Psalms 105
1 Give thanks to Yahweh, call on his name; make known his deeds among the nations.
Den gracias a Yavé. Invoquen su Nombre. Proclamen sus obras entre los pueblos.
2 Sing to him, sing praises to him; speak of all his marvelous deeds.
Cántenle, cántenle salmos. Hablen de todas sus maravillas.
3 Boast in his holy name; let the heart of those who seek Yahweh rejoice.
Gloríense en su santo Nombre. Alégrese el corazón de los que buscan a Yavé.
4 Seek Yahweh and his strength; seek his presence continually.
Busquen a Yavé y su poder. Busquen continuamente su rostro.
5 Recall the marvelous things he has done, his miracles and the decrees from his mouth,
Recuerden las maravillas que hizo Él, De sus prodigios y de los juicios de su boca,
6 you descendants of Abraham his servant, you people of Jacob, his chosen ones.
¡Oh ustedes, descendencia de Abraham su esclavo, Hijos de Jacob, su escogido!
7 He is Yahweh, our God. His decrees are on all the earth.
Él es Yavé nuestro ʼElohim. En toda la tierra están sus juicios.
8 He keeps in mind his covenant forever, the word that he commanded for a thousand generations.
Recordó para siempre su Pacto, El Pacto que ordenó para 1.000 generaciones,
9 He calls to mind the covenant that he made with Abraham and his oath to Isaac.
Que hizo con Abraham, Y su juramento a Isaac,
10 This is what he confirmed to Jacob as a statute and to Israel as an everlasting covenant.
Que estableció a Jacob por estatuto, A Israel como un Pacto sempiterno
11 He said, “I will give you the land of Canaan as your share of your inheritance.”
Al decir: A ti te daré la tierra de Canaán Como porción de tu heredad.
12 He said this when they were only few in number, so very few, and were strangers in the land.
Cuando ellos eran unos pocos, En verdad muy pocos, Y forasteros en ella,
13 They went from nation to nation and from one kingdom to another.
Y vagaban de nación en nación, Y de [un] reino a otro pueblo.
14 He did not allow anyone to oppress them; he rebuked kings for their sakes.
No permitió que alguno los oprimiera. Y por amor a ellos reprendió a reyes.
15 He said, “Do not touch my anointed ones, and do not harm my prophets.”
No toquen a mis ungidos, Ni hagan daño a mis profetas.
16 He called for a famine on the land; he cut off the whole supply of bread.
Trajo hambre sobre la tierra. Destruyó toda provisión de pan.
17 He sent a man ahead of them; Joseph was sold as a servant.
Envió un varón delante de ellos. A José, vendido como esclavo.
18 His feet were bound by shackles; on his neck was put an iron collar,
Afligieron sus pies con grilletes. Él mismo fue puesto en cadenas,
19 until what he had said came to pass. The word of Yahweh tested him.
Hasta que se cumplió su predicción. La Palabra de Yavé lo probó.
20 The king sent servants to release him; the ruler of the people set him free.
El rey envió y lo soltó. El soberano de pueblos lo libertó.
21 He put him in charge of his house as ruler of all his possessions
Lo puso como administrador de su casa, Y gobernador de todas sus posesiones,
22 to instruct his princes as he wished and to teach his elders wisdom.
Para encarcelar a sus gobernantes Como él quisiera, Y enseñar sabiduría a sus ancianos.
23 Then Israel came into Egypt, and Jacob lived for a time in the land of Ham.
Israel también fue a Egipto, Así que Jacob peregrinó en la tierra de Cam.
24 Yahweh made his people fruitful, and made them stronger than their enemies.

25 He caused their enemies to hate his people, to mistreat his servants.

26 He sent Moses, his servant, and Aaron, whom he had chosen.

27 They performed his signs among the Egyptians, his wonders in the land of Ham.
Puso en ellos las palabras de sus señales, Y sus maravillas en la tierra de Cam.
28 He sent darkness and made that land dark, but its people did not obey his commands.
Envió oscuridad y oscureció. Y ellos no fueron rebeldes a las Palabras de Él.
29 He turned their water into blood and killed their fish.
Convirtió sus aguas en sangre Y mató sus peces.
30 Their land swarmed with frogs, even in the rooms of their rulers.
Llenó su tierra de ranas Hasta en las alcobas de sus reyes.
31 He spoke, and swarms of flies and gnats came throughout their country.
Habló, y llegaron enjambres de moscas y piojos en todo su territorio.
32 He turned their rain into hail, with fire flaming on their land.
Les dio lluvia de granizo y llamas de fuego en su tierra.
33 He destroyed their vines and fig trees; he broke the trees of their country.
Destrozó sus viñas y sus higueras Y quebró los árboles de su territorio.
34 He spoke, and the locusts came, so many locusts.
Habló, y llegaron saltamontes y pulgones sinnúmero,
35 The locusts ate up all of the vegetation in their land; They ate up all the crops of the ground.
Y devoraron toda la vegetación en su tierra Y se comieron el fruto de su suelo.
36 He killed every firstborn in their land, the firstfruits of all their strength.
Golpeó también a todo primogénito en su tierra, Las primicias de todo su vigor.
37 He brought the Israelites out with silver and gold; none of his tribes stumbled on the way.
Luego los sacó con plata y oro. Entre sus tribus no hubo quien tropezara.
38 Egypt was glad when they went away, for the Egyptians were afraid of them.
Egipto se alegró de que salieran, Porque su terror había caído sobre ellos.
39 He spread a cloud for a covering and made a fire to light up the night.
Extendió una nube como cubierta Y fuego para iluminar la noche.
40 The Israelites asked for food, and he brought quail and satisfied them with bread from heaven.

41 He split the rock, and waters gushed from it; they flowed in the wilderness like a river.

42 For he called to mind his holy promise that he made to Abraham his servant.
Porque recordó su santa Promesa [Dada] a su esclavo Abraham.
43 He led his people out with joy, his chosen with shouts of triumph.
Sacó a su pueblo con gozo, Con canto de júbilo a sus escogidos.
44 He gave them the lands of the nations; they took possession of the wealth of the peoples
Y también les dio las tierras de las naciones, Y tomaron posesión del trabajo de los pueblos,
45 so that they might keep his statutes and obey his laws. Praise Yahweh.
Para que guardaran sus Estatutos, Y observaran sus Leyes. ¡Alaben a YA!
