Zechariah 12
1 This is a declaration of Yahweh's word concerning Israel—a declaration of Yahweh, who stretched out the skies and laid the foundation of the earth, who fashions the spirit of mankind within man,
Carga da palavra do Senhor sobre Israel: fala o Senhor, o que estende o céu, e que funda a terra, e que forma o espírito do homem dentro nele.
2 “See, I am about to make Jerusalem into a cup causing all the peoples surrounding her to stagger about. It will also be like that for Judah during the siege against Jerusalem.
Eis que eu porei a Jerusalém como um copo de tremor para todos os povos em redor, e também para Judá, o qual será no cerco contra Jerusalém.
3 On that day, I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples. Anyone trying to lift that stone will hurt himself very much, and all the nations of the earth will gather against that city.
E será naquele dia que porei a Jerusalém por pedra pesada a todos os povos; todos os que carregarem com ela certamente serão despedaçados, e ajuntar-se-ão contra ele todas as nações da terra
4 On that day—this is Yahweh's declaration—I will strike every horse with confusion and its rider with madness. Over the house of Judah I will open my eyes, but every horse of the peoples I will strike with blindness.
Naquele dia, diz o Senhor, ferirei de espanto a todos os cavalos, e de loucura os que montam neles; mas sobre a casa de Judá abrirei os meus olhos, e ferirei de cegueira a todos os cavalos dos povos.
5 Then the leaders of Judah will say in their hearts, 'The inhabitants of Jerusalem are our strength because of Yahweh of hosts, their God.'
Então os chefes de Judá dirão no seu coração: A minha força são os habitantes de Jerusalém e o Senhor dos exércitos, seu Deus.
6 On that day I will make the leaders of Judah like firepots among wood and like a flaming torch among standing grain, for they will consume all the surrounding peoples on their right and on their left. Jerusalem will again live in her own place.”
Naquele dia porei os chefes de Judá como um brazeiro de fogo debaixo da lenha, e como um tição de fogo entre gavelas; e à banda direita e esquerda consumirão a todos os povos em redor, e Jerusalém será habitada outra vez no seu lugar, em Jerusalém.
7 Yahweh will save the tents of Judah first, so that the honor of the house of David and the honor of those who live in Jerusalem may not be greater than the rest of Judah.
E o Senhor primeiramente salvará as tendas de Judá, para que a glória da casa de David e a glória dos habitantes de Jerusalém não se engrandeça sobre Judá.
8 On that day Yahweh will be the defender of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and on that day those who are weak among them will be like David, while the house of David will be like God, like the angel of Yahweh in front of them.
Naquele dia o Senhor amparará os habitantes de Jerusalém; e o que tropeçar entre eles naquele dia será como David, e a casa de David será como Deus, como o anjo do Senhor diante deles.
9 “On that day that I will begin to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
E será, naquele dia, que procurarei destruir todas as nações que vierem contra Jerusalém;
10 But I will pour out a spirit of compassion and pleading on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so they will look on me, the one they have pierced. They will mourn for me, as one mourns for an only son; they will bitterly lament for him like those who lament the death of a firstborn son.
Porém sobre a casa de David, e sobre os habitantes de Jerusalém, derramarei o espírito de graça e de suplicações; e olharão para mim, a quem traspassaram: e farão pranto sobre ele, como o pranto sobre o unigênito; e chorarão amargosamente sobre ele, como se chora amargosamente sobre o primogênito.
11 On that day the laments in Jerusalem will be like the laments at Hadad Rimmon in the plain of Megiddo.
Naquele dia será grande o pranto em Jerusalém, como o pranto de Hadadrimmon no vale de Meggiddon.
12 The land will mourn, each clan separate from other clans. The clan of the house of David will be separate and their wives will be separate from the men. The clan of the house of Nathan will be separate and their wives will be separate from the men.
E a terra pranteará, cada linhagem à parte: a linhagem da casa de David, à parte, e suas mulheres, à parte, e a linhagem da casa de Nathan, à parte, e suas mulheres, à parte
13 The clan of the house of Levi will be separate and their wives will be separate from the men. The clan of the Shimeites will be separate and their wives will be separate from the men.
A linhagem da casa de Levi, a parte, e suas mulheres, à parte; a linhagem de Simei, à parte, e suas mulheres à parte.
14 Every clan of the remaining clans—each clan will be separate and the wives will be separate from the men.”
Todas as mais linhagens, cada linhagem à parte, e suas mulheres à parte.
