Psalms 96
1 Oh, sing to Yahweh a new song; sing to Yahweh, all the earth.
Imbirani Yehova nyimbo yatsopano; Imbirani Yehova dziko lonse lapansi.
2 Sing to Yahweh, bless his name; announce his salvation day after day.
Imbirani Yehova, tamandani dzina lake; lalikirani chipulumutso chake tsiku ndi tsiku.
3 Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all the nations.
Lengezani ulemerero wake pakati pa mayiko, ntchito zake zodabwitsa pakati pa mitundu yonse ya anthu.
4 For Yahweh is great and is to be praised greatly. He is to be feared above all other gods.
Pakuti wamkulu ndi Yehova ndipo ndi woyenera kwambiri kumutamanda; ayenera kuopedwa kupambana milungu yonse.
5 For all the gods of the nations are idols, but it is Yahweh who made the heavens.
Pakuti milungu yonse ya anthu a mitundu ina ndi mafano, koma Yehova analenga mayiko akumwamba.
6 Splendor and majesty are in his presence. Strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
Ulemu ndi ufumu zili pamaso pake, mphamvu ndi ulemerero zili mʼmalo ake opatulika.
7 Ascribe to Yahweh, you clans of peoples, ascribe praise to Yahweh for his glory and strength.
Perekani kwa Yehova, inu mabanja a anthu a mitundu ina, perekani kwa Yehova ulemerero ndi mphamvu.
8 Give to Yahweh the glory that his name deserves. Bring an offering and come into his courts.
Perekani kwa Yehova ulemerero woyenera dzina lake; bweretsani chopereka ndipo mulowe mʼmabwalo ake.
9 Bow down to Yahweh in the splendor of holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.
Lambirani Yehova mu ulemerero wa chiyero chake; njenjemerani pamaso pake, dziko lonse lapansi.
10 Say among the nations, “Yahweh reigns.” The world also is established; it cannot be shaken. He judges the peoples fairly.
Nenani pakati pa mitundu ya anthu, “Yehova akulamulira.” Dziko lonse lakhazikika molimba, silingasunthidwe; Iye adzaweruza mitundu ya anthu molungama.
11 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar and that which fills it shout with joy.
Mayiko akumwamba asangalale, dziko lapansi likondwere; nyanja ikokome, ndi zonse zili mʼmenemo;
12 Let the fields rejoice and all that is in them. Then let all the trees in the forest shout for joy
minda ikondwere pamodzi ndi chilichonse chili mʼmenemo. Pamenepo mitengo yonse ya mʼnkhalango idzayimba ndi chimwemwe;
13 before Yahweh, for he is coming. He is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness and the peoples with his faithfulness.
idzayimba pamaso pa Yehova, pakuti Iye akubwera kudzaweruza dziko lapansi; adzaweruza dziko lonse mwachilungamo ndi mitundu ya anthu onse mʼchoonadi.
