2 Chronicles 13
1 Now in the eighteenth year of king Jeroboam began Abijah to reign over Judah.
၁ယေရောဗောင် မင်းကြီး နန်းစံ ဆယ်နှစ်နှစ်တွင် အဘိယ သည် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့၌မင်းပြု၍၊
2 He reigned three years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name also was Michaiah the daughter of Uriel of Gibeah. And there was war between Abijah and Jeroboam.
၂ယုဒပြည်ကို သုံး နှစ် စိုးစံ ၏။ မယ်တော် ကား၊ ဂိဗာ မြို့သားဩရေလ ၏ သမီး မာခါ အမည်ရှိ၏။ အဘိယ နှင့် ယေရောဗောင် တို့သည် စစ်တိုက် သောအကြောင်းအရာဟူမူကား၊
3 And Abijah set the battle in array with an army of valiant men of war, even four hundred thousand chosen men: Jeroboam also set the battle in array against him with eight hundred thousand chosen men, being mighty men of valour.
၃အဘိယ သည် ရွေးချယ် သော စစ် သူရဲကောင်း လေး သိန်းနှင့် စစ် ခင်းကျင်း ၏။ ယေရောဗောင် သည် ရွေးချယ် သောစစ် သူရဲကောင်းရှစ် သိန်းနှင့် စစ် ခင်းကျင်း ၏။
4 And Abijah stood upon mount Zemaraim, which is in mount Ephraim, and said, Hear me, thou Jeroboam, and all Israel;
၄အဘိယ သည် ဧဖရိမ် ခရိုင် ၊ ဇေမရိမ် တောင် ပေါ် မှာ ရပ် လျက် ၊ အိုယေရောဗောင် နှင့် ဣသရေလ လူ အပေါင်း တို့၊ နားထောင် ကြလော့။
5 Ought ye not to know that the LORD God of Israel gave the kingdom over Israel to David for ever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt?
၅ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဆား နှင့် ယှဉ်သောပဋိညာဉ် အားဖြင့်၊ ဣသရေလ နိုင်ငံကို ဒါဝိဒ် နှင့် သား တော်မြေးတော်တို့၌ အစဉ် အိပ်တော်မူကြောင်းကို၊ သင် တို့သိမှတ် သင့်သည် မ ဟုတ်လော။
6 Yet Jeroboam the son of Nebat, the servant of Solomon the son of David, hath risen up, and hath rebelled against his lord.
၆သို့ရာတွင် ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် သား တော်ရှောလမုန် ၏ ကျွန် နေဗတ် သား ယေရောဗောင် သည်၊ မိမိ အရှင် ကို တစ်ဘက် ထ၍ပုန်ကန် လေပြီ။
7 And there are gathered to him worthless men, base fellows, and they have strengthened themselves against Rehoboam the son of Solomon, when Rehoboam was young and tenderhearted, and could not withstand them.
၇ရှောလမုန် သား ရောဗောင် သည် အသက် ငယ်၍ သဘော နူးညံ့ သောကြောင့် ၊ မ ဆီးတား နိုင်သောအခါ၊ လျှပ်ပေါ် သောသူ ၊ အဓမ္မ လူတို့သည် ယေရောဗောင် ထံမှာ စုဝေး ၍၊ ရောဗောင် မင်းတစ်ဘက် ၌ ကိုယ်ကိုခိုင်ခံ့ စေကြ ၏။
8 And now ye think to withstand the kingdom of the LORD in the hand of the sons of David; and ye are a great multitude, and there are with you golden calves, which Jeroboam made you for gods.
၈ယခု လည်း သင် တို့သည် ဒါဝိဒ် ၏သား မြေး၌ ရှိသောထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နိုင်ငံ တော်ကို ဆီးတား မည်ဟု ကြံစည် ကြသည်တကား၊ သင် တို့သည် များပြား ၍ သင် တို့ဘုရား အရာ ၌၊ ယေရောဗောင် လုပ် သော ရွှေ နွားသငယ် တို့လည်း ရှိကြ၏။
9 Have ye not cast out the priests of the LORD, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites, and have appointed priests after the manner of the nations of other lands? so that whoever cometh to consecrate himself with a young bull and seven rams, the same may be a priest of them that are no gods.
၉သင်တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ခန့်ထားတော်မူသော ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ၊ အာရုန် အမျိုး နှင့် လေဝိ အမျိုးသားတို့ကိုနှင်ထုတ် ၍၊ တပါးအမျိုးသားထုံးစံအတိုင်း၊ ကိုယ် အဘို့ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တို့ကို လုပ် ကြပြီမ ဟုတ်လော။ထိုသို့နှင့်အညီ၊ နွားသငယ် တကောင်နှင့် သိုး ခုနစ် ကောင် ကိုပေး ၍၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်အရာ၌ ခန့်ထားခြင်းကိုခံ သော သူမည်သည်ကား၊ ဘုရား မ ဟုတ်သောသူထံ မှာ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ပြု ရသည်တကား။
10 But as for us, the LORD is our God, and we have not forsaken him; and the priests, who minister to the LORD, are the sons of Aaron, and the Levites wait upon their business:
၁၀ငါ တို့မူကား ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုမ စွန့်။ထိုဘုရား သည် ငါ တို့၌ ဘုရားသခင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အမှု တော်ကို ထမ်းသောယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည် အာရုန် အမျိုး ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ လေဝိ သားတို့သည်လည်း ၊ မိမိတို့ အမှု ကို စောင့်နေကြ၏။
11 And they burn to the LORD every morning and every evening burnt sacrifices and sweet incense: the showbread also they set in order upon the pure table; and the lampstand of gold with its lamps, to burn every evening: for we keep the charge of the LORD our God; but ye have forsaken him.
၁၁ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌၊ မီးရှို့ ရာယဇ်နှင့် နံ့သာပေါင်း ကို နံနက် တိုင်း၊ ညဦး တိုင်းမီးရှို့ကြ၏။ သန့်ရှင်း သော စားပွဲ ပေါ် မှာ ရှေ့တော်မုန့် ကို၎င်း၊ ညဦး တိုင်းထွန်း စရာဘို့ ရွှေ မီးခုံ နှင့် မီးခွက် တို့ကို၎င်းပြင်ဆင်ကြ ၏။ ငါ တို့သည် ငါ တို့၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အမှု တော်ကို စောင့် ကြ၏။ သင် တို့မူကား ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား ကို စွန့် ကြပြီ။
12 And, behold, God himself is with us for our captain, and his priests with sounding trumpets to cry alarm against you. O children of Israel, fight ye not against the LORD God of your fathers; for ye shall not prosper.
၁၂ဘုရားသခင် ကိုယ်တော်တိုင်သည်၊ ငါ တို့တွင် ဗိုလ် မင်းဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည်လည်း ၊ တံပိုးမှုတ် လျက် သင် တို့တစ်ဘက် ၌ နှိုးဆော်ခြင်းငှါ၊ ငါတို့တွင်ရှိကြ၏။ အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့၊ ဘိုးဘေး တို့၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား တစ်ဘက် ၌ မ တိုက် ကြနှင့်။ တိုက်လျှင်ရှုံး ရကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ပြောဆို၏။
13 But Jeroboam caused an ambush to come about behind them: so they were before Judah, and the ambush was behind them.
၁၃ယေရောဗောင် သည် ယုဒ လူတို့နောက် ၌ မ ထင် မရှားတပ်ချီစေ၍၊ ကိုယ်တိုင်တဘက်၊ ချောင်း နေသောသူတဘက်၊ ယုဒတပ်ကိုဝိုင်း ကြ၏။
14 And when Judah looked back, behold, the battle was before and behind: and they cried to the LORD, and the priests sounded with the trumpets.
၁၄ယုဒ လူတို့သည် ပြန် ကြည့်သောအခါ ၊ စစ်မှု ဝိုင်းမိသည်ကို မြင် လျှင် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား အား ဟစ် ခေါ်၍ ၊ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည်လည်း တံပိုး မှုတ် ကြ၏။
15 Then the men of Judah gave a shout: and as the men of Judah shouted, it came to pass, that God smote Jeroboam and all Israel before Abijah and Judah.
၁၅တဖန် ယုဒ လူ တို့သည် ကြွေးကြော် သောအခါ ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ယေရောဗောင် ကို အဘိယ နှင့် ယုဒ လူတို့ ရှေ့ မှာ ဒဏ်ခတ် တော်မူသဖြင့်၊
16 And the children of Israel fled before Judah: and God delivered them into their hand.
၁၆ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့သည် ပြေး ၍ ၊ သူ တို့ကို ယုဒ လူတို့လက် သို့ ဘုရားသခင် အပ် တော်မူ၏။
17 And Abijah and his people slew them with a great slaughter: so there fell down slain of Israel five hundred thousand chosen men.
၁၇အဘိယ နှင့် သူ ၏လူ တို့သည် ကြီးစွာ သော လုပ်ကြံ ခြင်းကိုပြု ၍ ၊ ရွေးချယ် သော ဣသရေလ လူ ငါး သိန်းလဲ သေ သဖြင့်၊
18 Thus the children of Israel were subdued at that time, and the children of Judah prevailed, because they relied upon the LORD God of their fathers.
၁၈ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့သည်၊ ထိုအခါရှုံး ၍ ၊ ယုဒ အမျိုးသား တို့သည် ဘိုးဘေး တို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ခိုလှုံ သောကြောင့် နိုင် ကြ၏။
19 And Abijah pursued Jeroboam, and took cities from him, Bethel with its towns, and Jeshanah with its towns, and Ephrain with its towns.
၁၉အဘိယ သည် ယေရောဗောင် ကို လိုက် ၍ ၊ ဗေသလ မြို့ နှင့် ရွာ များ၊ ယေရှန မြို့နှင့် ရွာ များ၊ ဧဖရိမ် မြို့ နှင့် ရွာ များတို့ကို သူ့ လက်မှ နှုတ်ယူ လေ၏။
20 Neither did Jeroboam recover strength again in the days of Abijah: and the LORD struck him, and he died.
၂၀အဘိယ လက်ထက် ကာလပတ်လုံး၊ ယေရောဗောင် သည် နောက်တဖန် ခွန်အား ကို မ ရ ပြန်။ ထာဝရဘုရား ဒဏ်ခတ် တော်မူသဖြင့် သေ လေ၏။
21 But Abijah became mighty, and married fourteen wives, and begat twenty and two sons, and sixteen daughters.
၂၁အဘိယ မူကား ခွန်အား တိုးပွါး၏။ မယား တဆယ် လေး ယောက်တို့ကိုယူ ၍ သား နှစ်ဆယ် နှစ် ယောက်နှင့် သမီး တဆယ် ခြောက်ယောက်တို့ကို မြင် ရ၏။
22 And the rest of the acts of Abijah, and his ways, and his sayings, are written in the story of the prophet Iddo.
၂၂အဘိယ ပြုမူသောအမှု အရာ ကြွင်း လေသမျှတို့ နှင့် ကျင့်သောအကျင့် ၊ ပြောသောစကား များတို့သည်၊ ရာဇဝင် နှင့်ဆက်၍ ပရောဖက် ဣဒ္ဒေါ စီရင်သော စာ၌ ရေးထား လျက်ရှိ၏။
