Psalms 119
1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
| ا خوشا‌به‌حال کاملان طریق که به شریعت خداوند سالکند. | ۱ |
2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
| خوشا‌به‌حال آنانی که شهادات او را حفظ می‌کنند و به تمامی دل او را می‌طلبند. | ۲ |
3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
| کج روی نیز نمی کنندو به طریق های وی سلوک می‌نمایند. | ۳ |
4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
| تووصایای خود را امر فرموده‌ای تا آنها را تمام نگاه داریم. | ۴ |
5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
| کاش که راههای من مستحکم شودتا فرایض تو را حفظ کنم. | ۵ |
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all thy commandments.
| آنگاه خجل نخواهم شد چون تمام اوامر تو را در مد نظر خود دارم. | ۶ |
7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
| تو را به راستی دل حمد خواهم گفت چون داوریهای عدالت تو را آموخته شوم. | ۷ |
8 I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
| فرایض تورا نگاه می‌دارم. مرا بالکلیه ترک منما. | ۸ |
9 How shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed to it according to thy word.
| به چه چیز مرد جوان راه خود را پاک می‌سازد؟ به نگاه داشتنش موافق کلام تو. | ۹ |
10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
| به تمامی دل تو را طلبیدم. مگذار که از اوامر توگمراه شوم. | ۱۰ |
11 Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.
| کلام تو را در دل خود مخفی داشتم که مبادا به تو گناه ورزم. | ۱۱ |
12 Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
| ای خداوند تومتبارک هستی فرایض خود را به من بیاموز. | ۱۲ |
13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
| به لب های خود بیان کردم تمامی داوری های دهان تو را. | ۱۳ |
14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
| در طریق شهادات تو شادمانم. | ۱۴ |
15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect to thy ways.
| چنانکه در هر قسم توانگری، در وصایای توتفکر می‌کنم و به طریق های تو نگران خواهم بود. | ۱۵ |
16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
| از فرایض تو لذت می‌برم، پس کلام تو رافراموش نخواهم کرد. | ۱۶ |
17 Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.
| به بنده خود احسان بنما تا زنده شوم و کلام تو را حفظ نمایم. | ۱۷ |
18 Open thou my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
| چشمان مرا بگشا تا ازشریعت تو چیزهای عجیب بینم. | ۱۸ |
19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
| من در زمین غریب هستم. اوامر خود را از من مخفی مدار. | ۱۹ |
20 My soul breaketh for the longing that it hath to thy judgments at all times.
| جان من شکسته می‌شود از اشتیاق داوریهای تو در هر وقت. | ۲۰ |
21 Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, who do err from thy commandments.
| متکبران ملعون را توبیخ نمودی، که از اوامر تو گمراه می‌شوند. | ۲۱ |
22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.
| ننگ ورسوایی را از من بگردان، زیرا که شهادات تو راحفظ کرده‌ام. | ۲۲ |
23 Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.
| سروران نیز نشسته، به ضد من سخن‌گفتند. لیکن بنده تو در فرایض تو تفکرمی کند. | ۲۳ |
24 Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.
| شهادات تو نیز ابتهاج من و مشورت دهندگان من بوده‌اند. | ۲۴ |
25 My soul cleaveth to the dust: revive thou me according to thy word.
| جان من به خاک چسبیده است. مرا موافق کلام خود زنده ساز. | ۲۵ |
26 I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.
| راههای خود را ذکر کردم و مرا اجابت نمودی. پس فرایض خویش را به من بیاموز. | ۲۶ |
27 Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.
| طریق وصایای خود را به من بفهمان و در کارهای عجیب تو تفکر خواهم نمود. | ۲۷ |
28 My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according to thy word.
| جان من از حزن گداخته می‌شود. مرا موافق کلام خود برپا بدار. | ۲۸ |
29 Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.
| راه دروغ را از من دور کن و شریعت خود را به من عنایت فرما. | ۲۹ |
30 I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.
| طریق راستی رااختیار کردم و داوریهای تو را پیش خود گذاشتم. | ۳۰ |
31 I have cleaved to thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.
| به شهادات تو چسبیدم. ای خداوند مرا خجل مساز. | ۳۱ |
32 I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
| در طریق اوامر تو دوان خواهم رفت، وقتی که دل مرا وسعت دادی. | ۳۲ |
33 Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it to the end.
| ای خداوند طریق فرایض خود را به من بیاموز. پس آنها را تا به آخر نگاه خواهم داشت. | ۳۳ |
34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
| مرا فهم بده و شریعت تو را نگاه خواهم داشت و آن را به تمامی دل خود حفظ خواهم نمود. | ۳۴ |
35 Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for in that do I delight.
| مرا در سبیل اوامر خود سالک گردان زیرا که درآن رغبت دارم. | ۳۵ |
36 Incline my heart to thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
| دل مرا به شهادات خود مایل گردان و نه به سوی طمع. | ۳۶ |
37 Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity; and revive thou me in thy way.
| چشمانم را از دیدن بطالت برگردان و در طریق خود مرا زنده ساز. | ۳۷ |
38 Establish thy word to thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.
| کلام خود را بر بنده خویش استوار کن، که به ترس تو سپرده شده است. | ۳۸ |
39 Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.
| ننگ مرا که از آن می‌ترسم از من دور کن زیرا که داوریهای تو نیکواست. | ۳۹ |
40 Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: revive me in thy righteousness.
| هان به وصایای تو اشتیاق دارم. به حسب عدالت خود مرا زنده ساز. | ۴۰ |
41 Let thy mercies come also to me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word.
| ای خداوند رحمهای تو به من برسد ونجات تو به حسب کلام تو. | ۴۱ |
42 So shall I have that to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.
| تا بتوانم ملامت کننده خود را جواب دهم زیرا بر کلام تو توکل دارم. | ۴۲ |
43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.
| و کلام راستی را از دهانم بالکل مگیرزیرا که به داوریهای تو امیدوارم | ۴۳ |
44 So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.
| و شریعت تورا دائم نگاه خواهم داشت تا ابدالاباد. | ۴۴ |
45 And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.
| و به آزادی راه خواهم رفت زیرا که وصایای تو را طلبیده‌ام. | ۴۵ |
46 I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.
| و در شهادات تو به حضور پادشاهان سخن خواهم گفت و خجل نخواهم شد. | ۴۶ |
47 And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.
| و ازوصایای تو تلذذ خواهم یافت که آنها را دوست می‌دارم. | ۴۷ |
48 My hands also will I lift to thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.
| و دستهای خود را به اوامر تو که دوست می‌دارم بر خواهم افراشت و در فرایض تو تفکر خواهم نمود. | ۴۸ |
49 Remember the word to thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.
| کلام خود را با بنده خویش به یاد آور که مرا بر آن امیدوار گردانیدی. | ۴۹ |
50 This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath revived me.
| این در مصیبتم تسلی من است زیرا قول تو مرا زنده ساخت. | ۵۰ |
51 The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet I have not declined from thy law.
| متکبران مرا بسیار استهزا کردند، لیکن ازشریعت تو رو نگردانیدم. | ۵۱ |
52 I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.
| ای خداوندداوریهای تو را از قدیم به یاد آوردم و خویشتن راتسلی دادم. | ۵۲ |
53 Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
| حدت خشم مرا درگرفته است، به‌سبب شریرانی که شریعت تو را ترک کرده‌اند. | ۵۳ |
54 Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.
| فرایض تو سرودهای من گردید، در خانه غربت من. | ۵۴ |
55 I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law.
| ای خداوند نام تو را در شب به یادآوردم و شریعت تو را نگاه داشتم. | ۵۵ |
56 This I had, because I kept thy precepts.
| این بهره من گردید، زیرا که وصایای تو را نگاه داشتم. | ۵۶ |
57 Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.
| خداوند نصیب من است. گفتم که کلام تو رانگاه خواهم داشت. | ۵۷ |
58 I entreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful to me according to thy word.
| رضامندی تو را به تمامی دل خود طلبیدم. به حسب کلام خود بر من رحم فرما. | ۵۸ |
59 I thought on my ways, and turned my feet to thy testimonies.
| در راههای خود تفکر کردم و پایهای خود را به شهادات تو مایل ساختم. | ۵۹ |
60 I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
| شتابیدم ودرنگ نکردم تا اوامر تو را نگاه دارم. | ۶۰ |
61 The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy law.
| ریسمانهای شریران مرا احاطه کرد، لیکن شریعت تو را فراموش نکردم. | ۶۱ |
62 At midnight I will rise to give thanks to thee because of thy righteous judgments.
| در نصف شب برخاستم تا تو را حمد گویم برای داوریهای عدالت تو. | ۶۲ |
63 I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.
| من همه ترسندگانت را رفیق هستم، و آنانی را که وصایای تو را نگاه می‌دارند. | ۶۳ |
64 The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.
| ای خداوند زمین از رحمت تو پر است. فرایض خودرا به من بیاموز. | ۶۴ |
65 Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according to thy word.
| با بنده خود احسان نمودی، ای خداوندموافق کلام خویش. | ۶۵ |
66 Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.
| خردمندی نیکو و معرفت را به من بیاموز زیرا که به اوامر تو ایمان آوردم. | ۶۶ |
67 Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.
| قبل از آنکه مصیبت را ببینم من گمراه شدم لیکن الان کلام تو را نگاه داشتم. | ۶۷ |
68 Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
| تو نیکو هستی و نیکویی می‌کنی. فرایض خود را به من بیاموز. | ۶۸ |
69 The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart.
| متکبران بر من دروغ بستند. و اما من به تمامی دل وصایای تو را نگاه داشتم. | ۶۹ |
70 Their heart is covered with fat; but I delight in thy law.
| دل ایشان مثل پیه فربه است. و اما من در شریعت تو تلذذمی یابم. | ۷۰ |
71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.
| مرا نیکو است که مصیبت را دیدم، تافرایض تو را بیاموزم. | ۷۱ |
72 The law of thy mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
| شریعت دهان تو برای من بهتر است از هزاران طلا و نقره. | ۷۲ |
73 Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
| دستهای تو مرا ساخته و آفریده است. مرافهیم گردان تا اوامر تو را بیاموزم. | ۷۳ |
74 They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.
| ترسندگان توچون مرا بینند شادمان گردند زیرا به کلام توامیدوار هستم. | ۷۴ |
75 I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.
| ای خداوند دانسته‌ام که داوریهای تو عدل است، و بر‌حق مرا مصیبت داده‌ای. | ۷۵ |
76 Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word to thy servant.
| پس رحمت تو برای تسلی من بشود، موافق کلام تو با بنده خویش. | ۷۶ |
77 Let thy tender mercies come to me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight.
| رحمت های توبه من برسد تا زنده شوم زیرا که شریعت تو تلذذمن است. | ۷۷ |
78 Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.
| متکبران خجل شوند زیرا به دروغ مرا اذیت رسانیدند. و اما من در وصایای تو تفکرمی کنم. | ۷۸ |
79 Let those that fear thee turn to me, and those that have known thy testimonies.
| ترسندگان تو به من رجوع کنند و آنانی که شهادات تو را می‌دانند. | ۷۹ |
80 Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I may not be ashamed.
| دل من در فرایض تو کامل شود، تا خجل نشوم. | ۸۰ |
81 My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word.
| جان من برای نجات تو کاهیده می‌شود. لیکن به کلام تو امیدوار هستم. | ۸۱ |
82 My eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
| چشمان من برای کلام تو تار گردیده است و می‌گویم کی مراتسلی خواهی داد. | ۸۲ |
83 For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet I do not forget thy statutes.
| زیرا که مثل مشک در دودگردیده‌ام. لیکن فرایض تو را فراموش نکرده‌ام. | ۸۳ |
84 How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?
| چند است روزهای بنده تو؟ و کی بر جفاکنندگانم داوری خواهی نمود؟ | ۸۴ |
85 The proud have dug pits for me, which are not according to thy law.
| متکبران برای من حفره‌ها زدند زیرا که موافق شریعت تونیستند. | ۸۵ |
86 All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.
| تمامی اوامر تو امین است. بر من ناحق جفا کردند. پس مرا امداد فرما. | ۸۶ |
87 They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.
| نزدیک بود که مرا از زمین نابود سازند. اما من وصایای تو را ترک نکردم. | ۸۷ |
88 Revive me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth.
| به حسب رحمت خود مرا زنده ساز تاشهادات دهان تو را نگاه دارم. | ۸۸ |
89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
| ای خداوند کلام تو تا ابدالاباد در آسمانهاپایدار است. | ۸۹ |
90 Thy faithfulness is to all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
| امانت تو نسلا بعد نسل است. زمین را آفریده‌ای و پایدار می‌ماند. | ۹۰ |
91 They continue this day according to thy ordinances: for all are thy servants.
| برای داوریهای تو تا امروز ایستاده‌اند زیرا که همه بنده تو هستند. | ۹۱ |
92 Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in my affliction.
| اگر شریعت تو تلذذ من نمی بود، هرآینه در مذلت خود هلاک می‌شدم. | ۹۲ |
93 I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast revived me.
| وصایای تو را تا به ابد فراموش نخواهم کردزیرا به آنها مرا زنده ساخته‌ای. | ۹۳ |
94 I am thine, save me; for I have sought thy precepts.
| من از آن توهستم مرا نجات ده زیرا که وصایای تو را طلبیدم. | ۹۴ |
95 The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies.
| شریران برای من انتظار کشیدند تا مرا هلاک کنند. لیکن در شهادات تو تامل می‌کنم. | ۹۵ |
96 I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad.
| برای هر کمالی انتهایی دیدم، لیکن حکم تو بی‌نهایت وسیع است. | ۹۶ |
97 O how I love thy law! it is my meditation all the day.
| شریعت تو را چقدر دوست می‌دارم. | ۹۷ |
98 Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than my enemies: for they are ever with me.
| اوامر تو مرا ازدشمنانم حکیم تر ساخته است زیرا که همیشه نزد من می‌باشد. | ۹۸ |
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my (meditation)
| از جمیع معلمان خود فهیم ترشدم زیرا که شهادات تو تفکر من است. | ۹۹ |
100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.
| ازمشایخ خردمندتر شدم زیرا که وصایای تو رانگاه داشتم. | ۱۰۰ |
101 I have restrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.
| پایهای خود را از هر راه بد نگاه داشتم تا آن که کلام تو را حفظ کنم. | ۱۰۱ |
102 I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.
| ازداوریهای تو رو برنگردانیدم، زیرا که تو مرا تعلیم دادی. | ۱۰۲ |
103 How sweet are thy words to my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
| کلام تو به مذاق من چه شیرین است وبه دهانم از عسل شیرین تر. | ۱۰۳ |
104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
| از وصایای توفطانت را تحصیل کردم. بنابراین هر راه دروغ رامکروه می‌دارم. | ۱۰۴ |
105 Thy word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.
| کلام تو برای پایهای من چراغ، و برای راههای من نور است. | ۱۰۵ |
106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments.
| قسم خوردم و آن راوفا خواهم نمود که داوریهای عدالت تو را نگاه خواهم داشت. | ۱۰۶ |
107 I am afflicted very much: revive me, O LORD, according to thy word.
| بسیار ذلیل شده‌ام. ای خداوند، موافق کلام خود مرا زنده ساز! | ۱۰۷ |
108 Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me thy judgments.
| ای خداوند هدایای تبرعی دهان مرا منظور فرما وداوریهای خود را به من بیاموز. | ۱۰۸ |
109 My soul is continually in my hand: yet I do not forget thy law.
| جان من همیشه در کف من است، لیکن شریعت تو رافراموش نمی کنم. | ۱۰۹ |
110 The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.
| شریران برای من دام گذاشته‌اند، اما از وصایای تو گمراه نشدم. | ۱۱۰ |
111 Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.
| شهادات تو را تا به ابد میراث خود ساخته‌ام زیرا که آنها شادمانی دل من است. | ۱۱۱ |
112 I have inclined my heart to perform thy statutes always, even to the end.
| دل خود رابرای بجا آوردن فرایض تو مایل ساختم، تاابدالاباد و تا نهایت. | ۱۱۲ |
113 I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.
| مردمان دو رو را مکروه داشته‌ام، لیکن شریعت تو را دوست می‌دارم. | ۱۱۳ |
114 Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
| ستر و سپر من تو هستی. به کلام تو انتظار می‌کشم. | ۱۱۴ |
115 Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.
| ای بدکاران، از من دور شوید! و اوامر خدای خویش را نگاه خواهم داشت. | ۱۱۵ |
116 Uphold me according to thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.
| مرا به حسب کلام خود تایید کن تا زنده شوم و از امید خود خجل نگردم. | ۱۱۶ |
117 Support me, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect to thy statutes continually.
| مرا تقویت کن تا رستگار گردم و برفرایض تو دائم نظر نمایم. | ۱۱۷ |
118 Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.
| همه کسانی را که از فرایض تو گمراه شده‌اند، حقیر شمرده‌ای زیراکه مکر ایشان دروغ است. | ۱۱۸ |
119 Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.
| جمیع شریران زمین را مثل درد هلاک می‌کنی. بنابراین شهادات تو را دوست می‌دارم. | ۱۱۹ |
120 My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.
| موی بدن من از خوف تو برخاسته است و از داوریهای تو ترسیدم. | ۱۲۰ |
121 I have executed justice and righteousness: leave me not to my oppressors.
| داد و عدالت را به‌جا آوردم. مرا به ظلم کنندگانم تسلیم منما. | ۱۲۱ |
122 Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.
| برای سعادت بنده خود ضامن شو تا متکبران بر من ظلم نکنند. | ۱۲۲ |
123 My eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.
| چشمانم برای نجات تو تار شده است و برای کلام عدالت تو. | ۱۲۳ |
124 Deal with thy servant according to thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.
| با بنده خویش موافق رحمانیتت عمل نما و فرایض خود را به من بیاموز. | ۱۲۴ |
125 I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.
| من بنده تو هستم. مرا فهیم گردان تاشهادات تو را دانسته باشم. | ۱۲۵ |
126 It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.
| وقت است که خداوند عمل کند زیرا که شریعت تو را باطل نموده‌اند. | ۱۲۶ |
127 Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.
| بنابراین، اوامر تو را دوست می‌دارم، زیادتر از طلا و زر خالص. | ۱۲۷ |
128 Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.
| بنابراین، همه وصایای تو را در هر چیز راست می‌دانم، وهر راه دروغ را مکروه می‌دارم. | ۱۲۸ |
129 Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.
| شهادات تو عجیب است. ازین سبب جان من آنها را نگاه می‌دارد. | ۱۲۹ |
130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding to the simple.
| کشف کلام تو نورمی بخشد و ساده دلان را فهیم می‌گرداند. | ۱۳۰ |
131 I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.
| دهان خود را نیکو باز کرده، نفس زدم زیرا که مشتاق وصایای تو بودم. | ۱۳۱ |
132 Look thou upon me, and be merciful to me, as thou didst use to do to those that love thy name.
| بر من نظر کن و کرم فرما، برحسب عادت تو به آنانی که نام تو رادوست می‌دارند. | ۱۳۲ |
133 Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

135 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.
| روی خود را بر بنده خود روشن ساز، و فرایض خود را به من بیاموز. | ۱۳۵ |
136 Rivers of waters run down my eyes, because they keep not thy law.
| نهرهای آب از چشمانم جاری است زیرا که شریعت تو رانگاه نمی دارند. | ۱۳۶ |
137 Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments.
| ای خداوند تو عادل هستی و داوریهای تو راست است. | ۱۳۷ |
138 Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful.
| شهادات خود را به راستی امر فرمودی و به امانت الی نهایت. | ۱۳۸ |
139 My zeal hath consumed me, because my enemies have forgotten thy words.
| غیرت من مرا هلاک کرده است زیرا که دشمنان من کلام تورا فراموش کرده‌اند. | ۱۳۹ |
140 Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.
| کلام تو بی‌نهایت مصفی است و بنده تو آن را دوست می‌دارد. | ۱۴۰ |
141 I am small and despised: yet I do not forget thy precepts.
| من کوچک و حقیر هستم، اما وصایای تو را فراموش نکردم. | ۱۴۱ |
142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
| عدالت تو عدل است تا ابدالاباد وشریعت تو راست است. | ۱۴۲ |
143 Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.
| تنگی و ضیق مرا درگرفته است، اما اوامر تو تلذذ من است. | ۱۴۳ |
144 The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.
| شهادات تو عادل است تا ابدالاباد. مرا فهیم گردان تا زنده شوم. | ۱۴۴ |
145 I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes.
| به تمامی دل خوانده‌ام. ای خداوند مراجواب ده تا فرایض تو را نگاه دارم! | ۱۴۵ |
146 I cried to thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.
| تو راخوانده‌ام، پس مرا نجات ده. و شهادات تو را نگاه خواهم داشت. | ۱۴۶ |
147 I came before the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.
| بر طلوع فجر سبقت جسته، استغاثه کردم، و کلام تو را انتظار کشیدم. | ۱۴۷ |
148 My eyes are awake through the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.
| چشمانم بر پاسهای شب سبقت جست، تا درکلام تو تفکر بنمایم. | ۱۴۸ |
149 Hear my voice according to thy lovingkindness: O LORD, revive me according to thy judgment.
| به حسب رحمت خود آواز مرا بشنو. ای خداوند موافق داوریهای خودمرا زنده ساز. | ۱۴۹ |
150 They draw near that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.
| آنانی که در‌پی خباثت می‌روند، نزدیک می‌آیند، و از شریعت تو دورمی باشند. | ۱۵۰ |
151 Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.
| ای خداوند تو نزدیک هستی وجمیع اوامر تو راست است. | ۱۵۱ |
152 Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.
| شهادات تو را اززمان پیش دانسته‌ام که آنها را بنیان کرده‌ای تاابدالاباد. | ۱۵۲ |
153 Consider my affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.
| بر مذلت من نظر کن و مرا خلاصی ده زیراکه شریعت تو را فراموش نکرده‌ام. | ۱۵۳ |
154 Plead my cause, and deliver me: revive me according to thy word.
| در دعوای من دادرسی فرموده، مرا نجات ده و به حسب کلام خویش مرا زنده ساز. | ۱۵۴ |
155 Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.
| نجات از شریران دور است زیرا که فرایض تو را نمی طلبند. | ۱۵۵ |
156 Great are thy tender mercies, O LORD: revive me according to thy judgments.
| ای خداوند، رحمت های تو بسیار است. به حسب داوریهای خود مرا زنده ساز. | ۱۵۶ |
157 Many are my persecutors and my enemies; yet I do not decline from thy testimonies.
| جفاکنندگان و خصمان من بسیارند. اما ازشهادات تو رو برنگردانیدم. | ۱۵۷ |
158 I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.
| خیانت کاران رادیدم و مکروه داشتم زیرا کلام تو را نگاه نمی دارند. | ۱۵۸ |
159 Consider how I love thy precepts: revive me, O LORD, according to thy lovingkindness.
| ببین که وصایای تو را دوست می‌دارم. ای خداوند، به حسب رحمت خود مرازنده ساز! | ۱۵۹ |
160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.
| جمله کلام تو راستی است وتمامی داوری عدالت تو تا ابدالاباد است. | ۱۶۰ |
161 Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.
| سروران بی‌جهت بر من جفا کردند. اما دل من از کلام تو ترسان است. | ۱۶۱ |
162 I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.
| من در کلام توشادمان هستم، مثل کسی‌که غنیمت وافر پیدانموده باشد. | ۱۶۲ |
163 I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love.
| از دروغ کراهت و نفرت دارم. اماشریعت تو را دوست می‌دارم. | ۱۶۳ |
164 Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.
| هر روز تو راهفت مرتبه تسبیح می‌خوانم، برای داوریهای عدالت تو. | ۱۶۴ |
165 Great peace have they who love thy law: and nothing shall cause them to stumble.
| آنانی را که شریعت تو را دوست می دارند، سلامتی عظیم است و هیچ‌چیز باعث لغزش ایشان نخواهد شد. | ۱۶۵ |
166 LORD, I have hoped for thy salvation, and performed thy commandments.
| ای خداوند، برای نجات تو امیدوار هستم و اوامر تو را بجا می‌آورم. | ۱۶۶ |
167 My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly.
| جان من شهادات تو را نگاه داشته است و آنهارا بی‌نهایت دوست می‌دارم. | ۱۶۷ |
168 I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways are before thee.
| وصایا وشهادات تو را نگاه داشته‌ام زیرا که تمام طریقهای من در مد نظر تو است. | ۱۶۸ |
169 Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.
| ای خداوند، فریاد من به حضور تو برسد. به حسب کلام خود مرا فهیم گردان. | ۱۶۹ |
170 Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.
| مناجات من به حضور تو برسد. به حسب کلام خود مراخلاصی ده. | ۱۷۰ |
171 My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.
| لبهای من حمد تو را جاری کندزیرا فرایض خود را به من آموخته‌ای. | ۱۷۱ |
172 My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.
| زبان من کلام تو را بسراید زیرا که تمام اوامر تو عدل است. | ۱۷۲ |
173 Let thy hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.
| دست تو برای اعانت من بشود زیرا که وصایای تو را برگزیده‌ام. | ۱۷۳ |
174 I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law is my delight.
| ای خداوند برای نجات تو مشتاق بوده‌ام و شریعت تو تلذذ من است. | ۱۷۴ |
175 Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.
| جان من زنده شود تا تو را تسبیح بخواند و داوریهای تو معاون من باشد. | ۱۷۵ |
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.
| مثل گوسفند گم شده، آواره گشتم. بنده خود را طلب نما، زیرا که اوامر تو را فراموش نکردم. | ۱۷۶ |
