Psalms 103
1 A psalm of David. I give praise to Yahweh with all my life, and with all that is within me, I give praise to his holy name.

2 I give praise to Yahweh with all my life, and I remember all of his good deeds.
Aw ka hinghaih, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek ah, ang paek ih kahoih hmuennawk boih to pahnet hmah;
3 He forgives all your sins; he heals all your diseases.
Anih mah ni na zaehaihnawk to tahmen moe, na nathaihnawk boih to hoihsak,
4 He redeems your life from destruction; he crowns you with covenant faithfulness and acts of tender mercy.
amrohaih thung hoiah na hinghaih to akrang moe, amlunghaih hoi a palungnathaih hoiah na lu to ang khuk pae,
5 He satisfies your life with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle.
na tha oh lihaih to tahmu baktiah angthasak hanah, kahoih hmuen hoiah na koehhaih to akoepsak.
6 Yahweh does what is fair and does acts of justice for all who are oppressed.
Angraeng loe pacaekthlaekhaih tongh kaminawk to katoeng ah lokcaek.
7 He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the descendants of Israel.
Mosi khaeah angmah ih loklam to panoeksak moe, Israel caanawk khaeah a sak ih hmuennawk to panoeksak.
8 Yahweh is merciful and gracious; he is patient; he has great covenant loyalty.
Angraeng loe palungnathaih hoi amlunghaih to tawnh, palung sawk, anih loe palungnathaih hoiah koi.
9 He will not always discipline; he is not always angry.
Anih loe zaehaih net poe mak ai; palung doeh phui poe mak ai.
10 He does not deal with us as our sins deserve or repay us for what our sins demand.
Anih loe aicae zaehaih baktiah lokcaek ai; a sakpazae o haih baktiah doeh pathok ai.
11 For as the skies are high above the earth, so great is his covenant faithfulness toward those who honor him.
Van loe long pongah sang kue baktih toengah, anih zii kaminawk hanah anih palungnathaih loe len parai.
12 As far as the east is from the west, this is how far he has removed the guilt of our sins from us.
Ni angyae hoi niduem loe angthla parai baktih toengah, aicae zaehaih to kangthla ah ang takhoe pae ving boeh.
13 As a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who honor him.
Ampa mah a caanawk tahmen baktih toengah, anih zii kaminawk loe Angraeng mah tahmen.
14 For he knows how we are formed; he knows that we are dust.
Aicae hae kawbangah maw a sak, tito anih mah panoek; aicae loe maiphu ah ni a oh o, tiah anih mah panoek.
15 As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower in a field.
Kami hinghaih aninawk loe qam baktih, lawk ih apawk baktiah ni oh.
16 The wind blows over it, and it disappears, and no one can even tell where it once grew.
Takhi song naah apawk loe anghmat boih, a ohhaih ahmuen mataeng doeh panoek thai ai boeh.
17 But the covenant faithfulness of Yahweh is from everlasting to everlasting on those who honor him. His righteousness extends to their descendants.

18 They keep his covenant and remember to obey his instructions.

19 Yahweh has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over everyone.

20 Give praise to Yahweh, you his angels, you mighty ones who are strong and do his word, and obey the sound of his word.

21 Give praise to Yahweh, all his hosts, you are his servants who carry out his will.
Anih koehhaih kasah, a toksah kaminawk boih, anih ih misatuh kaminawk boih, Angraeng to tahamhoihaih paek oh.
22 Give praise to Yahweh, all his creatures, in all the places where he reigns. I will give praise to Yahweh with all my life.
