1 Praise Yahweh. Blessed is the man who obeys Yahweh, who greatly delights in his commandments.

4 Light shines in the darkness for the godly person; he is gracious, merciful, and just.

5 It goes well for the man who deals graciously and lends money, who conducts his affairs with honesty.

6 For he will never be moved; the righteous person will be remembered forever.

7 He does not fear bad news; he is confident, trusting in Yahweh.

8 His heart is tranquil, without fear, until he looks in triumph over his adversaries.

9 He generously gives to the poor; his righteousness endures forever; he will be exalted with honor.
Anih loe amtang kaminawk hanah paek moe, pazet boih pongah, a toenghaih loe dungzan khoek to cak; angmah ih taki to pakoehhaih hoiah tapom tahang tih.
10 The wicked person will see this and be angry; he will grind his teeth in rage and he will melt away; the desire of the wicked people will perish.
Kahoih ai kami mah anih to hnuk naah, palung naa tih; anih loe haa to kaek ueloe, amro tih; to naah kasae kami koehhaih to anghmaa tih boeh.
