< Hebrews 2 >

1 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
la nyeu, tam bo dor ber ki dikewo ba nuwa kati yilo man bilangiyari cerum binen.
2 For if the word spoken by angels was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;
na kero wo tok nyi bi bei tomange wucakkeu nyori, ko ka bwangka bidotik kange bikwan duwed ki yom cuner ciyer nyo dong-dong kange dike cer kang ciyeu,
3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by them that heard him;
la beu ba cer nyi na bou karbo fulokako durko wori? wori teluwe ki bwici ter tok kake, nubo nuwa ceu ci la ci yi nye,
4 God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to his own will?
5 For to the angels he hath not put in subjection the world to come, concerning which we speak.
kebo bi bei tomange wucakke nin kwama yo liyaro a mati dor bitineroweu, wo nyo tok kerti dor cere.
6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
la kange tok ker dor ceri nii fir yee wo mo kwa ti kice? wo bi bwe nifire mo to co tiye?
7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou didst crown him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:
mon yo bi bwe nifire tok kange bibei tomange wucakeu, mon dingum co ki duktangka kange dwika.
8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not made subject to him. But now we see not yet all things made subject to him.
mon yo co dor dike mwa fweleu gwam, mon neken co dike mwa fweleu tuwam nacem wori kwama neken dike gwam cinnen, co dobbo kange diker bidob wo kebo cinenu, la na wo du wal ba to bo co ma dikero wo yo tuwam nacemeu.
9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
la nyon to kange niici yo co tob kange bi bei tomange wucakeu, kange co Yeesu, cin yo co ki duktangka, kange dwika, ki nuwaka do tange ceko bwareu, won timi luma kwamak Yeesu bwiya dor nubero gwame.
10 For it was befitting for him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
12 Saying, I will declare thy name to my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise to thee.
la co toki man tok den mwero kebmibonin, tiber mwer kangka ciyek man wabnen ki nuwe.”
13 And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
14 Since then the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
na nyo bibeyo lo kwama wi ki nange buyaleri Yeesu tum cer kangka ko co bunar donin con twalim nii bi kwan bwarero, co bwekelkele,
15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
con cokum nubo bro yim congham ker tai bwarereu, ka cik bou ka ciyeko.
16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.
17 Therefore in all things it behoved him to be made like his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
la nyeu tam co a yilam na tangnimkeb ce bem bo ki nure gwam, na co yilam nii wabe dur nii cini, nii ciya ki ma ka kwamake, con ne twi ka nuwange ywelka nubo gwameu.
18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to help them that are tempted.
na Yeesu ki bwici nuwa dotangeri, kambo ci cuwa ceu, la nyo tikang nubo bro ci cuwa ci tiyeu.
