1 Chronicles 6
1 The sons of Levi; Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
レビの子らはゲルション、コハテ、メラリ。
2 And the sons of Kohath; Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
コハテの子らはアムラム、イヅハル、ヘブロン、ウジエル。
3 And the children of Amram; Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. The sons also of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
アムラムの子らはアロン、モーセ、ミリアム。アロンの子らはナダブ、アビウ、エレアザル、イタマル。
4 Eleazar begat Phinehas, Phinehas begat Abishua,
エレアザルはピネハスを生み、ピネハスはアビシュアを生み、
5 And Abishua begat Bukki, and Bukki begat Uzzi,
アビシュアはブッキを生み、ブッキはウジを生み、
6 And Uzzi begat Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begat Meraioth,
ウジはゼラヒヤを生み、ゼラヒヤはメラヨテを生み、
7 Meraioth begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,
メラヨテはアマリヤを生み、アマリヤはアヒトブを生み、
8 And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Ahimaaz,
アヒトブはザドクを生み、ザドクはアヒマアズを生み、
9 And Ahimaaz begat Azariah, and Azariah begat Johanan,
アヒマアズはアザリヤを生み、アザリヤはヨナハンを生み、
10 And Johanan begat Azariah, (he it is that executed the priest’s office in the temple that Solomon built in Jerusalem: )
ヨナハンはアザリヤを生んだ。このアザリヤはソロモンがエルサレムに建てた宮で祭司の務をした者である。
11 And Azariah begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,
アザリヤはアマリヤを生み、アマリヤはアヒトブを生み、
12 And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Shallum,
アヒトブはザトクを生み、ザトクはシャルムを生み、
13 And Shallum begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begat Azariah,
シャルムはヒルキヤを生み、ヒルキヤはアザリヤを生み、
14 And Azariah begat Seraiah, and Seraiah begat Jehozadak,
アザリヤはセラヤを生み、セラヤはヨザダクを生んだ。
15 And Jehozadak went into captivity, when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.
ヨザダクは主がネブカデネザルの手によってユダとエルサレムの人を捕え移された時に捕えられて行った。
16 The sons of Levi; Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.
レビの子らはゲルション、コハテおよびメラリ。
17 And these are the names of the sons of Gershom; Libni, and Shimei.
ゲルションの子らの名はリブニとシメイ。
18 And the sons of Kohath were, Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
コハテの子らはアムラム、イヅハル、ヘブロン、ウジエルである。
19 The sons of Merari; Mahli, and Mushi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their fathers.
メラリの子らはマヘリとムシ。これらはレビびとのその家筋による氏族である。
20 Of Gershom; Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,
ゲルションの子はリブニ、その子はヤハテ、その子はジンマ、
21 Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeaterai his son.
その子はヨア、その子はイド、その子はゼラ、その子はヤテライ。
22 The sons of Kohath; Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,
コハテの子はアミナダブ、その子はコラ、その子はアシル、
23 Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son,
その子はエルカナ、その子はエビアサフ、その子はアシル、
24 Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.
その子はタハテ、その子はウリエル、その子はウジヤ、その子はシャウル。
25 And the sons of Elkanah; Amasai, and Ahimoth.
エルカナの子らはアマサイとアヒモテ、
26 As for Elkanah: the sons of Elkanah; Zophai his son, and Nahath his son,
その子はエルカナ、その子はゾパイ、その子はナハテ、
27 Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son.
その子はエリアブ、その子はエロハム、その子はエルカナ。
28 And the sons of Samuel; the firstborn Vashni, and Abiah.
サムエルの子らは、長子はヨエル、次はアビヤ。
29 The sons of Merari; Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzza his son,
メラリの子はマヘリ、その子はリブニ、その子はシメイ、その子はウザ、
30 Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.
その子はシメア、その子はハギヤ、その子はアサヤである。
31 And these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.
契約の箱を安置したのち、ダビデが主の宮で歌をうたう事をつかさどらせた人々は次のとおりである。
32 And they ministered before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of the congregation with singing, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem: and then they waited on their office according to their order.
彼らは会見の幕屋の前で歌をもって仕えたが、ソロモンがエルサレムに主の宮を建ててからは、一定の秩序に従って務を行った。
33 And these are they that waited with their children. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman a singer, the son of Joel, the son of Shemuel,
その務をしたもの、およびその子らは次のとおりである。コハテびとの子らのうちヘマンは歌をうたう者、ヘマンはヨエルの子、ヨエルはサムエルの子、
34 The son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah,
サムエルはエルカナの子、エルカナはエロハムの子、エロハムはエリエルの子、エリエルはトアの子、
35 The son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,
トアはヅフの子、ヅフはエルカナの子、エルカナはマハテの子、マハテはアマサイの子、
36 The son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,
アマサイはエルカナの子、エルカナはヨエルの子、ヨエルはアザリヤの子、アザリヤはゼパニヤの子、
37 The son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah,
ゼパニヤはタハテの子、タハテはアシルの子、アシルはエビアサフの子、エビアサフはコラの子、
38 The son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.
コラはイヅハルの子、イヅハルはコハテの子、コハテはレビの子、レビはイスラエルの子である。
39 And his brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, even Asaph the son of Berachiah, the son of Shimea,
ヘマンの兄弟アサフはヘマンの右に立った。アサフはベレキヤの子、ベレキヤはシメアの子、
40 The son of Michael, the son of Baaseiah, the son of Malchiah,
シメアはミカエルの子、ミカエルはバアセヤの子、バアセヤはマルキヤの子、
41 The son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah,
マルキヤはエテニの子、エテニはゼラの子、ゼラはアダヤの子、
42 The son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,
アダヤはエタンの子、エタンはジンマの子、ジンマはシメイの子、
43 The son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.
シメイはヤハテの子、ヤハテはゲルションの子、ゲルションはレビの子である。
44 And their brethren the sons of Merari stood on the left hand: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch,
また彼らの兄弟であるメラリの子らが左に立った。そのうちのエタンはキシの子、キシはアブデの子、アブデはマルクの子、
45 The son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah,
マルクはハシャビヤの子、ハシャビヤはアマジヤの子、アマジヤはヒルキヤの子、
46 The son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shamer,
ヒルキヤはアムジの子、アムジはバニの子、バニはセメルの子、
47 The son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.
セメルはマヘリの子、マヘリはムシの子、ムシはメラリの子、メラリはレビの子である。
48 Their brethren also the Levites were appointed to all manner of service of the tabernacle of the house of God.
彼らの兄弟であるレビびとたちは、神の宮の幕屋のもろもろの務に任じられた。
49 But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the place most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.
アロンとその子らは燔祭の壇と香の祭壇の上にささげることをなし、また至聖所のすべてのわざをなし、かつイスラエルのためにあがないをなした。すべて神のしもべモーセの命じたとおりである。
50 And these are the sons of Aaron; Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,
アロンの子孫は次のとおりである。アロンの子はエレアザル、その子はピネハス、その子はアビシュア、
51 Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,
その子はブッキ、その子はウジ、その子はゼラヒヤ、
52 Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,
その子はメラヨテ、その子はアマリヤ、その子はアヒトブ、
53 Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.
その子はザドク、その子はアヒマアズである。
54 Now these are their dwelling places throughout their castles in their land, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites: for theirs was the lot.
アロンの子孫の住む所はその境のうちにある宿営によっていえば次のとおりである。まずコハテびとの氏族がくじによって得たところ、
55 And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and its common lands around it.
すなわち彼らが与えられたところは、ユダの地にあるヘブロンとその周囲の放牧地である。
56 But the fields of the city, and its villages, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
ただし、その町の田畑とその村々は、エフンネの子カレブに与えられた。
57 And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of Judah, namely, Hebron, the city of refuge, and Libnah with its common lands, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa, with their common lands,
そしてアロンの子孫に与えられたものは、のがれの町であるヘブロンおよびリブナとその放牧地、ヤッテルおよびエシテモアとその放牧地、
58 And Hilen with its common lands, Debir with its common lands,
ヒレンとその放牧地、デビルとその放牧地、
59 And Ashan with its common lands, and Bethshemesh with its common lands:
アシャンとその放牧地、ベテシメシとその放牧地である。
60 And out of the tribe of Benjamin; Geba with its common lands, and Alemeth with its common lands, and Anathoth with its common lands. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.
またベニヤミンの部族のうちからはゲバとその放牧地、アレメテとその放牧地、アナトテとその放牧地を与えられた。彼らの町は、すべてその氏族のうちに十三あった。
61 And to the sons of Kohath, who were left of the family of that tribe, were cities given out of the half tribe, namely, out of the half tribe of Manasseh, by lot, ten cities.
またコハテの子孫の残りの者は部族の氏族のうちからと、半部族すなわちマナセの半部族のうちからくじによって十の町を与えられた。
62 And to the sons of Gershom throughout their families were given out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
またゲルションの子孫はその氏族によってイッサカルの部族、アセルの部族、ナフタリの部族、およびバシャンのマナセの部族のうちから十三の町が与えられた。
63 To the sons of Merari were given by lot, throughout their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
メラリの子孫はその氏族によってルベンの部族、ガドの部族、およびゼブルンの部族のうちからくじによって十二の町が与えられた。
64 And the children of Israel gave to the Levites these cities with their common lands.
このようにイスラエルの人々はレビびとに町々とその放牧地とを与えた。
65 And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities, which are called by their names.
すなわちユダの子孫の部族とシメオンの部族の子孫と、ベニヤミンの子孫の部族のうちからここに名をあげたこれらの町をくじによって与えた。
66 And some of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their land out of the tribe of Ephraim.
コハテの子孫の氏族はまたエフライムの部族のうちからも町々を獲てその領地とした。
67 And they gave to them, of the cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim with its common lands; they gave also Gezer with its common lands,
すなわち彼らが与えられた、のがれの町はエフライムの山地にあるシケムとその放牧地、ゲゼルとその放牧地、
68 And Jokmeam with its common lands, and Bethhoron with its common lands,
ヨクメアムとその放牧地、ベテホロンとその放牧地、
69 And Aijalon with its common lands, and Gathrimmon with its common lands:
アヤロンとその放牧地、ガテリンモンとその放牧地である。
70 And out of the half tribe of Manasseh; Aner with its common lands, and Bileam with its common lands, for the family of the remnant of the sons of Kohath.
またマナセの半部族のうちからは、アネルとその放牧地およびビレアムとその放牧地を、コハテの子孫の氏族の残りのものに与えた。
71 To the sons of Gershom were given out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with its common lands, and Ashtaroth with its common lands:
ゲルションの子孫に与えられたものはマナセの半部族のうちからはバシャンのゴランとその放牧地、アシタロテとその放牧地。
72 And out of the tribe of Issachar; Kedesh with its common lands, Daberath with its common lands,
イッサカルの部族のうちからはケデシとその放牧地、ダベラテとその放牧地、
73 And Ramoth with its common lands, and Anem with its common lands:
ラモテとその放牧地、アネムとその放牧地。
74 And out of the tribe of Asher; Mashal with its common lands, and Abdon with its common lands,
アセルの部族のうちからはマシャルとその放牧地、アブドンとその放牧地、
75 And Hukok with its common lands, and Rehob with its common lands:
ホコクとその放牧地、レホブとその放牧地。
76 And out of the tribe of Naphtali; Kedesh in Galilee with its common lands, and Hammon with its common lands, and Kirjathaim with its common lands.
ナフタリの部族のうちからはガリラヤのケデシとその放牧地、ハンモンとその放牧地、キリアタイムとその放牧地である。
77 To the rest of the children of Merari were given out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmon with its common lands, Tabor with its common lands:
このほかのもの、すなわちメラリの子孫に与えられたものはゼブルンの部族のうちからリンモンとその放牧地、タボルとその放牧地、
78 And on the other side of Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of Jordan, were given them out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with its common lands, and Jahzah with its common lands,
エリコに近いヨルダンのかなた、すなわちヨルダンの東ではルベンの部族のうちからは荒野のベゼルとその放牧地、ヤザとその放牧地、
79 Kedemoth also with its common lands, and Mephaath with its common lands:
ケデモテとその放牧地、メパアテとその放牧地。
80 And out of the tribe of Gad; Ramoth in Gilead with its common lands, and Mahanaim with its common lands,
ガドの部族のうちからはギレアデのラモテとその放牧地、マハナイムとその放牧地、
81 And Heshbon with its common lands, and Jazer with its common lands.
ヘシボンとその放牧地、ヤゼルとその放牧地である。
