Jeremiah 23
1 Woe be to the shepherds that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.
၁ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငါ့ ထံမှာကျက်စား သော သိုး တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး ၍ ၊ အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား စေသော သိုးထိန်း တို့သည် အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိကြ၏။
2 Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the shepherds that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.
၂ထိုကြောင့်၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ ငါ ၏ လူ တို့ကို ကျွေးမွေး ရသောသိုးထိန်း တို့အမှုမှာ သင်တို့သည် ငါ ၏ သိုးစု ကို မ ကြည့်ရှု ၊ မပြုစု၊ အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား စေ၍ နှင်ထုတ် သောကြောင့်၊ သင် တို့ပြု သောဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကို သင် တို့အပေါ် မှာ ငါ သက်ရောက် စေမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock from all countries where I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.
၃တဖန်မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငါ ၏သိုးစု ကို ငါနှင်ထုတ် သော ပြည် ရှိသမျှ တို့၌ ကျန် ကြွင်းသော သိုး တို့ကို ငါစုဝေး ၍၊ နေရင်းသိုးခြံ သို့ တဖန်ငါဆောင် ခဲ့ ဦးမည်။ သူတို့သည်လည်း ၊ သားဘွား ၍ များ ပြားကြ လိမ့်မည်။
4 And I will set shepherds over them who shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD.
၄သူတို့ကို ကျွေးမွေးသော သိုးထိန်း တို့ကို သူ တို့ အပေါ် မှာ ငါခန့် ထားသဖြင့် ၊ သူတို့သည် နောက် တဖန် ကြောက် ခြင်း၊ ထိတ်လန့် ခြင်းမ ရှိ ရကြ။ ဆုံးမ ခြင်းကိုလည်း မ ခံရကြဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
5 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise to David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice upon the earth.
၅ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သန့်ရှင်း သော အညွန့် ကို ဒါဝိဒ် အဘို့ ငါပေါက် စေသည်အတိုင်း ၊ ဉာဏ် ကောင်းသောရှင်ဘုရင် တဦးသည် စိုးစံ ၍ ၊ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ တရား သဖြင့် ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာ စီရင် ရာ ကာလ သည် ရောက် လိမ့်မည်။
6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell in safety: and this is his name by which he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.
၆ထိုမင်း လက်ထက် ၌ ယုဒ ပြည်သည် ကယ်တင် ခြင်းသို့ရောက်၍ ၊ ဣသရေလ ပြည်လည်း ငြိမ်ဝပ် စွာ နေ ရ လိမ့်မည်။ ထို မင်းသည် ယေဟောဝါ ဇေဒကနု ဟူသော ဘွဲ့ နာမရှိ လိမ့်သတည်း။
7 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, who brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;
၇သို့ ဖြစ်၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့ကို အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည် မှ နှုတ် ဆောင် သော ထာဝရဘုရား အသက်ရှင် တော်မူသည်ဟူ၍မ ကျိန်ဆို ဘဲ၊
8 But, The LORD liveth, who brought and who led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries where I have driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.
၈ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား အစဉ် အဆက်တို့ကို မြောက် ပြည် မှစ၍ ၊ နှင်ထုတ် ဘူးသော ပြည် ရှိသမျှ တို့မှ ပို့ဆောင် သော ထာဝရဘုရား အသက် ရှင်တော်မူသည် ဟူ၍ကျိန်ဆိုရသော ကာလသည် နောက်တဖန် ရောက် လိမ့်မည်။ သူ တို့သည် နေရင်းပြည် ၌ တဖန် နေ ရကြ လိမ့်မည်။
9 My heart within me is broken because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man, and like a man whom wine hath overcome, because of the LORD, and because of the words of his holiness.
၉ပရောဖက် များနှင့် ဆိုင်သော စကားဟူမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကြောင့် ၎င်း ၊ သန့်ရှင်း သော စကား တော် ကြောင့် ၎င်း ငါ့ စိတ် ပျက် လျက်ရှိ၏။ ငါ့ အရိုး ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် လှုပ်ရှား ကြ၏။ ယစ်မူး သောသူ နှင့် စပျစ်ရည် နိုင် သော သူ ကဲ့သို့ ငါဖြစ် ၏။
10 For the land is full of adulterers; for because of swearing the land mourneth; the pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up, and their course is evil, and their force is not right.
၁၀အကြောင်း မူကား၊ မတရား သောမေထုန် ၌မှီဝဲ သောသူတို့သည် တပြည် လုံး၌ အနှံ့အပြားရှိ ကြ၏။ ထိုသူတို့ကြောင့် တပြည် လုံးမြည်တမ်း ရ၏။ တော ၌ ကျက်စား ရာအရပ်တို့သည် သွေ့ ခြောက်ကြ၏။ ပြည်သားများလိုက်သောလမ်း သည် မဖြောင့် ၊ သူ တို့အစွမ်း သတ္တိ သည် တရား ဘက်၌ မ နေတတ်။
11 For both prophet and priest are profane; even, in my house have I found their wickedness, saith the LORD.
၁၁ပရောဖက် နှင့် ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် နှစ်ပါးတို့သည် ဘုရားကို မရိုမသေ ပြုကြပြီ။ ငါ့ အိမ် ၌ ပင် သူ တို့ပြုသောအဓမ္မ အမှုကို ငါတွေ့ ပြီဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
12 Therefore their way shall be to them as slippery paths in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall in it: for I will bring evil upon them, even the year of their punishment, saith the LORD.
၁၂ထိုကြောင့်၊ သူ တို့သွားသောလမ်း သည် မှောင်မိုက် ၌ ချော တတ်သော လမ်းကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၍၊ သူတို့သည် တွန်း တိုးခြင်းကို ခံရ၍ လဲ ကြလိမ့်မည်။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ သူ တို့သည် ဆုံးမ ခြင်းကို ခံရသောကာလ ၌ သူ တို့အပေါ် မှာ ဘေးဥပဒ် ကို သင့် ရောက် စေမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
13 And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to err.
၁၃ရှမာရိ ပြည်သား ပရောဖက် တို့၌ လည်း ၊ မိုက် သောသဘောကို ငါမြင် ပြီ။ သူတို့သည် ဗာလ ဘုရားကို မှီဝဲ ၍ ပရောဖက် ပြုသဖြင့် ၊ ငါ ၏လူ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို မှားယွင်း စေကြပြီ။
14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness: they are all of them to me as Sodom, and its inhabitants as Gomorrah.
၁၄ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သား ပရောဖက် တို့၌ လည်း ၊ စက်ဆုပ် ရွံရှာဘွယ်သောသဘောကို ငါမြင် ပြီ။ သူတို့သည် မတရား သောမေထုန် ၌မှီဝဲလျက် ၊ မုသာ ကိုလည်း သုံး လျက် ၊ အဓမ္မ ပြုသောသူတို့ကို အားပေး တတ်သဖြင့်၊ အဘယ်သူမျှမိမိ ပြုသော အဓမ္မ အမှုကို မ စွန့် ။ ထိုသူ ရှိ သမျှတို့သည် ငါ၌ သောဒုံ မြို့သားကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သား တို့သည် ဂေါမောရ မြို့သားကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ် ကြ၏။
15 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.
၁၅ထိုကြောင့်၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ပရောဖက် တို့အမှု ၌ မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ သူ တို့ကို ဒေါန နှင့် ငါ ကျွေး မည်။ ဆေးခါး ကိုလည်း သောက် စေမည်။ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သား ပရောဖက် တို့သည် မူလအမြစ်ဖြစ်၍၊ အဓမ္မ အမှုသည် တပြည် လုံး ကို နှံ့ပြား လေပြီ။
16 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not to the words of the prophets that prophesy to you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not from the mouth of the LORD.
၁၆ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ ပရောဖက်ပြု၍ သင် တို့အား ဟော တတ်သော ဆရာ တို့၏ စကား ကို နား မ ထောင်ကြနှင့်။ သူ တို့သည် သင်တို့အား အချည်းနှီးဟော တတ် ကြ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ် တော်ထွက်သို့မ လိုက်၊ ကိုယ် အလို အလျောက်ရူပါရုံ ကို မြင်သည်အတိုင်း ဟော ပြောတတ်ကြ၏။
17 They say still to them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say to every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.
၁၇ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုသောသူတို့ အား ၊ သင် တို့သည် ငြိမ်ဝပ် ခြင်းရှိ ကြ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ဟော တတ်ကြ၏။ မိမိ တို့စိတ်နှလုံး ခိုင်မာ ခြင်း သဘောသို့ လိုက် သောသူတို့ အား၊ သင် တို့သည် ဘေးဥပဒ် နှင့် မ တွေ့ ရကြဟု ဟော တတ်ကြ၏။
18 For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard it?
၁၈ထိုသူတို့တွင် အဘယ်သူ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား နှင့် တိုင်ပင်ဘက် ပြုသနည်း။ အဘယ်သူသည် အမှုတော်ကို ကြား မြင် သနည်း။ အဘယ်သူ သည် နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို နားထောင် ၍ ကြား သနည်း။
19 Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked.
၁၉ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ လေဘွေ တော်သည် ပူသော အရှိန်နှင့်ထွက် ၏။ ပြင်းစွာသော လေဘွေ ဖြစ်၍၊ မတရား သောသူတို့ ခေါင်း ပေါ် မှာ ပြင်းစွာတိုက် လိမ့်မည်။
20 The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he shall have executed, and till he shall have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly.
၂၀ထာဝရဘုရား သည် လက်စ သတ်၍ ၊ အကြံအစည် တော်ကို ပြည့်စုံ စေတော်မမူမှီ အမျက် တော် မ ငြိမ်း ရ။ နောက် ကာလ ၌ သင်တို့သည် ရှင်းလင်းစွာ နားလည် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
၂၁ငါမ စေလွှတ် ဘဲ ထိုပရောဖက် တို့သည် ပြေး ကြပြီ ။ ငါမ မှာ ထားဘဲ သူ တို့သည် ကိုယ်အလိုအလျောက်ဟော ပြောကြပြီ။
22 But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.
၂၂ထိုသူတို့သည် ငါ နှင့် တိုင်ပင်ဘက် ပြု လျှင် ၊ ငါ့ စကား ကို ငါ၏ လူမျိုးအားဆင့်ဆို ၍ ၊ ငါ ၏လူမျိုး ကို မတရား သော လမ်း မှ ၎င်း ၊ မကောင်း သောအကျင့် ဓလေ့မှ ၎င်း လွဲသွား စေကြပြီ။
23 Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off?
၂၃ငါ သည်နီး သော အရပ်၌ သာ ဘုရား ဖြစ် သလော။ ဝေး သော အရပ်၌ လည်း ဘုရား ဖြစ်သည် မ ဟုတ်လောဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မေး တော်မူ၏။
24 Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.
၂၄ငါ မ မြင် စေခြင်းငှါ အဘယ်သူသည် မထင်ရှား သော အရပ်၌ ပုန်းရှောင် ၍ နေနိုင်သနည်းဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မေး တော်မူ၏။ ငါ သည် ကောင်းကင် မြေကြီး ကို နှံ့ပြား သည် မ ဟုတ်လောဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မေး တော်မူ ၏။
25 I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed.
၂၅ငါသည် အိပ်မက် မြင်ပြီ၊ အိပ်မက် မြင်ပြီဟု၊ ငါ့ နာမ ကို အမှီပြု၍၊ မုသာဖြင့် ဟောပြော သော ပရောဖက် တို့၏ စကား ကို ငါကြား ပြီ။
26 How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart;
၂၆ထိုပရောဖက် တို့သည် အဘယ် မျှကာလပတ်လုံး ဤသို့ကြံစည်ကြလိမ့်မည်နည်း။ သူတို့သည် မုသာ စကား ကို ဟော ပြောတတ်ကြ၏။ ကိုယ် စိတ် နှလုံးလှည့်စား သည် အတိုင်း ဟောပြောတတ်ကြ၏။
27 Who think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal.
၂၇ဘိုးဘေး တို့သည် ဗာလ ကြောင့် ငါ့ နာမ ကို မေ့လျော့ သကဲ့သို့ ၊ သူတို့သည် အိမ်နီးချင်း တ ယောက်ကို တယောက်ပြော တတ်သော အိပ်မက် များအားဖြင့် ငါ ၏ လူမျိုး သည် ငါ့ နာမ ကို မေ့လျော့ စေမည်ဟု အကြံ ရှိကြ သည်တကား။
28 The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the LORD.
၂၈အိပ်မက် မြင်သော ပရောဖက် သည် အိပ်မက် စကားကို ပြော ပါလေစေ။ ငါ ၏နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို ခံရသောသူ သည်နှုတ်ကပတ် စကားတော်ကို မှန်ကန် စွာ ဟော ပြောပါလေစေ။ အဖျင်း သည်စပါး နှင့် အဘယ် သို့ဆိုင် သနည်းဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
29 Is not my word like a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?
၂၉ငါ ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် မီး ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ ကျောက် ကို ထု ချေသောသံတူ ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ်သည်မဟုတ် လောဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မေး တော်မူ၏။
30 Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbour.
၃၀သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါ့ စကား တော်ကို အိမ်နီးချင်း တယောက်မှ တယောက်ခိုး သော ပရောဖက် တို့ကို ငါ သည် ဆန့်ကျင် ဘက်ပြုမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
31 Behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He saith.
၃၁မိမိ တို့အလို အလျောက်ဟော ပြောလျက် နှင့် အမိန့် တော်ရှိ သည်ဟုဆိုသော ပရောဖက် တို့ကို ငါ သည် ဆန့်ကျင် ဘက်ပြုမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
32 Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their reckless boasting; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD.
၃၂မှား သောအိပ်မက် ကိုဟော ပြော၍၊ မုသာ စကား နှင့် အချည်းနှီး စကားအားဖြင့် ငါ ၏လူမျိုး ကိုမှားယွင်း စေသော ပရောဖက်တို့ကို ငါ သည် ဆန့်ကျင် ဘက်ပြုမည်။ သူ တို့ကို ငါ မ စေလွှတ် ၊ မ မှာ ထားသောကြောင့် ၊ ဤ လူမျိုး သည် ကျေးဇူး မ ရှိဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
33 And when this people, or the prophet, or a priest, shall ask thee, saying, What is the burden of the LORD? thou shalt then say to them, What burden? I will even forsake you, saith the LORD.
၃၃ဤ လူမျိုး တွင် ဆင်းရဲသားဖြစ်စေ၊ ပရောဖက် ဖြစ်စေ ၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ဖြစ်စေ၊ တစုံတယောက်က၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အဘယ်သို့ နည်းဟု သင့် ကို မေး လျှင် ၊ ပြန် ပြော ရမည်မှာ၊ သင်တို့နှင့်ဆိုင်သော ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ဟူမူကား၊ သင် တို့ကို ငါစွန့်ပစ် မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
34 And as for the prophet, and the priest, and the people, that shall say, The burden of the LORD, I will even punish that man and his house.
၃၄ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ရှိသည်ဟု ပြော ဆို သော ပရောဖက် ၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ၊ ပြည်သူ ပြည်သားကို၎င်း၊ ထိုသူ ၏ အိမ် သူအိမ်သားတို့ကို၎င်း၊ ငါသည် ဒဏ်ပေး မည်။
35 Thus shall ye say every one to his neighbour, and every one to his brother, What hath the LORD answered? and, What hath the LORD spoken?
၃၅သင်တို့က၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အဘယ် သို့ပြန်ပြော တော်မူသနည်းဟူ၍၎င်း ၊ အဘယ်သို့ မိန့် တော်မူသနည်းဟူ၍၎င်း ၊ အိမ်နီးချင်း ၊ ညီအစ်ကို ချင်း တယောက် ကို တယောက် မေးမြန်း ရမည်။
36 And the burden of the LORD shall ye mention no more: for every man’s word shall be his burden; for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God.
၃၆ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ရှိသည်ဟူ၍နောက် တဖန် မ ဆို ရ။ လူ တိုင်းမိမိ စကား မှတပါး အခြား သောဗျာဒိတ် တော်မရှိရ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သင်တို့သည် အသက်ရှင် တော်မူသောဘုရား ၊ ငါ တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်တည်းဟူသောကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား ၏ စကား တော်ကို ဖျက် ကြပြီ။
37 Thus shalt thou say to the prophet, What hath the LORD answered thee? and, What hath the LORD spoken?
၃၇ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင့် အား အဘယ်သို့ ပြန်ပြော တော်မူသနည်း။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အဘယ်သို့ မိန့် တော်မူသနည်းဟု ပရောဖက် ကို မေး လော့။
38 But since ye say, The burden of the LORD; therefore thus saith the LORD; Because ye say this word, The burden of the LORD, and I have sent to you, saying, Ye shall not say, The burden of the LORD;
၃၈သင်တို့က၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ဟု ဆို ကြသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ရှိ သည်ဟု မ ဆို ရမည် အကြောင်း၊ ငါပညတ် သော်လည်း ၊ သင် တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ရှိ သည်ဟူသောစကား ကို သုံး ကြ သောကြောင့် ၊
39 Therefore, behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you, and the city that I gave to you and your fathers, and cast you out of my presence:
၃၉ငါသည် သင် တို့ကို၎င်း၊ သင် တို့နှင့် ဘိုးဘေး တို့ အား ငါပေး သော မြို့ ကို၎င်း၊ ငါ့ ထံမှ အကုန်အစင်ကျုံး ၍ ပစ်လိုက်မည်။
40 And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten.
၄၀အစဉ်အမြဲ မ မေ့လျော့ နိုင်သော ထာဝရ ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်းနှင့် အရှက်ကွဲ ခြင်းကို သင် တို့အပေါ် မှာ သက်ရောက် စေမည်။
