Psalms 100

1 A Psalm of praise. Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all ye lands.

(En Salme. Til Takofferet.) Råb af Fryd for HERREN, al jorden,

2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

tjener HERREN med Glæde, kom for hans Åsyn med Jubel!

3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Kend, at HERREN er Gud! Han skabte os, vi er hans, hans Folk og den Hjord, han vogter.

4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful to him, and bless his name.

Gå ind i hans Porte med Takkesang, med Lovsange ind i hans Forgårde, tak ham og lov hans Navn!

5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Thi god er HERREN, hans Miskundhed varer evindelig, fra Slægt til Slægt hans Trofasthed!
