Colossians 1
1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother,
อีศฺวรเสฺยจฺฉยา ยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺย เปฺรริต: เปาลสฺตีมถิโย ภฺราตา จ กลสีนครสฺถานฺ ปวิตฺรานฺ วิศฺวสฺตานฺ ขฺรีษฺฏาศฺริตภฺราตฺฤนฺ ปฺรติ ปตฺรํ ลิขต: ฯ
2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ who are at Colosse: Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
อสฺมากํ ตาต อีศฺวร: ปฺรภุ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏศฺจ ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ปฺรสาทํ ศานฺติญฺจ กฺริยาสฺตำฯ
3 We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,
ขฺรีษฺเฏ ยีเศา ยุษฺมากํ วิศฺวาสสฺย สรฺวฺวานฺ ปวิตฺรโลกานฺ ปฺรติ เปฺรมฺนศฺจ วารฺตฺตำ ศฺรุตฺวา
4 Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all the saints,
วยํ สทา ยุษฺมทรฺถํ ปฺรารฺถนำ กุรฺวฺวนฺต: สฺวรฺเค นิหิตายา ยุษฺมากํ ภาวิสมฺปท: การณาตฺ สฺวกียปฺรโภ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺย ตาตมฺ อีศฺวรํ ธนฺยํ วทาม: ฯ
5 For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which ye have heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;
ยูยํ ตสฺยา ภาวิสมฺปโท วารฺตฺตำ ยยา สุสํวาทรูปิณฺยา สตฺยวาณฺยา ชฺญาปิตา:
6 Which is come to you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:
สา ยทฺวตฺ กฺฤสฺนํ ชคทฺ อภิคจฺฉติ ตทฺวทฺ ยุษฺมานฺ อปฺยภฺยคมตฺ, ยูยญฺจ ยทฺ ทินมฺ อารเภฺยศฺวรสฺยานุคฺรหสฺย วารฺตฺตำ ศฺรุตฺวา สตฺยรูเปณ ชฺญาตวนฺตสฺตทารภฺย ยุษฺมากํ มเธฺย'ปิ ผลติ วรฺทฺธเต จฯ
7 As ye also learned from Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;
อสฺมากํ ปฺริย: สหทาโส ยุษฺมากํ กฺฤเต จ ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย วิศฺวสฺตปริจารโก ย อิปผฺราสฺตทฺ วากฺยํ
8 Who also declared to us your love in the Spirit.
ยุษฺมานฺ อาทิษฺฏวานฺ ส เอวาสฺมานฺ อาตฺมนา ชนิตํ ยุษฺมากํ เปฺรม ชฺญาปิตวานฺฯ
9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
วยํ ยทฺ ทินมฺ อารภฺย ตำ วารฺตฺตำ ศฺรุตวนฺตสฺตทารภฺย นิรนฺตรํ ยุษฺมากํ กฺฤเต ปฺรารฺถนำ กุรฺมฺม: ผลโต ยูยํ ยตฺ ปูรฺณาภฺยามฺ อาตฺมิกชฺญานวุทฺธิภฺยามฺ อีศฺวรสฺยาภิตมํ สมฺปูรฺณรูเปณาวคจฺเฉต,
10 That ye may walk worthy of the Lord to all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
ปฺรโภ โรฺยคฺยํ สรฺวฺวถา สนฺโตษชนกญฺจาจารํ กุรฺยฺยาตารฺถต อีศฺวรชฺญาเน วรฺทฺธมานา: สรฺวฺวสตฺกรฺมฺมรูปํ ผลํ ผเลต,
11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, to all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
ยถา เจศฺวรสฺย มหิมยุกฺตยา ศกฺตฺยา สานนฺเทน ปูรฺณำ สหิษฺณุตำ ติติกฺษาญฺจาจริตุํ ศกฺษฺยถ ตาทฺฤเศน ปูรฺณพเลน ยทฺ พลวนฺโต ภเวต,
12 Giving thanks to the Father, who hath made us qualified to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
ยศฺจ ปิตา เตโชวาสินำ ปวิตฺรโลกานามฺ อธิการสฺยำศิตฺวายาสฺมานฺ โยคฺยานฺ กฺฤตวานฺ ตํ ยทฺ ธนฺยํ วเทต วรมฺ เอนํ ยาจามเหฯ
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his beloved Son:
ยต: โส'สฺมานฺ ติมิรสฺย กรฺตฺตฺฤตฺวาทฺ อุทฺธฺฤตฺย สฺวกียสฺย ปฺริยปุตฺรสฺย ราเชฺย สฺถาปิตวานฺฯ
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
ตสฺมาตฺ ปุตฺราทฺ วยํ ปริตฺราณมฺ อรฺถต: ปาปโมจนํ ปฺราปฺตวนฺต: ฯ
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation:
ส จาทฺฤศฺยเสฺยศฺวรสฺย ปฺรติมูรฺติ: กฺฤตฺสฺนายา: สฺฤษฺเฏราทิกรฺตฺตา จฯ
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are upon earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
ยต: สรฺวฺวเมว เตน สสฺฤเช สึหาสนราชตฺวปรากฺรมาทีนิ สฺวรฺคมรฺตฺตฺยสฺถิตานิ ทฺฤศฺยาทฺฤศฺยานิ วสฺตูนิ สรฺวฺวาณิ เตไนว ตไสฺม จ สสฺฤชิเรฯ
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
ส สรฺเวฺวษามฺ อาทิ: สรฺเวฺวษำ สฺถิติการกศฺจฯ
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he may have the preeminence.
ส เอว สมิติรูปายาสฺตโน รฺมูรฺทฺธา กิญฺจ สรฺวฺววิษเย ส ยทฺ อคฺริโย ภเวตฺ ตทรฺถํ ส เอว มฺฤตานำ มธฺยาตฺ ปฺรถมต อุตฺถิโต'คฺรศฺจฯ
19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
ยต อีศฺวรสฺย กฺฤตฺสฺนํ ปูรฺณตฺวํ ตเมวาวาสยิตุํ
20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things to himself; by him, I say, whether they are things on earth, or things in heaven.
กฺรุเศ ปาติเตน ตสฺย รกฺเตน สนฺธึ วิธาย เตไนว สฺวรฺคมรฺตฺตฺยสฺถิตานิ สรฺวฺวาณิ เสฺวน สห สนฺธาปยิตุญฺเจศฺวเรณาภิเลเษฯ
21 And you, that were once alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
ปูรฺวฺวํ ทูรสฺถา ทุษฺกฺริยารตมนสฺกตฺวาตฺ ตสฺย ริปวศฺจาสฺต เย ยูยํ ตานฺ ยุษฺมานฺ อปิ ส อิทานีํ ตสฺย มำสลศรีเร มรเณน เสฺวน สห สนฺธาปิตวานฺฯ
22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
ยต: ส สฺวสมฺมุเข ปวิตฺรานฺ นิษฺกลงฺกานฺ อนินฺทนียำศฺจ ยุษฺมานฺ สฺถาปยิตุมฺ อิจฺฉติฯ
23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; of which I Paul am made a minister;
กินฺเตฺวตทรฺถํ ยุษฺมาภิ รฺพทฺธมูไล: สุสฺถิไรศฺจ ภวิตวฺยมฺ, อากาศมณฺฑลสฺยาธ: สฺถิตานำ สรฺวฺวโลกานำ มเธฺย จ ฆุษฺยมาโณ ย: สุสํวาโท ยุษฺมาภิรศฺราวิ ตชฺชาตายำ ปฺรตฺยาศายำ ยุษฺมาภิรจไล รฺภวิตวฺยํฯ
24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church:
ตสฺย สุสํวาทไสฺยก: ปริจารโก โย'หํ เปาล: โส'หมฺ อิทานีมฺ อานนฺเทน ยุษฺมทรฺถํ ทุ: ขานิ สเห ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย เกฺลศโภคสฺย โยํโศ'ปูรฺณสฺตเมว ตสฺย ตโน: สมิเต: กฺฤเต สฺวศรีเร ปูรยามิ จฯ
25 Of which I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
ยต อีศฺวรสฺย มนฺตฺรณยา ยุษฺมทรฺถมฺ อีศฺวรียวากฺยสฺย ปฺรจารสฺย ภาโร มยิ สมปิตสฺตสฺมาทฺ อหํ ตสฺยา: สมิเต: ปริจารโก'ภวํฯ
26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is revealed to his saints: (aiōn g165)
ตตฺ นิคูฒํ วากฺยํ ปูรฺวฺวยุเคษุ ปูรฺวฺวปุรุเษภฺย: ปฺรจฺฉนฺนมฺ อาสีตฺ กินฺตฺวิทานีํ ตสฺย ปวิตฺรโลกานำ สนฺนิเธา เตน ปฺรากาศฺยตฯ (aiōn g165)
27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
ยโต ภินฺนชาตียานำ มเธฺย ตตฺ นิคูฒวากฺยํ กีทฺฤคฺเคารวนิธิสมฺพลิตํ ตตฺ ปวิตฺรโลกานฺ ชฺญาปยิตุมฺ อีศฺวโร'ภฺยลษตฺฯ ยุษฺมนฺมธฺยวรฺตฺตี ขฺรีษฺฏ เอว ส นิธิ ไรฺครวาศาภูมิศฺจฯ
28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
ตสฺมาทฺ วยํ ตเมว โฆษยนฺโต ยทฺ เอไกกํ มานวํ สิทฺธีภูตํ ขฺรีษฺเฏ สฺถาปเยม ตทรฺถเมไกกํ มานวํ ปฺรโพธยาม: ปูรฺณชฺญาเนน ไจไกกํ มานวํ อุปทิศาม: ฯ
29 For which I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.
เอตทรฺถํ ตสฺย ยา ศกฺติ: ปฺรพลรูเปณ มม มเธฺย ปฺรกาศเต ตยาหํ ยตมาน: ศฺราภฺยามิฯ
