< Revelation 7 >

1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, tightly holding back the four winds of the earth so that no wind should blow on the earth, on the sea, or against any tree.
Hessafe guye oyddu kiitanchata biitta bolla oyddu baggara eqidayta beyadis. Isttika biitta bolla gidin woykko abba bolla woykko miththa bolla ay carkoyka carkontta mala oyddu baggara yiza bocha carko wursi oykida.
2 I saw another angel coming up from the east, who had the seal of the living God. He cried out with a loud voice to the four angels who were given permission to harm the earth and the sea:
Deyo Xoossa matama oykida hara kiitanchay awa arishey mokiza baggara ha yishiin ta beyadis. Biittane abba qohanas isttas godatethi imettida oyddu kiitachatako ba qaala dhoqu histid,
3 “Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees until we have put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”
Nuni nu goda oothanchata liipho bolla matame wothana gakanas biitta gidin woykko miththata gidiinka heytantta bolla qohopite gi wothides.
4 I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000, who were sealed from every tribe of the people of Israel:
Taka matamay istta bolla wodhidayta qooda siyadis. Isiraa7eele asa kochafe wurisofe matamay istta bolla shocettidayta qooday xeistane oyddu tammane oyddu shiiiko.

9 After these things I looked, and there was a huge multitude that no one could count—from every nation, tribe, people, and language—standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands,
Hessafe guye ta xeellishin wagay bayinda daro dere beyadis. Heytantika derefe, duma duma qommofe, duma duma zarkefene duma duma qaala hasa7izayt wurisofe shiiqetidaytakko. Heyt wuri bootha mayo mayidi zamba haythe ba kushen oykkid alga sinthanine dorisaza sinthan eqqida.
10 and they were calling out with a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
Qaala dhoqu histid “Atotethi alga bolla uttidayssafekko!” gida.
11 All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne. They worshiped God,
Iza kiitanchati wurikka iza algas, cimatasine oyddu do7ata yuuy adhdhi eqqida algaza sinthan gufanid Xoossas goynida.
12 saying, “Amen! Praise, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and strength be to our God forever and ever! Amen!” (aiōn g165)
Hizgida “Amin7i! sabay, gitatethi, erateth, galatay, bonchoy, wolqayne minotethi nu Godas Xoossas medhinape medhinas gido amin7i” (aiōn g165)
13 Then one of the elders asked me, “Who are these, clothed with white robes, and where did they come from?”
Cimata giddofe issadey taako simmidi tana “Hayti bootha mayo maydayti oonantee? Istti awape yidaytee?” gides.
14 I said to him, “Sir, you know,” and he said to me, “These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Taka “Goda, ne erasa” gadis. Izika taas hizgides “Hayti wolqama waayeza kanthid yidaytakko. Istti ne mayoka dorisa suuthan meeci geeshida.
15 For this reason, they are before the throne of God, and they worship him day and night in his temple. The one who is seated on the throne will spread his tent over them.
Hessa gishshi Xoossa alga sinthan de7idi qamane gallas iza keeththan izas oothettes. Alga bolla uttidayssika isttas dussasokk.
16 They will not be hungry again, nor will they be thirsty again. The sun will not beat down on them, nor any burning heat.
Hayssafe guye istti gafettana, saamotettena, awa seelayka istta bochchena, hombeyka istta hombena.
17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
Algaza gidon diza dorisay istta heemizade gidana. Isttaka gede deyo hatha pulitoy dizaso kaalethana. Xoossi istta ayfepe ayfentha quccana.”
