Psalms 123

1 A song of ascents. To you I lift up my eyes, you who are enthroned in the heavens.

೧ಯಾತ್ರಾಗೀತೆ. ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸೀನನಾಗಿರುವಾತನೇ, ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಎತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

2 See, as the eyes of servants look to their master's hand, as the eyes of a maid look to her mistress's hand, so our eyes look to Yahweh our God until he has mercy on us.

೨ಯಜಮಾನನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ದಾಸನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು, ಯಜಮಾನಿಯ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ದಾಸಿಯ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ನೋಡುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ, ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಾ, ಆತನ ಕಟಾಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ.

3 Have mercy on us, Yahweh, have mercy on us, for we are filled with humiliation.

೩ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕಟಾಕ್ಷಿಸು, ಕಟಾಕ್ಷಿಸು. ಅವಮಾನ ಹೊಂದಿ ಹೊಂದಿ ನಮಗೆ ಸಾಕಾಯಿತು;

4 We are more than full of the scoffing of the insolent and with the contempt of the proud.

೪ಲೋಕಭೋಗಿಗಳ ಹಾಸ್ಯದಿಂದಲೂ, ಗರ್ವಿಷ್ಠರ ನಿಂದೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಬೇಸತ್ತು ಹೋಯಿತು.
