Psalms 148
1 Praise Yahweh. Praise Yahweh, you in the heavens; praise him, you in the heights.
Alelu-JAH Alabad a Dios desde los cielos; alabadle en las alturas.
2 Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his hosts.
Alabadle, vosotros todos sus ángeles; alabadle, vosotros todos sus ejércitos.
3 Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars.
Alabadle, el sol y la luna: alabadle, todas las estrellas de luz.
4 Praise him, highest heaven and you waters that are above the sky.
Alabadle, los cielos de los cielos; y las aguas que están sobre los cielos.
5 Let them praise the name of Yahweh, for he gave the command, and they were created.
Alaben el Nombre del SEÑOR; porque él mandó, y fueron creados.
6 He has also established them forever and ever; he issued a decree that will never change.
Y los hizo ser para siempre por el siglo; les puso ley que no será quebrantada.
7 Praise him from the earth, you sea monsters and all ocean depths,
Alabad al SEÑOR, desde la tierra, los dragones y todos los abismos;
8 fire and hail, snow and clouds, stormy wind fulfilling his word.
el fuego y el granizo, la nieve y el vapor, el viento de tempestad que ejecuta su palabra;
9 Praise him, mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,
los montes y todos los collados; el árbol de fruto, y todos los cedros;
10 animals wild and tame, creatures that crawl and birds.
la bestia, y todo animal; el que va arrastrando, y el ave que vuela;
11 Praise Yahweh, kings of the earth and all nations, princes and all who govern on the earth,
los reyes de la tierra, y todos los pueblos; los príncipes, y todos los jueces de la tierra;
12 both young men and young women, elderly and children.
los jóvenes, y también las doncellas; los viejos con los niños,
13 Let them all praise the name of Yahweh, for his name alone is exalted and his glory extends over the earth and the heavens.
alaben el Nombre del SEÑOR, porque sólo su Nombre es elevado; su gloria es sobre tierra y cielos.
14 He has lifted up the horn of his people for praise from all his faithful ones, the Israelites, the people near to him. Praise Yahweh.
El ensalzó el cuerno de su pueblo; alábenle todos sus misericordiosos, los hijos de Israel, el pueblo a él cercano. Alelu-JAH.
