Daniel 8
1 In the third year of the reign of king Belshazzar a vision appeared to me, even to me Daniel, after that which appeared to me at the first.
১বেলচচৰ ৰজাৰ ৰাজত্বৰ তৃতীয় বছৰত, প্ৰথমে পোৱা দৰ্শনৰ পাছত মই দানিয়েলে আন এটা দৰ্শন দেখিলোঁ।
2 And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river Ulai.
২মই সেই দৰ্শনত দেখিলোঁ যে, মই এলম প্ৰদেশৰ চুচন ৰাজকোঁঠত আছিলোঁ; আৰু সেই দৰ্শনত দেখিলোঁ যে মই উলয় নদীৰ পাৰত আছিলোঁ।
3 Then I lifted up my eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher came up last.
৩তেতিয়া মই চকু তুলি চালোঁ যে, নদীৰ সন্মুখত দুটা শিং থকা এটা মতা মেৰ-ছাগ থিয় হৈ আছিল; এটা শিং আনটো শিঙতকৈ দীঘল আছিল; কিন্তু দীঘল শিংটো ছুটি শিঙতকৈ অধিক লাহে লাহে বাঢ়িছিল সেয়ে ছুটি শিংটো দীঘল শিঙতকৈ বাঢ়ি উঠিল।
4 I saw the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became great.
৪মই দেখিলোঁ সেই মেৰ-ছাগে পশ্চিম, উত্তৰ, আৰু দক্ষিণ ফাললৈ খুন্দিয়াই আছিল; তাৰ আগত আন কোনো জন্তু থিয় হ’ব নোৱাৰিলে। তাৰ হাতৰ পৰা উদ্ধাৰ কৰিব পৰা তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত কোনো নাছিল; তাৰ যি ইচ্ছা গৈছিল তাকে কৰি অাছিল, আৰু সি পৰাক্রমী হৈ উঠিছিল।
5 And as I was considering, behold, a male goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.
৫এই বিষয়ে চিন্তা কৰি থাকোতে মই দেখিলোঁ যে, পশ্চিম ফালৰ পৰা এটা মতা ছাগলী গোটেই পৃথিৱীৰ ওপৰেদি মাটিত ভৰি নিদিয়াকৈ বেগেৰে দৌৰি আহি আছিল। সেই ছাগলীৰ চকু দুটাৰ মাজত এটা ডাঙৰ শিং আছিল।
6 And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran to him in the fury of his power.
৬দুটা শিং থকা মতা মেৰ-ছাগৰ ওচৰত সেই ছাগলীটো আহিছিল, আৰু মই মেৰ-ছাগটোক নদীৰ সন্মুখত থিয় হৈ থকা দেখিছিলোঁ। সেই ছাগলীটোৱে দৌৰি মেৰ-ছাগৰ ওচৰলৈ গৈ, তাৰ প্ৰচণ্ড ক্ৰোধত তাক আক্ৰমণ কৰিছিল।
7 And I saw him come close to the ram, and he was moved with anger against him, and smote the ram, and broke his two horns: and there was no power in the ram to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him: and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand.
৭মই ছাগলীটোক মেৰ-ছাগটোৰ ওচৰলৈ অহা দেখিলোঁ। তাৰ মেৰ-ছাগটোৰ ওপৰত অতিশয় খং উঠিছিল, আৰু সি মেৰ-ছাগক খুন্দা মাৰি তাৰ শিং দুটা ভাঙি দিলে। তাৰ আগত থিয় হৈ থাকিবলৈ সেই মেৰ-ছাগৰ আৰু শক্তি নাছিল। সেই ছাগলীটোৱে মেৰ-ছাগটোক মাটিত পেলাই ভৰিৰে গচকিলে, সেই ঠাইত ছাগলীটোৰ হাতৰ পৰা ভেড়াটোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিব পৰা কোনো নাছিল।
8 Therefore the male goat became very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and in its stead came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.
৮তাৰ পাছত সেই ছাগলীটো অতিশয় ডাঙৰ হ’ল; কিন্তু সি যেতিয়া বলৱান হ’ল তাৰ ডাঙৰ শিংটো ভাগি গ’ল, আৰু তাৰ সলনি আকাশৰ চাৰিদিশৰ বতাহৰ ফালে চাৰিটা ডাঙৰ শিং গজি উঠিল।
9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which became exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.
৯সেইবোৰৰ মাজৰ এটা শিঙৰ পৰা আন এটা শিং গজিল; প্রথমে শিংটো সৰু আছিল, কিন্তু পাছত দক্ষিণ, পূব আৰু ইস্রায়েলৰ ঐশ্বৰ্যময় দেশৰ ফাললৈ অতিশয় বৃদ্ধি পালে।
10 And it grew great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.
১০সি ইমান ডাঙৰ হ’ল যে, স্বৰ্গৰ বাহিনীসকলৰ সৈতে যুদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ ল’লে। বাহিনীসকলৰ কিছুমানক আৰু তৰা কিছুমানক মাটিত পেলাই ভৰিৰে গচকিলে।
11 Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.
১১সি ডাঙৰ হ’ল এনে কি, সি বাহিনীসকলৰ স্বৰ্গীয় অধিপতিৰ দৰে ডাঙৰ হ’ল। সি তেওঁৰ পৰা নিত্য বলিদান কাঢ়ি লৈছিল, আৰু তেওঁৰ পবিত্র স্থান দূষিত কৰিছিল।
12 And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it continued, and prospered.
১২দুষ্টতাৰ কাৰণে বাহিনীসকলক তাৰ ওপৰত দিয়া হ’ল, আৰু হোম বলি বন্ধ কৰা হ’ল। এইদৰে সকলো সত্যতাক ভূ-লুণ্ঠিত কৰিলে; আৰু যি কৰিলে তাত কৃতকাৰ্য হ’ল।
13 Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said to that certain saint who spoke, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?
১৩তাৰ পাছত মই পবিত্ৰ জনাক কোৱা শুনিলোঁ; আৰু আন পবিত্র জনক উত্তৰ দিয়া শুনিলোঁ, “কিমান দিনলৈ এই সকলো থাকিব, এই দৰ্শন হোম বলিৰ বিষয়ে নে, পাপে সেই ধ্বংস আনিব নে, পবিত্র স্থানৰ ওপৰত হাত দিয়া হ’ব নে, আৰু স্বৰ্গীয় বাহিনীসকলক গচকা হ’ব নে?”
14 And he said to me, Until two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.
১৪তেওঁ মোক ক’লে, “এই সকলো দুই হাজাৰ তিনিশ সন্ধিয়া আৰু পুৱালৈকে থাকিব; তাৰ পাছত সেই পবিত্র স্থান শুচি কৰা হ’ব।”
15 And it came to pass, when I, even I Daniel, had seen the vision, and sought for the meaning, then, behold, there stood before me one having the appearance of a man.
১৫মই দানিয়েলে যেতিয়া এই দৰ্শন পাইছিলোঁ, তেতিয়া মই তাক বুজিবলৈ চেষ্টা কৰিছিলোঁ; আৰু সেই ঠাইত মানুহৰ দৰে এজন লোক মোৰ সম্মুখত থিয় হৈছিল।
16 And I heard a man’s voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision.
১৬উলয় নদীৰ মাজৰ পৰা মই এজন মানুহৰ মাত শুনিলোঁ; তেওঁ ক’লে, “হে গাব্ৰিয়েল, সেই মানুহজনক এই দৰ্শন বুজিবলৈ সহায় কৰা।”
17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said to me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision.
১৭তাতে মই থিয় হৈ থকা ঠাইৰ ওচৰলৈ তেওঁ আহিল। তেওঁ যেতিয়া আহিল, মই শঙ্কিত হলোঁ, আৰু মাটিত উবুৰি হৈ পৰিলোঁ। তেওঁ মোক ক’লে, “হে মানুহৰ সন্তান, বুজি লোৱা, কিয়নো এই দৰ্শন শেষৰ সময়ৰ বিষয়ে।”
18 Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and set me upright.
১৮তেওঁ মোৰ লগত কথা পাতি থাকোঁতে, মই মাটিত উবুৰি হৈ পৰি ঘোৰ নিদ্ৰা গলোঁ; তেতিয়া তেওঁ মোক স্পৰ্শ কৰিলে আৰু মোক থিয় কৰালে।
19 And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.
১৯তেওঁ ক’লে, “চোৱা, ক্ৰোধৰ শেষ সময়ত যি ঘটিব, তাক মই তোমাক দেখুৱাম; কাৰণ এই দৰ্শন শেষৰ নিৰূপিত সময়ৰ বাবে।
20 The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.
২০দুটা শিং থকা যি মেৰ-ছাগ তুমি দেখিছিলা, সি মাদিয়া আৰু পাৰস্যৰ ৰজা দুজনক বুজাইছে।
21 And the rough goat is the king of Greece: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king.
২১আৰু সেই মতা ছাগলীটো গ্রীচৰ ৰজা; আৰু তাৰ চকু দুটাৰ মাজত থকা ডাঙৰ শিংটো প্ৰথম ৰজা।
22 Now that being broken, though four stood up in its place, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power.
২২আৰু সেয়ে ভাঙি যোৱা শিঙৰ ঠাইত তাৰ সলনি আন চাৰিটা শিং গজি উঠাৰ অৰ্থ এই, তেওঁৰ দেশৰ পৰা চাৰিখন ৰাজ্য উৎপন্ন হ’ব, কিন্তু তেওঁৰ পৰাক্ৰমৰ সৈতে নহ’ব।
23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
২৩সেই ৰাজ্যবোৰৰ শেষৰ সময়ত, পাপীসকলে যেতিয়া সীমা চেৰাব, তেতিয়া কঠোৰ চেহেৰা থকা, এজন অতি বুদ্ধিয়ক ৰজা উৎপন্ন হ’ব;
24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and continue, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
২৪তেওঁ পৰাক্রম মহান, কিন্তু নিজৰ পৰাক্রমেৰে নহয়। তেওঁৰ কাৰণে ধ্বংস আহিব, আৰু তেওঁ যি কৰিব তাতে কৃতকাৰ্য হ’ব। তেওঁ পবিত্ৰ পৰাক্রমী লোকসকলক ধ্বংস কৰিব।
25 And through his policy also he shall cause deceit to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
২৫তেওঁৰ শিল্পকৰ্মৰ দ্বাৰাই তেওঁ নিজৰ হাতেৰে মিছা উন্নতি সিদ্ধ কৰিব, এনে কি, তেওঁ নিজৰ ৰজাৰো ৰজাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উঠিব, আৰু তেওঁক ভঙা হ’ব; কিন্তু মানুহৰ শক্তিৰে নহয়।
26 And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: therefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.
২৬সন্ধিয়া আৰু ৰাতিপুৱা বিষয়ৰ যি দৰ্শনৰ কথা কোৱা হ’ল, সেয়ে সত্য; কিন্তু এই দৰ্শন চাব মাৰি বন্ধ কৰা আছে; কিয়নো এয়ে ভৱিষ্যতৰ অনেক দিনবোৰক নিৰ্দেশ কৰা হৈছে।”
27 And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose, and did the king’s business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it.
২৭তাৰ পাছত মই দানিয়েলে মূৰ্চ্ছিত হৈ কিছু দিনলৈকে নৰিয়াত পৰি আছিলোঁ। তাৰ পাছত মই উঠিলোঁ, আৰু ৰজাৰ ব্যৱসায়লৈ গলো; কিন্তু সেই দৰ্শনৰ বাবে মই হতভম্ব হৈছিলোঁ, আৰু সেই ঠাইত সেই দৰ্শন বুজি পোৱা কোনো এজনো নাছিল।
