2 Chronicles 35
1 Moreover Josiah kept a passover to the LORD in Jerusalem: and they killed the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month.
Ug gisaulog ni Josias ang pasko kang Jehova didto sa Jerusalem: ug ilang gipatay ang pasko sa ikanapulo ug upat ka adlaw sa nahaunang bulan.
2 And he set the priests in their charges, and encouraged them to the service of the house of the LORD,
Ug iyang gipahamutang ang mga sacerdote sa ilang mga katungdanan, ug gidasig sila sa pag-alagad sa balay ni Jehova.
3 And said to the Levites that taught all Israel, who were holy to the LORD, Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel built; it shall not be a burden upon your shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel,
Ug siya miingon sa mga Levihanon nga nanagtudlo sa tibook Israel, nga mga balaan kang Jehova: Ibutang ang balaan nga arca diha sa balay nga gitukod ni Salomon nga anak nga lalake ni David nga hari sa Israel; mawala na ang kabug-at sa ibabaw sa inyong mga abaga. Karon alagara si Jehova nga inyong Dios, ug ang iyang katawohan nga Israel.
4 And prepare yourselves by the houses of your fathers, after your courses, according to the writing of David king of Israel, and according to the writing of Solomon his son.
Ug mag-andam kamo sumala sa inyong mga hugna sa kabalayan sa inyong mga amahan, sumala sa sinulat ni David nga hari sa Israel, ug sumala sa sinulat ni Salomon nga iyang anak nga lalake,
5 And stand in the holy place according to the divisions of the families of the fathers of your brethren the people, and after the division of the families of the Levites.
Ug magtindog didto sa balaan nga dapit sumala sa mga pagkabahinbahin sa mga balay sa mga amahan sa inyong mga kaigsoonan ang mga anak sa katawohan, ug himoa nga adunay alang sa tagsatagsa usa ka bahin sa balay sa amahan sa mga Levihanon.
6 So kill the passover, and sanctify yourselves, and prepare your brethren, that they may do according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
Ug magpatay kamo sa pasko, ug magbalaan kamo sa inyong kaugalingon, ug mag-andam alang sa inyong mga kaigsoonan, sa pagbuhat sumala sa pulong ni Jehova pinaagi kang Moises.
7 And Josiah gave to the people, of the flock, lambs and kids, all for the passover offerings, for all that were present, to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand cattle: these were of the king’s substance.

8 And his princes gave willingly to the people, to the priests, and to the Levites: Hilkiah and Zechariah and Jehiel, rulers of the house of God, gave to the priests for the passover offerings two thousand and six hundred small cattle, and three hundred oxen.

9 Conaniah also, and Shemaiah and Nethaneel, his brethren, and Hashabiah and Jeiel and Jozabad, chief of the Levites, gave to the Levites for passover offerings five thousand small cattle, and five hundred oxen.

10 So the service was prepared, and the priests stood in their place, and the Levites in their courses, according to the king’s commandment.

11 And they killed the passover, and the priests sprinkled the blood from their hands, and the Levites flayed them.
Ug ilang gipatay ang pasko, ug ang mga sacerdote nanagsablig sa dugo nga ilang nadawat sa ilang kamot, ug ang mga Levihanon ang mingpanit kanila.
12 And they removed the burnt offerings, that they might give according to the divisions of the families of the people, to offer to the LORD, as it is written in the book of Moses. And so did they with the oxen.

13 And they roasted the passover with fire according to the ordinance: but the other holy offerings they boiled in pots, and in caldrons, and in pans, and divided them speedily among all the people.
Ug ilang giasal ang pasko sa kalayo sumala sa tulomanon: ug ang balaan nga mga halad ilang gilat-an sa mga kolon, ug mga caldero, ug sa mga kalaha, ug sa gidala kini sa madali ngadto sa tanang mga anak sa katawohan.
14 And afterwards they made ready for themselves, and for the priests: because the priests the sons of Aaron were busied in offering burnt offerings and the fat until night; therefore the Levites prepared for themselves, and for the priests the sons of Aaron.

15 And the singers the sons of Asaph were in their place, according to the commandment of David, and Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun the king’s seer; and the porters waited at every gate; they might not depart from their service; for their brethren the Levites prepared for them.
Ug ang mga mag-aawit ang mga anak nga lalake ni Asaph dinha sa ilang dapit, sumala sa sugo ni David, ug ni Asaph, ug ni Heman, ug ni Jeduthun nga manalagna sa hari; ug ang mga magbalantay sa pultahan dinha sa tagsatagsa ka ganghaan: wala kinahanglana nga sila mopahawa gikan sa ilang pag-alagad; kay ang ilang kaigsoonan ang mga Levihanon nanag-andam alang kanila.
16 So all the service of the LORD was prepared the same day, to keep the passover, and to offer burnt offerings upon the altar of the LORD, according to the commandment of king Josiah.

17 And the children of Israel that were present kept the passover at that time, and the feast of unleavened bread seven days.
Ug ang mga anak sa Israel nga mingtambong mingsaulog sa pasko niadtong panahona ug sa fiesta sa tinapay nga walay levadura sulod sa pito ka adlaw.
18 And there was no passover like that kept in Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet; neither did all the kings of Israel keep such a passover as Josiah kept, and the priests, and the Levites, and all Judah and Israel that were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
Ug walay pasko nga sama niadto nga gisaulog sa Israel gikan sa mga adlaw ni Samuel nga manalagna; ni magsaulog ang bisan kinsa sa mga hari sa Israel sa maong pasko ingon sa gisaulog ni Josias, ug sa mga sacerdote, ug sa mga Levihanon, ug sa tibook Juda ug Israel nga nanambong, ug sa mga pumoluyo sa Jerusalem.
19 In the eighteenth year of the reign of Josiah was this passover kept.
Sa ikanapulo ug walo ka tuig sa paghari ni Josias kining maong pasko gisaulog.
20 After all this, when Josiah had prepared the temple, Necho king of Egypt came up to fight against Carchemish by Euphrates: and Josiah went out against him.
Sa tapus niining tanan, sa diha nga si Josias nakaandam na sa templo, si Nechao nga hari sa Egipto miadto aron sa pagpakig-away batok kang Carchemis ubay sa Eufrates: ug si Josias migula batok kaniya.
21 But he sent ambassadors to him, saying, What have I to do with thee, thou king of Judah? I come not against thee this day, but against the house with which I have war: for God commanded me to make haste: forbear thee from meddling with God, who is with me, that he may not destroy thee.
Apan siya nagpadala ug mga sulogoon ngadto kaniya, nga nagaingon: Unsay akong labut kanimo, ikaw hari sa Juda: Ako wala umanhi batok kanimo niining adlawa, apan batok sa balay diin ako may gubat; ug ang Dios nagsugo kanako sa pagdali: magpugong ka gikan sa paghilabut sa Dios, nga ania uban kanako, aron dili ka niya laglagon.
22 Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not to the words of Necho from the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.
Bisan pa niini si Josias wala molingiw gikan kaniya, apan nagtakuban sa iyang kaugalingon, aron nga siya makaaway kaniya, ug wala mamati sa mga pulong ni Nechao gikan sa baba sa Dios, ug miadto sa pagpakig-away didto sa walog sa Megiddo.
23 And the archers shot at king Josiah; and the king said to his servants, Take me away; for I am grievously wounded.
Ug ang mga magpapana mingpana kang hari Josias; ug ang hari miingon sa iyang mga alagad: Ipahilayo ako; kay ako samdan ug daku.
24 His servants therefore took him out of that chariot, and put him in the second chariot that he had; and they brought him to Jerusalem, and he died, and was buried in one of the sepulchres of his fathers. And all Judah and Jerusalem mourned for Josiah.

25 And Jeremiah lamented for Josiah: and all the singing men and the singing women have spoken of Josiah in their lamentations to this day, and made them an ordinance in Israel: and, behold, they are written in the lamentations.
Ug si Jeremias nagbukho tungod kang Josias: ug ang tanang mga lalake ug babaye nga mag-aawit mingsulti mahitungod kang Josias sa ilang mga pagbakho hangtud niining adlawa; ug sila nagbuhat alang kanila ug usa ka tulomanon sa Israel: ug, ania karon, sila nanghisulat sa basahon sa Lamentaciones.
26 Now the rest of the acts of Josiah, and his goodness, according to that which was written in the law of the LORD,
Karon ang nanghibilin nga mga buhat ni Josias ug ang iyang mga maayong buhat, sumala niadtong nahisulat sa Kasugoan ni Jehova,
27 And his deeds, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah.
Ug ang iyang mga buhat, sinugdan ug katapusan, ania karon, sila nanghisulat sa basahon sa mga hari sa Israel ug sa Juda.
