင်ပွန်း၊ အပေါင်း အဘော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အနာ ရောဂါကြောင့် ၊ ဝေးဝေး ရပ် လျက် ၊ ပေါင်းဘော် တို့သည်လည်း ရှောင် လျက် နေကြ ပါ၏။

12 They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long.

၁၂အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့သည် ကျော့ကွင်း များကို ထောင်ထားကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ အပြစ် ပြုခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့သည် တနေ့လုံး မနာလို သောစကားကိုပြော ၍ ၊ မကောင်းသောပရိယာယ် ကို ကြံစည် ကြပါ၏။

13 But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth.

၁၃အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ၊ နားပင်း သောသူကဲ့ သို့ မ ကြား။ နှုတ် ကို မ ဖွင့် တတ်သောလူ ကဲ့ သို့ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။

14 Thus I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs.

၁၄နားမ ကြား ၊ ပြန် ၍မ ငြင်းနိုင်သော သူ ကဲ့ သို့ဖြစ် ပါ၏။

15 For in thee, O LORD, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.

၁၅အကြောင်း မူကား၊ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကိုအကျွန်ုပ် ကိုးစား ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ အရှင် ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ပြန် ပြောတော်မူမည်။

16 For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.

၁၆သို့မဟုတ် ၊ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အမှုမှာ ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ခြေ ချော် သောအခါ အကျွန်ုပ် တဘက် ၌ ကိုယ် ကို ချီးမြှောက် ကြပါ လိမ့်မည်ဟု လျှောက် ပါပြီ။

17 For I am ready to halt, and my sorrow is continually before me.

၁၇အကျွန်ုပ် လဲ လု သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကိုယ် ဆင်းရဲ ခြင်းကို အစဉ် အောက်မေ့ လျက်နေရပါ၏။

18 For I will declare my iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin.

၁၈ကိုယ် အပြစ် ကိုဘော် ပြပါ၏။ ပြစ်မှား မိသောကြောင့် စိတ် ပူပန်ခြင်းရှိပါ၏။

19 But my enemies are lively, and they are strong: and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied.

၁၉အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရန်သူ တို့ကား ၊ ကျန်းမာ လျက် ၊ ခွန်အား ကြီးလျက်ရှိ ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မ ဟုတ်မှန်ဘဲ မုန်း သောသူတို့ကား၊ များပြား ကြပါ၏။

20 They also that render evil for good are my adversaries; because I follow the thing that is good.

၂၀အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကျေးဇူး တရားကို ကြိုးစား၍ ကျင့် သောကြောင့် ၊ ကျေးဇူး အတွက် အပြစ် ပြု တတ်သောသူတို့ သည်အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ရန်ဘက် ပြုကြပါ၏။

21 Forsake me not, O LORD: O my God, be not far from me.

၂၁အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို စွန့်ပစ် တော်မ မူ ပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် နှင့် ဝေးဝေးနေ တော် မ မူပါနှင့်။

22 Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation.

၂၂အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူသောဘုရား ရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုမစ ခြင်းငှါ အလျင်အမြန်ကြွလာ တော်မူပါ။
