< 1 Corinthians 4 >

1 Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
Ite uu umuntu wakualye use, anga keitumi ang'wa Kilisto neilhiwa niaunkunku wa tai ang'wi Tunda.
2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
Mueli ite, nilitakewe muilihwa inge kina atule akuhuelwa.
3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you, or by man’s judgment: yea, I judge not my own self.
Kuite kung'waane unene inge kintu kiniino kukila, kutula kulamulwa nunyenye angwi ulamulwi nuakiuntu. Kunsoko singa kilamuiilya nunene gaa.
4 For I know nothing against myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
Singakilamuilya uneneeudu, ite kutile anga ndogoilyo kina unene nkite tai. Itunda winamuilya.
5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord shall come, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will reveal the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise from God.
Kuite gwa, muleke kutambula lehi kulamula imatungo angeze akili kupika, nuakile kiza Umukulu. Ukumaleta muyelu imakani nipihile muhili nukukunukula uulimeili nuamunkolo. Uu kukila ung'wi ukusengilya lukumo lakwe kupuma kung'wi Tunda.
6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye may learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you on account of one may be puffed up against another.
Itungo ile, akaka niadada ane, unene lukulu nu Apolo nkiiteye inzila iye kunsoko anyu. Inge kina kupuma kitaitu mukusaga kumanya indogoilyo antambu, “Uleke kenda kukila anga nikiandekilwe.” Iki inge kina kutile anga nung'wi wanyu nukihumbula kumuya.
7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?
Indogoilyo nyenyu nuine kuhita kimpana kung'wanyu numuya? Ukete ntuni nusinga usingieye nekanda? Ang'wi wasingilya nekanda, kuniki mukihumbula anga shanga mutendile itee?
8 Now ye are full, now ye are rich, ye have reigned as kings without us: and I wish ye did reign, that we also might reign with you.
Akonda kulula mukete ehi aya nemutakile! Yakonda kulula miagole! Manza utemi nukikie lukulu kukila usese! Tai, numutakie utemi uza inge kina kutemye palung'we nunye.
9 For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle to the world, and to angels, and to men.
Kuite nsegile Itunda ukuekile usese anga keitumi kualagiila impelo nalukilili nuakandamana hange ang'wi iantu nae alamuewe kubulagwa. Katula anga kilumbi muunkumbigulu, kuamalaika niantu.
10 We are fools for Christ’s sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.
Use kiapungu kunsoko ang'wa Kilisto, kuite unye mukete ikulye mung'wa Kilisto. Kiakia, kuile unye mukete ingulu. Mukuiigwe kuite usese kumeilwe.
11 Even to this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwellingplace;
Inge nitungo ele kukete nzala ni nyota, kiagila iang'wenda, kukete mapigo, nikange kiagila anga wikalo.
12 And labour, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure it:
Kuituma imilemo kungulu, kumekono itu usese. Nekumeilwe, kukakembeta. Imatungo nikuagigwa, hakigigimeilya.
13 Being defamed, we entreat: we are made as the filth of the world, the offscouring of all things to this day.
Nekuutukilwa, kikasusha kuupolo. Kakula, hange kukile kuaigwe kulula anga kuhitilwe nuunkumbigulu nemumakani ehi.
14 I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you.
Singa nimaandekile imakani aya kumuhumya munyala unye, kuite kumusukila unyenye anga mianino ana nenemoloilwe.
15 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.
Hatize anga mukete amanyisi makumi anzugu mung'wa Kilisto, miagila iatata nudu. Kunsoko natula nitata wanyu mung'wa Yesu Kilisto kukiila utananti.
16 Therefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me.
Ite kumupepeelya mumbige unene.
17 For this cause have I sent to you Timothy, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which are in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.
Iyi yeyi nsoko akumtuma u Timoteo, mulowa nuane hange mung'endya numuhueli Mumukulu. Ukumukembusha inzila yane mung'wa Kilisto, anga ninimanyisa kukela ikianza hange kela itekeelo.
18 Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you.
Itungo ile ang'wi anyu akihumbula, akutenda anga singa nzile kung'waanyu.
19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them who are puffed up, but the power.
Kiute nzila kitalanyu pakupe, anga Umukulu walowe. Ulu niikiza nkani yaoudu neendi humbula, Kuite kumiona engulu ao.
20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
Kunsoko utemi wang'wi Tunda wikitile munkani inge mungulu.
21 What will ye? shall I come to you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?
Mutakile ntunii? Neze numulanga nee kitalanyu ang'wi kuuluwa nikunkolo naupolo.
