Leviticus 25
1 And the LORD spoke to Moses in mount Sinai, saying,
| هەروەها یەزدان لە شاخی سینا بە موسای فەرموو: |
2 Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath to the LORD.
| «لەگەڵ نەوەی ئیسرائیل بدوێ و پێیان بڵێ:”کاتێک هاتنە ئەو خاکەی من پێتان دەدەم، با خاکەکە شەممە بۆ یەزدان بپارێزێت. |
3 Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in its fruit;
| شەش ساڵ کێڵگەکەت دەڕوێنیت و شەش ساڵ ڕەزەکەت پەرچ دەکەیت و بەروبوومی کۆدەکەیتەوە. |
4 But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest to the land, a sabbath for the LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.
| بەڵام لە ساڵی حەوتەم دەبێتە پشووی خاک، شەممەیە بۆ یەزدان، کێڵگەکەت مەڕوێنە و ڕەزەکەت پەرچ مەکە. |
5 That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy untrimmed vine: for it is a year of rest to the land.
| ئەوەی لە دروێنە لێت کەوتووە و ئێستا ڕواوەتەوە، دروێنەی مەکە، ترێی ڕەزەکەشت، هی ئەو لقانەی پەرچ نەکراون، لێ مەکەرەوە. ساڵی پشوودان دەبێت بۆ خاکەکە. |
6 And the sabbath of the land shall be food for you; for thee, and for thy male servant, and for thy female servant, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth with thee,
| هەر شتێک خاکەکە لە ساڵی پشوودا بە خۆڕستی بەرهەمی دەهێنێت، ئەوا دەبێتە خۆراکتان، بۆ تۆ و کۆیلەکەت و کەنیزەکەت یان کرێگرتەکەت و نیشتەجێی کاتی کە لەلای تۆ دەژیێت، |
7 And for thy cattle, and for the beast that are in thy land, shall all the increase of it be food.
| هەروەها بۆ ئاژەڵە ماڵییەکانت و بۆ ئەو ئاژەڵە کێوییە دەبێت کە لە خاکەکەتە. هەموو بەروبوومی خاکەکە دەبێتە خۆراک. |
8 And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years to thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to thee forty and nine years.
| «”حەوت پشووی ساڵانە بۆ خۆت دەژمێریت، حەوت جار حەوت ساڵ، جا ڕۆژانی حەوت پشووە ساڵانەکە بۆ تۆ دەبێتە چل و نۆ ساڵ، |
9 Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.
| ئینجا لە ڕۆژی دەی مانگی حەوت، کەڕەنا لێ دەدەیت لە ڕۆژی کەفارەت، کەڕەنا بە هەموو خاکەکەتان دەگێڕن. |
10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants: it shall be a jubilee to you; and ye shall return every man to his possession, and ye shall return every man to his family.
| ساڵی پەنجایەمین تەرخان دەکەن و بانگەوازی ئازادکردن لە زەوییەکەدا ڕادەگەیەنن بۆ هەموو دانیشتووانەکەی، بۆتان دەبێتە یۆبیل و هەریەکە و بۆ موڵکی خۆی دەگەڕێتەوە و هەریەکە و بۆ خێڵەکەی خۆی دەگەڕێتەوە. |
11 A jubilee shall that fiftieth year be to you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy untrimmed vine.
| ساڵی پەنجایەمین یۆبیل، ناڕوێنن و ئەوەی خۆڕسکە نایدروونەوە و ڕەزی پەرچ نەکراو ناڕنن. |
12 For it is the jubilee; it shall be holy to you: ye shall eat the increase of it out of the field.
| ئەوە یۆبیلە و پیرۆز دەبێت بۆتان، ئەو ساڵە تەنها ئەوە بخۆن کە ڕاستەوخۆ لە کێڵگەوە دەستتان دەکەوێت. |
13 In the year of this jubilee ye shall return every man to his possession.
| «”لەم ساڵی یۆبیلە هەرکەسە دەگەڕێتەوە سەر موڵکی خۆی. |
14 And if thou shalt sell any to thy neighbour, or buy any thing from thy neighbour’s hand, ye shall not oppress one another:
| «”جا کاتێک زەوی و زارت بە هاونیشتیمانیت فرۆشت یان لێت کڕی، با کەستان ستەم لەوی دیکەتان نەکات. |
15 According to the number of years after the jubilee thou shalt buy of thy neighbour, and according to the number of years of the fruits he shall sell to thee:
| بەگوێرەی ژمارەی ساڵەکانی دوای یۆبیل لە هاونیشتیمانییەکەت دەکڕیت و بەگوێرەی ساڵەکانی کە ماوەتەوە بۆ خەرمانان پێت دەفرۆشێت. |
16 According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price of it, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits doth he sell to thee.
| بەگوێرەی زۆری ساڵەکان نرخی زیاد دەکەیت و بەگوێرەی کەمی ساڵەکان نرخی کەم دەکەیتەوە، چونکە ژمارەی بەروبوومەکەت پێ دەفرۆشێت. |
17 Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am the LORD your God.
| جا ستەم لە یەکتری مەکەن، بەڵکو لە خوداتان بترسن، من یەزدانی پەروەردگارتانم. |
18 Therefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.
| «”فەرزەکانم بەجێبهێنن و ئاگاداری ئەوە بن کە گوێڕایەڵی یاساکانم بن و کاریان پێ بکەن، بۆ ئەوەی بە ئاسوودەیی لە خاکەکە نیشتەجێ بن. |
19 And the land shall yield her fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell in it in safety.
| زەوییەکەش بەروبوومەکەی دەدات، جا هەتا تێر دەبن لێی دەخۆن و بە ئاسوودەیی تێیدا نیشتەجێ دەبن. |
20 And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:
| ئەگەر بڵێن:’لە ساڵی حەوتەم چی بخۆین، ئەگەر نەچێنین و بەروبووممان کۆنەکەینەوە؟‘ |
21 Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.
| ئەوا من فەرمانی بەرەکەتی خۆم دەدەم بۆتان لە ساڵی شەشەمدا، جا بەروبوومی سێ ساڵ دەدات. |
22 And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat of old fruit until the ninth year; until its fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store.
| ساڵی هەشتەم دەچێنن و لە بەروبوومە کۆنەکە دەخۆن، هەتا ساڵی نۆیەم بەروبوومەکەی دەدات لە کۆنەکە دەخۆن. |
23 The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.
| «”زەوییەکەش هەمیشە هەتاسەر نافرۆشرێت، چونکە زەوییەکە هی منە و ئێوە نامۆ و کرێگرتەی منن، |
24 And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.
| بەڵکو لە هەموو ئەو خاکەی ئەو زەوییەی موڵکتان بووە، پێویستە کڕینەوە بۆ زەوییەکە دابنێن. |
25 If thy brother shall have become poor, and have sold some of his possession, and if any of his kin shall come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.
| «”ئەگەر هاونیشتیمانیێکت هەژار بوو و لە موڵکەکەی خۆی فرۆشت، ئەوا نزیکترین خزمی دێت و فرۆشراوی هاوڵاتییەکەی دەکڕێتەوە. |
26 And if the man shall have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;
| ئەگەر کەسێکیش خزمی نەبێت زەوییەکەی بۆ بکڕێتەوە، بەڵام ئەگەر خۆی توانی و ئەوەندەی دەستکەوتەوە کە بەشی کڕینەوەکە بکات، |
27 Then let him count the years of the sale of it, and restore the balance to the man to whom he sold it; that he may return to his possession.
| ئەوا نرخی ئەو ساڵانە دەژمێرێت لە کاتی فرۆشتنەکەوە و ئەوەندەی دەمێنێتەوە بۆ هاوسەنگکردنی نرخەکە دەداتەوە ئەو کەسە کە پێی فرۆشتووە، ئینجا دەگەڕێتەوە بۆ موڵکەکەی. |
28 But if he shall not be able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubilee: and in the jubilee it shall go out, and he shall return to his possession.
| بەڵام ئەگەر ئەوەندەی لە دەست نەبێت کە بۆی بگەڕێنێتەوە، ئەوا لە دەستی کڕیار دەبێت هەتا ساڵی یۆبیل. ئینجا لە یۆبیلدا دەگەڕێتەوە، ئەو کاتە خاوەنەکەی دەتوانێت بگەڕێتەوە بۆ موڵکەکەی. |
29 And if a man shall sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it.
| «”ئەگەر لە شارێکی شوورابەند یەکێک خانووی نیشتەجێبوونی فرۆشت، ئەوا مافی کڕینەوەکەی هەتا تەواوی ساڵێک دەبێت لە کاتی فرۆشتنەوە، لە ماوەی ئەو کاتەدا دەتوانێت بیکڕێتەوە. |
30 And if it shall not be redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubilee.
| ئەگەر هەتا تەواوبوونی ئەو ساڵە نەیکڕێتەوە، ئەوا ئەو خانووەی لە شارە شوورابەندەکەیە بە هەمیشەیی هەتاسەر بۆ کڕیارەکە دەبێت، بۆ نەوەکانی و لە یۆبیلدا ناگەڕێتەوە. |
31 But the houses of the villages which have no walls around them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubilee.
| بەڵام خانوو لە لادێی شوورابەند نەبێت، ئەوا وەک کێڵگە هەژمارد دەکرێت، کڕینەوەی هەیە و لە یۆبیلدا دەگەڕێتەوە. |
32 However the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.
| «”لە شارۆچکەکانی لێڤییەکان، لێڤییەکان هەمیشە مافی کڕینەوەی ماڵەکانیان هەیە، کە موڵکی خۆیانە. |
33 And if a man shall purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubilee: for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.
| ماڵەکانی لێڤییەکان مافی کڕینەوە و گەڕانەوەی هەیە، لە ساڵی یۆبیل، چونکە خانووی شارۆچکەکانی لێڤییەکان موڵکی ئەوانە لەنێو نەوەی ئیسرائیل. |
34 But the field of the common land of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.
| بەڵام لەوەڕگای دەوروبەری شارۆچکەکانیان نافرۆشرێت، چونکە موڵکێکی هەتاهەتاییە بۆیان. |
35 And if thy brother shall have become poor, and falleth into poverty among you; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he may be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.
| «”ئەگەر یەکێک لە هاوڵاتیانت هەژار و دەستکورت بوو لەنێوتان، پشتگیری بکە، هەروەک چۆن پشتگیری نامۆ یان نیشتەجێی کاتی دەکەیت، با لەنێوتان بژیێت. |
36 Take thou no interest of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.
| نە سووی لێ وەربگرە و نە قازانج، بەڵکو لە خوداکەت بترسە و با هاونیشتیمانیت لەنێوتان بژیێت، |
37 Thou shalt not give him thy money upon interest, nor lend him thy food for increase.
| نە پارەکەتی بە سوو پێبدە و نە خۆراکەکەتی بە قازانج پێبدە. |
38 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.
| من یەزدانی پەروەردگارتانم کە لە خاکی میسر دەریهێنان هەتا خاکی کەنعانتان بداتێ و ببێت بە خوداتان. |
39 And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee shall have become poor, and be sold to thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a slave:
| «”ئەگەر هاوڵاتییەکت لەنێوتان هەژار بوو و خۆی فرۆشتە تۆ، وەک کۆیلە کۆیلایەتی پێ مەکە، |
40 But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee to the year of jubilee:
| بەڵکو وەک کرێگرتە و نیشتەجێی کاتی لەنێوتان دەبێت، هەتا ساڵی یۆبیل لەلات کار دەکات. |
41 And then shall he depart from thee, both he and his children with him, and shall return to his own family, and to the possession of his fathers shall he return.
| ئینجا خۆی و کوڕەکانی لەلات ئازاد دەبن و بۆ خێڵەکەی خۆی و بۆ موڵکی باوباپیرانی دەگەڕێتەوە. |
42 For they are my servants, which I brought out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as slaves.
| لەبەر ئەوەی گەلی ئیسرائیل بەندەی منن، ئەوانەی لە خاکی میسرەوە دەرمهێنان، بۆیە نابێت وەک کۆیلە بفرۆشرێن. |
43 Thou shalt not rule over him with rigour; but shalt fear thy God.
| بە توندوتیژی بەسەریاندا زاڵ مەبە، بەڵکو لە خودات بترسە. |
44 Both thy male and female slaves, which thou shalt have, shall be from the heathen that are around you; from them shall ye buy male and female slaves.
| «”بەڵام کۆیلەکانت و کەنیزەکانت ئەوانەی دەبنە هی تۆ، ئەوا لەو گەلانەی دەوروبەرتان دەبن، لەوان کۆیلە و کەنیزە بۆ خۆتان پەیدا دەکەن. |
45 Moreover of the children of the strangers that sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, whom they begat in your land: and they shall be your possession.
| هەروەها لە نەوەی ئەوانەی لای ئێوە نیشتەجێی کاتین و لە خێڵەکانیان کە لەنێوتانن پەیدای دەکەن، ئەوانەی لە خاکی ئێوە لەدایک دەبن، ئەوان دەبنە موڵکی ئێوە. |
46 And ye shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your slaves for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another with rigour.
| دەیانکەنە موڵکی کوڕانتان لەدوای خۆتان وەک میرات بۆیان، هەتاسەر دەیانکەنە کۆیلە، بەڵام براکانتان لە نەوەی ئیسرائیل، ئەوا هیچ کەسێک بە توندوتیژی بەسەر براکەیدا زاڵ نابێت. |
47 And if a sojourner or a stranger shall become rich by thee, and thy brother that dwelleth by him shall become poor, and sell himself to the stranger or sojourner by thee, or to the stock of the stranger’s family:
| «”ئەگەر نامۆیەک یان نیشتەجێیەکی کاتی لەنێوتان دەوڵەمەند بوو، یەکێک لە هاوڵاتیانتان هەژار بوو و خۆی بەو نامۆیە فرۆشت کە لەنێوتان دەژی، یان بە ئەندامی خێڵی نامۆکە، |
48 After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him:
| ئەوا دوای فرۆشتنەکەی کڕینەوەی بۆ دەبێت، یەکێک لە خزمەکانی دەیکڕێتەوە. |
49 Either his uncle, or his uncle’s son, may redeem him, or any that is near of kin to him of his family may redeem him; or if he is able, he may redeem himself.
| مامی یان ئامۆزای دەیکڕێتەوە، یەکێک لە خزمەکانی لە خێڵەکەی دەیکڕێتەوە، یان ئەگەر توانای ماددی هەبوو ئەوا خۆی دەکڕێتەوە. |
50 And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him to the year of jubilee: and the price of his sale shall be according to the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him.
| لەگەڵ کڕیارەکەی لە ساڵی فرۆشتنییەوە هەتا ساڵی یۆبیل دەژمێرێت و نرخی ئازادبوونی بەپێی نرخی پێدانی کرێگرتەیەک دەبێت لە ماوەی ئەو چەند ساڵەدا. |
51 If there shall be yet many years behind, according to them he shall give again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.
| ئەگەر ساڵانێکی زۆر مابێت، ئەوا پێویستە ئەو پارەیە بگەڕێنێتەوە لە نرخی کڕینەکەی بەپێی ژمارەی ئەو ساڵانەی کە ماوەتەوە. |
52 And if there shall remain but few years to the year of jubilee, then he shall count with him, and according to his years shall he give him again the price of his redemption.
| ئەگەر ساڵانێکی کەم مابێتەوە هەتا ساڵی یۆبیل، ئەوا پێویستە ئەو پارەیە بگەڕێنێتەوە لە نرخی کڕینەکەی بەپێی ژمارەی ئەو ساڵانەی کە ماوەتەوە، |
53 And as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: and the other shall not rule with rigour over him in thy sight.
| وەک کرێگرتەیەک هەڵسوکەوتی لەگەڵ دەکرێت، لە ساڵێکەوە بۆ ساڵێکی دیکە. پێویستە ئاگاداربن خاوەنەکەی بە توندوتیژی بەسەریدا زاڵ نەبێت. |
54 And if he shall not be redeemed in these years, then he shall go out in the year of jubilee, both he, and his children with him.
| «”ئەگەر بەو شێوازانەی پێشوو نەکڕدرێتەوە، ئەوا لە ساڵی یۆبیل خۆی و منداڵەکانی ئازاد دەکرێن، |
55 For to me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
| چونکە نەوەی ئیسرائیل بەندەن بۆ من، ئەوان بەندەی منن، ئەوانەی لە خاکی میسرەوە دەرمهێنان، من یەزدانی پەروەردگارتانم. |
