Psalms 57
1 For the chief musician; set to Al Tashheth. A psalm of David. A michtam; when he fled from Saul, in the cave. Be merciful to me, God, be merciful to me, for I take refuge in you until these troubles are over. I stay under your wings for protection until this destruction is over.
Don mai bi da kaɗe-kaɗe. Da muryar “Kada Ka Hallaka.” Ta Dawuda. Wani miktam. Sa’ad da ya gudu daga Shawulu zuwa cikin kogo. Ka yi mini jinƙai, ya Allah, ka yi mini jinƙai, gama a gare ka raina yake samun mafaka. Zan sami mafaka a inuwar fikafikanka sai masifar ta wuce.
2 I will cry to God Most High, to God, who does all things for me.
Na yi kuka ga Allah Mafi Ɗaukaka, ga Allah, wanda yake cika manufarsa gare ni.
3 He will send help from heaven and save me, he is angry with those who crush me. (Selah) God will send me his loving kindness and his faithfulness.
Ya aika daga sama ya kuwa cece ni, yana tsawata wa waɗanda suke fafarata da zafi; (Sela) Allah yakan aika da ƙaunarsa da amincinsa.
4 My life is among lions; I am among those who are ready to devour me. I am among people whose teeth are spears and arrows, and whose tongues are sharp swords.
Ina tsakiyar zakoki; ina kwance a cikin namun jeji masu cin mutane, mutanen da haƙoransu masu ne da kuma kibiyoyi, waɗanda harshensu suna da kaifi kamar takobi.
5 Be exalted, God, above the heavens; let your glory be above all the earth.
Bari a ɗaukaka ka, ya Allah, bisa sammai; bari ɗaukakarka ta kasance a dukan duniya.
6 They spread out a net for my feet; I was distressed. They dug a pit in front of me. They themselves have fallen into the middle of it! (Selah)
Sun shimfiɗa raga don su kama ƙafafuna, damuwa ta sha ƙarfina. Sun haƙa rami a hanyata, amma su kansu suka fāɗa a cikinta. (Sela)
7 My heart is fixed, God, my heart is fixed; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises.
Zuciyata tana nan daram, ya Allah, zuciyata tana nan daram; zan rera in kuma yi kaɗe-kaɗe.
8 Wake up, my honored heart; wake up, lute and harp; I will wake up the dawn.
Ka farka, raina! Ku farka, garaya da molo! Zan sa safe yă farka.
9 I will give thanks to you, Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to you among the nations.
Zan yabe ka, ya Ubangiji, a cikin al’ummai; zan rera game da kai a cikin mutane.
10 For great is your unfailing love, reaching to the heavens; and your faithfulness to the clouds.
Gama ƙaunarka mai girma ce, tana kaiwa sammai; amincinka na kaiwa sarari.
11 Be exalted, God, above the heavens; may your glory be exalted over all the earth.
Bari a ɗaukaka ka, ya Allah, bisa sammai; bari ɗaukakarka ta kasance a dukan duniya.
