< Psalms 110 >
1 A psalm of David. Yahweh says to my master, “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool.”
Salimo la Davide. Yehova akuwuza Mbuye wanga kuti, “Khala ku dzanja langa lamanja mpaka nditasandutsa adani ako kukhala chopondapo mapazi ako.”
2 Yahweh will hold out the scepter of your strength from Zion; rule among your enemies.
Yehova adzakuza ndodo yamphamvu ya ufumu wako kuchokera mʼZiyoni; udzalamulira pakati pa adani ako.
3 Your people will follow you in holy garments of their own free will on the day of your power; from the womb of the dawn your youth will be to you like the dew.
Ankhondo ako adzakhala odzipereka pa tsiku lako la nkhondo. Atavala chiyero chaulemerero, kuchokera mʼmimba ya mʼbandakucha, udzalandira mame a unyamata wako.
4 Yahweh has sworn, and will not change: “You are a priest forever, after the manner of Melchizedek.”
Yehova walumbira ndipo sadzasintha maganizo ake: “Ndiwe wansembe mpaka muyaya monga mwa unsembe wa Melikizedeki.”
5 The Lord is at your right hand. He will kill kings on the day of his anger.
Ambuye ali kudzanja lako lamanja; Iye adzaponda mafumu pa tsiku la ukali wake.
6 He will judge the nations; he will fill the battlegrounds with dead bodies; he will kill the leaders in many countries.
Adzaweruza anthu a mitundu ina, adzadzaza dziko lapansi ndi mitembo ndipo adzaphwanya olamulira a pa dziko lonse lapansi.
7 He will drink of the brook along the road, and then he will lift his head up high after victory.
