< Romans 5 >

1 Since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Afei a ɛnam gyidi so ama Onyankopɔn abu yɛn bem no, yɛnam Awurade Yesu Kristo so anya Onyankopɔn asomdwoe.
2 Through him we also have our access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in the certain hope of the glory of God.
Ɔnam gyidi so de yɛn aba Onyankopɔn adom a yɛte mu mprempren no mu. Yɛn ani gye wɔ anidaso mu sɛ yebenya Onyankopɔn anim anuonyam.
3 Not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings. We know that suffering produces endurance.
Ɛnyɛ ɛno nko, na mmom, yɛwɔ yɛn haw mu anuonyam nso, efisɛ yenim sɛ ɔhaw de boasetɔ ba,
4 Endurance produces character, and character produces certain hope,
na boasetɔ de osuahu ba, na osuahu nso de anidaso ba.
5 and that hope does not disappoint because the love of God has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
Saa anidaso yi renni yɛn nhuammɔ, efisɛ Onyankopɔn nam Honhom Kronkron a ɛyɛ nʼakyɛde a ɔde ama yɛn no so ahwie ne dɔ agu yɛn koma mu.
6 For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
Bere a ɛsɛ mu, bere a yɛyɛ mmerɛw no, Kristo wu maa amumɔyɛfo.
7 For one will hardly die for a righteous man. That is, perhaps someone would dare to die for a good person.
Na ɛbɛyɛ den sɛ obi bewu ama nea ɔyɛ onipa trenee mpo, na nea ɔyɛ onipa pa no de, ebia obi besi ne bo awu ama no.
8 But God proves his own love toward us, because while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Nanso Onyankopɔn da ne dɔ adi wɔ eyi mu sɛ, bere a yɛyɛ nnebɔneyɛfo no, Kristo wu maa yɛn.
9 Much more, then, now that we are justified by his blood, we will be saved by it from the wrath of God.
Esiane sɛ wɔnam ne mogya no so abu yɛn bem no nti, wɔnam ne so begye yɛn afi Onyankopɔn abufuwhyew mu.
10 For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, after having been reconciled, will we be saved by his life.
Na sɛ bere a yɛyɛ atamfo mpo Onyankopɔn de ne Ba no wu yɛɛ mpatade maa yɛn a, saa mmere yi a yɛne Onyankopɔn wɔ ayɔnkofa yi de, yenim sɛ ɔnam ne Ba no so begye yɛn nkwa.
11 Not only this, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we now have received this reconciliation.
Ɛnyɛ eyi nko, mmom yɛnam Awurade Yesu Kristo a ne mu na yɛanya mpata no so hoahoa yɛn ho wɔ Onyankopɔn mu.
12 So then, as through one man sin entered into the world, in this way death entered through sin. And death spread to all people, because all sinned.
Bɔne nam onipa baako so na ɛbaa wiase, na ne bɔne no de owu bae. Ɛno nti owu trɛw baa nnipa nyinaa so, efisɛ wɔn nyinaa yɛɛ bɔne.
13 For until the law, sin was in the world, but there is no accounting for sin when there is no law.
Na bɔne wɔ hɔ ansa na wɔde mmara no reba. Nanso mmara nni hɔ a, wommu bɔne ho akontaa.
14 Nevertheless, death ruled from Adam until Moses, even over those who did not sin like Adam's disobedience, who is a pattern of him who was to come.
Nanso efi Adam bere so kosi Mose bere so no, owu dii nnipa nyinaa so kosii wɔn mpo a wɔanyɛ bɔne so, sɛnea Adam de, ɔyɛɛ asoɔden kyerɛɛ Onyankopɔn no. Ɔkwan bi so no, Adam yɛ Kristo, nea na ɔrebɛba no, sɛso.
15 But the gift is not like the trespass. For if by the trespass of one the many died, how much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound for the many!
Nanso wɔn baanu no nyinaa nyɛ pɛ, efisɛ Onyankopɔn akyɛde a ɔde kyɛ kwa no nte sɛ Adam bɔne no. Ɛyɛ nokware sɛ esiane saa onipa baako no bɔne nti, nnipa pii wuwui. Nanso Onyankopɔn adom no dɔɔso; ɛno nti na ɔnam onipa baako a ɔne Yesu Kristo adom so dom bebree kwa no.
16 For the gift is not like the outcome of that one man's sin. The judgment followed one trespass and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification.
Bio, Onyankopɔn akyɛde no nte sɛ nsunsuanso a efi onipa baako bɔne mu bae no. Atemmu no nam bɔne baako so de afobu bae, nanso bɔne bebree akyi no, akyɛde no de bembu bae.
17 For if, by the trespass of the one, death ruled through the one, how much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one, Jesus Christ.
Sɛ ɛnam onipa baako bɔne so na owu dii hene a, ɛno de wɔn a wonya adom mmoroso ne trenee akyɛde no nam onipa baako a ɔne Yesu Kristo so bedi hene wɔ nkwa mu.
18 So then, by one trespass condemnation came to all people, so also one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all people.
Enti sɛnea onipa baako pɛ bɔne a ɔyɛe no ma wobuu nnipa nyinaa fɔ no, saa ara nso na trenee nneyɛe baako ma wobuu nnipa nyinaa bem, ma yenyaa nkwa.
19 For as through the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one will the many be made righteous.
Na sɛnea ɛnam ɔbaakofo asoɔden so nti nnipa nyinaa yɛɛ nnebɔneyɛfo no, saa ara nso na onipa baako setie nti wɔbɛyɛ bebree atreneefo.
20 But the law came in to increase the trespass. But where sin abounded, grace abounded even more.
Wɔyɛɛ mmara no, sɛnea ɛbɛyɛ a bɔne bɛda adi pefee; nanso mpɛn dodow a bɔne dɔɔso no, adom no dɔɔso mmoroso,
21 This happened so that, as sin ruled in death, even so grace might rule through righteousness for everlasting life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios g166)
enti sɛnea bɔne di nnipa so de wɔn kɔ owu mu no, saa ara na adom no nam trenee so de daa nkwa a ɛwɔ Yesu Kristo, yɛn Awurade mu bɛba no. (aiōnios g166)
