Exodus 23

1 Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thy hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.

يالغان گەپنى يايمىغىن ۋە يا يالغان گۇۋاھلىق بېرىپ رەزىل ئادەمگە يان باسمىغىن.

2 Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to turn aside after many to pervert judgment:

توپقا ئەگىشىپ رەزىل ئىشتا بولما ياكى دەۋا-دەستۇرلاردا گۇۋاھلىق بەرگەندە توپقا ئەگىشىپ ھەقىقەتنى بۇرمىلىما.

3 Neither shalt thou countenance a poor man in his cause.

كەمبەغەل دەۋا قىلسا، ئۇنىڭغا يان باسما.

4 If thou shalt meet thy enemy’s ox or his donkey going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.

دۈشمىنىڭنىڭ كالا يا ئېشىكى ئېزىپ كېتىپ، ساڭا ئۇچراپ قالسا، ئۇنى ئېلىپ كېلىپ، ئىگىسىگە چوقۇم تاپشۇرۇپ بەر.

5 If thou shalt see the donkey of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him, thou shalt surely help with him.

ئەگەر ساڭا ئۆچ بولغاننىڭ ئېشىكى يۈكنى كۆتۈرەلمەي يۈكنىڭ ئاستىدا ياتقىنىنى كۆرسەڭ، ئۇنى ياردەمسىز تاشلىماي، بەلكى ئۇنىڭغا ياردەملىشىپ ئېشىكىنى قوپۇرۇشۇپ بېرىشىڭ زۆرۈر.

6 Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of thy poor in his cause.

ئاراڭدىكى كەمبەغەلنىڭ دەۋاسىدا ئادالەتنى بۇرمىلىما.

7 Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.

ھەرقانداق ساختا ئىشتىن ئۆزۈڭنى نېرى تارت؛ بىگۇناھ ئادەم بىلەن ھەققانىي ئادەمنى ئۆلتۈرمىگىن؛ چۈنكى مەن رەزىل ئادەمنى ھەرگىز ئادىل دەپ ئاقلىمايمەن.

8 And thou shalt take no bribe: for the bribe blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous.

شۇنىڭدەك ھېچقانداق پارا يېمە؛ چۈنكى پارا كۆزى ئوچۇقلارنى كور قىلىپ، ھەققانىيلارنىڭ سۆزلىرىنى بۇرمىلايدۇ.

9 Also thou shalt not oppress a stranger: for ye know the heart of a stranger, seeing ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

مۇساپىر كىشىلەرگە زۇلۇم قىلما؛ چۈنكى ئۆزۈڭلار مىسىر زېمىنىدا مۇساپىر بولۇپ تۇرغان بولغاچقا، مۇساپىرنىڭ روھىي ھالىنى بىلىسىلەر.

10 And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in its fruits:

ئالتە يىل ئۆز يېرىڭنى تېرىپ، ھوسۇللىرىنى ئال.

11 But the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beasts of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and with thy oliveyard.

لېكىن يەتتىنچى يىلى يەرگە ئارام بېرىپ ئۇنى بوش قوي؛ خەلقىڭنىڭ نامراتلىرى ئۇنىڭدىن يىغىپ يېسۇن، ئۇلاردىن ئاشقىنىنى جاڭگالدىكى ھايۋانلار يېسۇن؛ شۇنداقلا ئۈزۈمزارلىقىڭ بىلەن زەيتۇنزارلىقىڭنىمۇ شۇنداق قىلغىن.

12 Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thy ox and thy donkey may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed.

ئالتە كۈن ئىچىدە ئۆز ئىشىڭنى ئادا قىلىپ، يەتتىنچى كۈنى ئارام ئېلىشىڭ زۆرۈر. بۇنىڭ بىلەن كالا-ئېشەكلىرىڭ ئارام تاپىدۇ، دېدىكىڭنىڭ ئوغلى بىلەن مۇساپىر كىشىمۇ ھاردۇقىنى چىقىرىدۇ.

13 And in all things that I have said to you be circumspect: and make no mention of the names of other gods, neither let it be heard from thy mouth.

مەن ساڭا ئېيتقىنىمنىڭ ھەممىسىنى كۆڭۈل بۆلۈپ ئادا قىل؛ باشقا ئىلاھلارنىڭ نامىنى تىلىڭغا ئالما؛ بۇلار ھەتتا ئاغزىڭغىمۇ چىقمىسۇن.

14 Three times thou shalt keep a feast to me in the year.

ھەر يىلدا ئۈچ قېتىم مېنىڭ ئۈچۈن ھېيت ئۆتكۈزگىن.

15 Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty: )

ئالدى بىلەن «پېتىر نان ھېيتى»نى ئۆتكۈز؛ ساڭا ئەمر قىلغىنىمدەك ئابىب ئېيىدىكى بېكىتىلگەن كۈنلەردە يەتتە كۈن پېتىر نان يېگىن؛ چۈنكى شۇ ئايدا سەن مىسىردىن چىققانىدىڭ. شۇ ھېيتتا ھېچكىشى ئالدىمغا قۇرۇق قول كەلمىسۇن.

16 And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.

سەن ئەجىر قىلىپ تېرىغان ئېتىزدىكى زىرائىتىڭنىڭ تۇنجى ھوسۇلىنى ئورغاندا «ئورما ھېيتى»نى ئۆتكۈز؛ شۇنداقلا سەن ئەجىر سىڭدۈرۈپ يەردىن ئاخىرقى ھوسۇل-مەھسۇلاتلىرىڭنى يىل ئاخىرىدا يىغقاندا «ھوسۇل يىغىش ھېيتى»نى ئۆتكۈز.

17 Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD.

يىلدا ئۈچ قېتىم ئەركەكلىرىڭنىڭ ھەممىسى رەب پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ھۇزۇرىغا ھازىر بولسۇن.

18 Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the fat of my sacrifice remain until the morning.

سەن ماڭا ئاتالغان قۇربانلىقنىڭ قېنىنى خېمىرتۇرۇچ سېلىنغان نان بىلەن سۇنمىغىن؛ ھېيت قۇربانلىقىنىڭ يېغىنى بولسا كېچىچە قوندۇرۇپ ئەتىگىچىگە ساقلىما.

19 The first of the firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring into the house of the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not boil a kid in his mother’s milk.

زېمىنىڭدىكى دەسلەپكى ھوسۇلنىڭ ئەڭ ياخشسىنى پەرۋەردىگار خۇدايىڭنىڭ ئۆيىگە ئېلىپ كەل. ئوغلاقنى ئانىسىنىڭ سۈتىدە قاينىتىپ پىشۇرما.

20 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

مانا، مەن بىر پەرىشتىنى يولدا سېنى قوغداپ، مەن ساڭا تەييارلىغان يەرگە ئېلىپ بارسۇن دەپ، ئالدىڭدا يۈرۈشكە ئەۋەتىمەن.

21 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.

سەن ئۇنىڭ ئالدىدا ئۆزۈڭگە ئاگاھ بول، ئۇنىڭ ئاۋازىغا قۇلاق سال. ئۇنىڭ زىتىغا تەگمە؛ بولمىسا، ئۇ ئىتائەتسىزلىكلىرىڭنى كەچۈرمەيدۇ؛ چۈنكى مېنىڭ نامىم ئۇنىڭدىدۇر.

22 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy to thy enemies, and an adversary to thy adversaries.

لېكىن ئەگەر سەن ئۇنىڭ ئاۋازىغا قۇلاق سېلىپ، مېنىڭ بارلىق بۇيرۇغانلىرىمغا ئەمەل قىلساڭ، مەن دۈشمەنلىرىڭگە دۈشمەن، كۈشەندىلىرىڭگە كۈشەندە بولىمەن.

23 For my Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in to the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.

چۈنكى مېنىڭ پەرىشتەم ئالدىڭدا يۈرۈپ، سېنى ئامورىي، ھىتتىي، پەرىززىي، قانائانىي، ھىۋىي ۋە يەبۇسىيلارنىڭ زېمىنىغا باشلاپ كىرىدۇ؛ مەن ئۇلارنى يوقىتىمەن.

24 Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images.

سەن ئۇلارنىڭ ئىلاھلىرىغا باش ئۇرۇپ ئىبادەت قىلما ۋە ياكى ئۇلار قىلغاندەك قىلما؛ بەلكى ئۇلارنىڭ [بۇتلىرىنى] ئۈزۈل-كېسىل چېقىۋەت، بۇت تۈۋرۈكلىرىنى ئۈزۈل-كېسىل كۇكۇم-تالغان قىلىۋەت؛

25 And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

لېكىن خۇدايىڭلار پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئىبادىتىدە بولۇڭلار. شۇنداق قىلساڭلار ئۇ نان بىلەن سۈيۈڭلارنى بەرىكەتلەيدۇ؛ مەن بارلىق كېسەللىكنى ئاراڭلاردىن چىقىرىپ تاشلايمەن.

26 There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: I will fulfil the number of thy days.

بۇنىڭ بىلەن زېمىنىڭدا بويىدىن ئاجراپ كېتىدىغان ياكى تۇغماس ھېچبىر ئايال ياكى چارپاي بولمايدۇ؛ ئۆمرۈڭنىڭ كۈنلىرىنى تولۇق قىلىمەن.

27 I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thy enemies turn their backs to thee.

مەن سېنىڭ ئالدىڭدا ۋەھىمىمنى ئەۋەتىمەن، قايسى تائىپىگە يېقىنلاشساڭ شۇلارنى پاراكەندە قىلىمەن؛ شۇنىڭ بىلەن ھەممە دۈشمەنلىرىڭنى كەينىگە ياندۇرۇپ قاچۇرىمەن.

28 And I will send hornets before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee.

ھىۋىيلار، قانائانىيلار ۋە ھىتتىيلارنى ئالدىڭدىن قوغلاپ چىقىرىۋېتىشكە سېرىق ھەرىلەرنى ئالدىڭدا يۈرۈشكە ئەۋەتىمەن.

29 I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land should become desolate, and the beast of the field should multiply against thee.

ئەمما زېمىننىڭ خارابىلىشىپ، دالادا ۋەھشىي ھايۋانلار ئاۋۇپ ساڭا خەۋپ بولۇپ قالماسلىقى ئۈچۈن، شۇ ئەللەرنى ئالدىڭدىن بىر يىلغىچە ھەيدىۋەتمەيمەن،

30 By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou shalt be increased, and inherit the land.

بەلكى سەن ئاۋۇپ، زېمىننى [پۈتۈنلەي] مىراس قىلىپ بولغۇچە، ئاز-ئازدىن ھەيدەپ تۇرىمەن.

31 And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even to the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert to the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand; and thou shalt drive them out before thee.

سېنىڭ زېمىنىڭنىڭ چېگرىلىرىنى قىزىل دېڭىزدىن تارتىپ فىلىستىيلەرنىڭ دېڭىزىغىچە، شۇنىڭدەك چۆلدىن تارتىپ [ئەفرات] دەرياسىغىچە بېكىتىمەن؛ چۈنكى زېمىندا تۇرۇۋاتقانلارنى ھەيدىۋېتىپ يېرىنى ئىگىلىشىڭ ئۈچۈن، ئۇلارنى قولۇڭغا تاپشۇرىمەن.

32 Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods.

سەن ئۇلار بىلەن ۋە ياكى ئىلاھلىرى بىلەن ھېچقانداق بىر ئەھدە تۈزمە.

33 They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee to sin against me: for if thou shalt serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to thee.

ئۇلارنىڭ سېنى ئالدىمدا گۇناھقا پاتقۇزماسلىقى ئۈچۈن ئۇلارنى زېمىنىڭدا قەتئىي تۇرغۇزما. چۈنكى مۇبادا سەن ئۇلارنىڭ ئىلاھلىرىنىڭ ئىبادىتىدە بولساڭ، بۇ ئىش ساڭا تۇزاق بولىدۇ.
