Psalms 68
1 For the chief musician; A psalm of David, a song. Let God arise; let his enemies be scattered; let those also who hate him flee before him.
၁ဘုရားသခင်ထတော်မူ၍၊ ရန်သူတို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြားကြပါစေသော။ ဘုရားသခင်ကို မုန်းသော သူတို့သည် အထံတော်က ပြေးကြပါစေသော။
2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away; as wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish in the presence of God.
၂မီးခိုးလွှင့်သကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကို လွှင့်တော်မူပါ။ ဘယောင်းသည် မီးရှေ့မှာ အရည်ဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့၊ မတရားသော သူတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင့်ရှေ့တော်မှာ ပျက်စီးကြပါစေသော။
3 But let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God; may they rejoice and be happy.
၃ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့သည် ဝမ်းမြောက်၍၊ ဘုရားသခင့်ရှေ့တော်မှာ ရွှင်လန်းသော စိတ်နှင့် အလွန် ဝမ်းမြောက်ဝမ်းသာကြပါစေသော။
4 Sing to God! Sing praises to his name! Praise the one who rides through the plains of the Jordan River valley! Yahweh is his name! Rejoice before him!
၄ဘုရားသခင်အား သီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ နာမတော်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ တော၌စီး၍ ကြွတော်မူသော အရှင်ဘို့ လမ်းကို ပြင်ကြလော့။ ထိုအရှင်၏ နာမတော်ကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားတည်း။ ရှေ့တော်၌ ရွှင်လန်းကြလော့။
5 A father of the fatherless, a judge of the widows, is God in the holy place where he lives.
၅ဘုရားသခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်းသော ဘုံဗိမာန်တော်၌ စံပယ်လျက်၊ မိဘမရှိသော သူတို့၏ အဘဖြစ်၍၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမတို့ဘက်မှာ တရားစီရင်တော်မူ၏။
6 God puts the lonely into families; he brings out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a parched land.
၆ဘုရားသခင်သည် ပေါက်ဘော်မရှိသော သူတို့အား အိမ်ထောင်ချခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ပေးတော်မူ၍၊ ချုပ်ထားသော သူတို့ကိုလည်း ကြွယ်ဝခြင်းထဲသို့ သွင်းတော်မူ၏။ ငြင်းဆန်သော သူတို့မူကား၊ သွေ့ခြောက်သော အရပ်၌ နေရကြ၏။
7 God, when you went out before your people, when you marched through the wilderness, (Selah)
၇အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုရှေ့မှာ ကြွ၍၊ တော၌ ချီတော်မူသောအခါ၊
8 The earth trembled; the heavens also dropped rain in God's presence, in the presence of God when he came to Sinai, in the presence of God, the God of Israel.
၈ဘုရားသခင်၏ မျက်နှာတော်ကြောင့်၊ မြေကြီး လှုပ်၍ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်သည် ယိုစီးလေ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင် မျက်နှာတော်ကြောင့် သိနာတောင်သည်လည်း တုန်လှုပ်၏။
9 You, God, sent a plentiful rain; you strengthened your inheritance when it was weary.
၉အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မိုဃ်းကို များစွာ ရွာစေ၍၊ ပင်ပန်းသော အမွေတော်လူတို့ကို ထောက်မတော်မူ၏။
10 Your people lived in it; You, God, gave from your goodness to the poor.
၁၀ကိုယ်တော်၏ အလုံးအရင်းသည် နေရာကျရကြပါ၏။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ဆင်းရဲသော သူတို့အဘို့ ကျေးဇူးတော်အားဖြင့် ပြင်ဆင်တော်မူ၏။
11 The Lord gave the orders, and those who announced them were a great army.
၁၁ဘုရားရှင်အမိန့်တော်ရှိ၍၊ ဝမ်းမြောက်စရာ သိတင်းကို ကြားပြောသော သူတို့သည် အတိုင်းမသိ များကြ၏။
12 Kings of armies flee, they flee, and the women waiting at home divide the plunder:
၁၂စစ်အင်္ဂါဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင်ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့သည် အလျင်အမြန် ပြေးကြ၍၊ အိမ်၌ နေရစ်သော မိန်းမတို့သည် လက်ရဥစ္စာကို ဝေမျှကြ၏။
13 doves covered with silver with wings of yellow gold. When some of you people stayed among the sheepfolds, why did you do this?
၁၃သင်တို့သည် တောင်ကြားမှာ နေရာကျလျက်၊ ငွေနှင့် မွန်းမံသော ချိုးငှက်အတောင်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ နီသော ရွှေနှင့် မွမ်းမံသော အမွေးကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
14 The Almighty scattered kings there, it was as when it snowed on Mount Zalmon.
၁၄အနန္တတန်ခိုးနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူသော ဘုရားသည်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့ကို ကွဲပြားစေတော်မူသောအရပ်သည် ဇာလမုန်တောင်ပေါ်မှာ မိုဃ်းပွင့်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်လေ၏။
15 A mighty mountain is the hill country of Bashan; a high mountain is the hill country of Bashan.
၁၅ဘုရားသခင်၏ တောင်တည်းဟူသော ဗာရှန်တောင်၊ မြင့်သော ထိပ်များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော ဗာရှန်တောင်တို့၊
16 Why do you look in envy, you high hill country, at the mountain which God desires for the place he will live? Indeed, Yahweh will live in it forever.
၁၆သင်တို့သည် မြင့်သော တောင်ထိပ်များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော်လည်း၊ ဘုရားသခင် ကျိန်းဝပ်ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိတော်မူသော တောင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အစဉ်အမြဲနေရာချတော်မူသော တောင်တော်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် စောင်းမြောင်းကြသနည်း။
17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, thousands upon thousands; the Lord is among them in the holy place, as at Sinai.
၁၇ဘုရားသခင်၏ရထားတော်တို့သည် အထောင်အသောင်းမက များကြ၏။ ဘုရားရှင်ပါတော်မူ၏။ သိနာတောင်လည်း သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်၌ ရှိသတည်း။
18 You have ascended on high; you have led away captives; you have received gifts from among men, even from those who fought against you, so that you, Yahweh God, might live there.
၁၈ကိုယ်တော်သည် မြင့်သောအရပ်သို့ တက်ကြွတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ များစွာသော သူတို့ကို ဘမ်းသွားတော်မူ၍၊ ထာဝရအရှင် ဘုရားသခင်သည် လူတို့တွင် ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း၊ လူတို့အဘို့မက၊ ပုန်ကန် သော လူတို့အဘို့ ဆုလပ်များကို ခံရတော်မူပြီ။
19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burdens, the God who is our salvation. (Selah)
၁၉ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အစဉ်မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ ငါတို့ကို သူတပါး ညှဉ်းဆဲသောအခါ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ကယ်တင်တော်မူ၏။
20 Our God is a God who saves; Yahweh the Lord is the one who is able to rescue us from death.
၂၀ငါတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ကယ်တင်နိုင်သော ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုရားရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သေခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သော လမ်းကိုလည်း အစိုးပိုင်တော်မူ၏။
21 But God will strike through the heads of his enemies, through the hairy scalps of those who walk in offenses against him.
၂၁ဘုရားသခင်သည် မိမိရန်သူတို့၏ ဦးခေါင်းကို၎င်း၊ အပြစ်ပြုမြဲပြုသော သူတို့၏ ဦးသျှောင်ကို၎င်း ဧကန်အမှန် နှိပ်စက်တော်မူမည်။
22 The Lord said, “I will bring my enemies back from Bashan; I will bring them back from the depths of the sea
၂၂သူတို့ကို ဗာရှန်ပြည်က ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ဦးမည်။ နက်နဲသော ပင်လယ်ထဲက ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ဦးမည်။
23 so that you may crush your enemies, dipping your foot in blood, and so that the tongues of your dogs may have their share from your enemies.”
၂၃ထိုသို့သောအားဖြင့် သင်သည် ရန်သူတို့ အသွေးကို နင်း၍၊ သင်၏ခွေးတို့သည်လည်း လျက်ကြလိမ့် မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
24 They have seen your processions, God, the processions of my God, my King, into the holy place.
၂၄အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနသို့ ကိုယ်တော်ကြွတော်မူခြင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရှင်ဘုရင် ကြွတော်မူခြင်းကို မြင်ရကြပါပြီ။
25 The singers went first, the minstrels followed after, and in the middle were the unmarried girls playing tambourines.
၂၅ရှေ့၌ကား၊ သီချင်းဆိုသောသူ၊ နောက်၌ကား၊ စောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကို တီးသောသူ၊ အလယ်၌ကား၊ ပတ်သာကို တီးသော အပျိုတို့သည် လိုက်သွားကြပါ၏။
26 Bless God in the assemblies; praise Yahweh, you who are from the fountain of Israel.
၂၆ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၊ ပရိသတ်အစည်းအဝေးတို့၌ ထာဝရအရှင် ဘုရားသခင်ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြလော့။
27 There is first Benjamin, the smallest tribe, then the leaders of Judah and their multitudes, the leaders of Zebulun and the leaders of Naphtali.
၂၇အစိုးရသော ဗင်္ယာမိန်ငယ်မှစ၍၊ မိမိအလုံးအရင်းနှင့်တကွ ယုဒမင်းများ၊ ဇာဗုလုန်မင်းများ နဿလိမင်းများ ပါကြ၏။
28 Your God, Israel, has decreed your strength; reveal to us your power, God, as you have revealed it in times past.
၂၈အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ တန်ခိုးတော်ကို ပြတော်မူပါ။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၌ ပြုသော ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို တည်စေတော်မူပါ။
29 Reveal your power to us from your temple at Jerusalem, where kings bring gifts to you.
၂၉ယေရုရှလင်မြို့၌ရှိသော ဗိမာန်တော်အဘို့ ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ထံသို့ လက်ဆောင်များကို ဆောင်ခဲ့ကြပါစေသော။
30 Shout in battle against the wild beasts in the reeds, against the peoples, that multitude of bulls and calves. Humiliate them and make them bring you gifts; scatter the peoples who love to wage war.
၃၀ကျူတောသားရဲကို၎င်း၊ နွားလားဥသဘအစုအဝေးနှင့် လူမျိုးတို့၏ နွားပျိုတို့ကို၎င်း ဆုံးမတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ အသီးအသီးတို့သည် ငွေစနှင့် ကိုယ်ကို နှိမ့်ချကြပါစေသော။ စစ်မှုကို နှစ်သက်သော လူမျိုးတို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြားစေတော်မူပါ။
31 Princes will come out of Egypt; Cush will hurry to reach out with her hands to God.
၃၁အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်မှ သံတမန်တို့သည် လာကြပါစေသော။ ကုရှပြည်သည် မိမိလက်တို့ကို ဘုရားသခင်ထံ တော်သို့ အလျင်အမြန် ဆန့်ရပါစေသော။
32 Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth; (Selah) Sing praises to Yahweh.
၃၂မြေကြီးနိုင်ငံတို့၊ ဘုရားသခင့်ရှေ့တော်၌ သီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။
33 To him who rides on the heaven of heavens, which exist from ancient times; see, he lifts up his voice with power.
၃၃အစအဦး၌ အထက်ကောင်းကင်ဘဝဂ်ကို စီး၍ နေတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရားကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ အသံတော်ကို လွှတ်တော်မူ၍၊ အားကြီးသော အသံဖြစ်၏။
34 Ascribe strength to God; his majesty is over Israel, and his strength is in the skies.
၃၄ဘုရားသခင်သည် တန်ခိုးကြီးတော်မူသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံကြလော့။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ဘုန်းတော်လွှမ်းမိုး လျက်၊ တန်ခိုးတော်လည်း မိုဃ်းတိမ်တို့တွင် ထင်ရှားလျက် ရှိသတည်း။
35 God, you are fearsome in your holy place; the God of Israel—he gives strength and power to his people. Blessed be God.
၃၅အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်ပြင်မှာ ကြောက်ရွံ့ဘွယ် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်ကား၊ မိမိလူတို့အား အခွင့်တန်ခိုးကို မေးတော်မူသော ဘုရား ပေတည်း။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။
