Psalms 113

1 Praise Yahweh. Praise him, you servants of Yahweh; praise the name of Yahweh.

੧ਹਲਲੂਯਾਹ! ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਕੋ, ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰੋ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰੋ!

2 Blessed be the name of Yahweh, both now and forevermore.

੨ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਹੋਵੇ, ਹੁਣ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਦੀਪਕ ਕਾਲ ਤੱਕ!

3 From the rising of the sun to its setting, Yahweh's name should be praised.

੩ਸੂਰਜ ਦੇ ਚੜਨ ਤੋਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਲਹਿਣ ਤੱਕ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਹੋਵੇ!

4 Yahweh is exalted above all nations, and his glory reaches above the skies.

੪ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਭ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਅਕਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਹੈ।

5 Who is like Yahweh our God, who has his seat on high,

੫ਕੌਣ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਤੁੱਲ ਹੈ? ਜਿਹੜਾ ਉਚਿਆਈ ਤੇ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ,

6 who looks down at the sky and at the earth?

੬ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਨੀਵਿਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਮਾਰੇ,

7 He raises up the poor out of the dirt and lifts up the needy from the ash heap,

੭ਜਿਹੜਾ ਗਰੀਬ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਕ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚੁੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਰੂੜੀ ਤੋਂ ਉਠਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ,

8 so that he may seat him with princes, with the princes of his people.

੮ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਵੰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਤਵੰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਠਾਵੇ,

9 He gives a home to the barren woman of the house, he makes her a joyful mother of children. Praise Yahweh!

੯ਉਹ ਬੇ-ਔਲਾਦ ਔਰਤ ਦਾ ਘਰ ਵਸਾਉਂਦਾ, ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੰਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਲਲੂਯਾਹ!।
