Psalms 32

1 A Psalm of David, Maschil. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

၁အပြစ် မှလွှတ် ခြင်း၊ ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကို ဖုံးအုပ် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သောသူသည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။

2 Blessed is the man to whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

၂ထာဝရဘုရား အပြစ် တင် တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် လွတ် ၍ ၊ လှည့်စား တတ်သောစိတ် သဘောနှင့် ကင်းစင် သောသူ သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။

3 When I kept silence, my bones became old through my roaring all the day long.

၃ငါ သည် အပြစ်ကိုမဘော်မပြဘဲ နေစဉ်အခါ ၊ တနေ့လုံး ညည်းတွား သောအားဖြင့် ၊ ငါ့ အရိုး တို့သည် ဆွေးမြေ့ ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြ၏။

4 For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. (Selah)

၄နေ့ ညဉ့်မပြတ် ကိုယ်တော် ၏လက် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အပေါ် မှာ လေး ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ချွေး ရည်သည် နွေ ကာလ၌ သွေ့ခြောက် ခြင်းကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် ပါ၏။

5 I acknowledged my sin to thee, and my iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions to the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. (Selah)

၅တဖန် အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကိုယ် အပြစ် ကိုရှေ့တော်၌ ဝန်ချ ပါ၏။ ပြု မိသောဒုစရိုက်ကို ဝှက် ၍မ ထားပါ။ ငါ လွန်ကျူး သောအရာကို ထာဝရဘုရား အား ဘော်ပြ တောင်းပန်မည်ဟုပြော ဆိုသောအခါ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ပြစ်မှား ခြင်းအပြစ် ကို လွှတ် တော်မူ၏။

6 For this shall every one that is godly pray to thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come near to him.

၆ထိုကြောင့် ကိုယ်တော် ကို တွေ့ သင့်သော အချိန် ကာလ ၌ ၊ သန့်ရှင်း သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ တောင်း လျှောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ အကယ် စင်စစ်လွှမ်းမိုး တတ်သောရေ ကြီး သည် သူ တို့ထံ သို့မ ချဉ်း ရပါ။

7 Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt surround me with songs of deliverance. (Selah)

၇ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခိုလှုံ ရာ ဖြစ်တော်မူ ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဘေး လွှတ်စေခြင်းငှါ ကွယ်ကာ စောင့်မတော်မူ၏။ ကယ်လွှတ် ကြောင်းကို ဆိုသောသီချင်း နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ခြံရံ စေတော်မူ၏။

8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with my eye.

၈သင့် ကိုငါသွန်သင် မည်။ သင် သွား ရမည့်လမ်း ကို ပြ ညွှန်မည်။ သင့် ကိုကြည့်ရှု ပြုစုမည်။ ဉာဏ် ပညာမဲ့ သော မြင်း လား ကဲ့ သို့မ ဖြစ် နှင့်။

9 Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near to thee.

၉သူ သည်သင့် ထံ သို့မ ချဉ်းကပ် သောကြောင့်၊ ပစပ်ကို ဇက် ခွံ့၍ ၊ ဇက်ကြိုး နှင့် ဆွဲ ရမည်။

10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall surround him.

၁၀မတရား သောသူသည် များ စွာသောဒုက္ခ ကို ခံရ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ကိုးစား သောသူကိုကား ၊ ကရုဏာ တော်သည် ဝန်းရံ တတ်၏။

11 Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.

၁၁ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွှင်လန်းကြလော့။ သဘော ဖြောင့် သောသူ တို့၊ ရွှင်လန်း စွာ သီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။
