Numbers 4
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron. He said,
সদাপ্রভু মোশি ও হারোণকে বললেন,
2 “Conduct a census of the male descendants of Kohath from among the Levites, by their clans and families.
“লেবি গোষ্ঠীর অন্তর্গত, কহাৎ সন্তানদের, গোষ্ঠী ও বংশ অনুসারে জনগণনা করো।
3 Count all the men who are thirty to fifty years old. These men must join the company to serve in the tent of meeting.
যারা সমাগম তাঁবু সম্পর্কিত কাজ করার জন্য সমাগত হয়, ত্রিশ থেকে পঞ্চাশ বছর বয়স্ক সেই পুরুষদের সংখ্যা গণনা করো।
4 The descendants of Kohath must take care of the most holy things reserved for me in the tent of meeting.
“সমাগম তাঁবুতে কহাতীয়দের কাজকর্ম এই; অতি পবিত্র দ্রব্যসমূহের তত্ত্বাবধান।
5 When the camp prepares to move forward, Aaron and his sons must go into the tent, take down the curtain that separates the most holy place from the holy place and cover the ark of the testimony with it.
যখন শিবির যাত্রা শুরু করবে, হারোণ ও তার ছেলেরা ভিতরে ঢেকে দেবে। তারা আচ্ছাদক-পর্দা নামিয়ে এনে, তা দিয়ে সাক্ষ্যের সিন্দুক আবৃত করবে।
6 They must cover the ark with sea cow skins. They must spread a blue cloth over it. They must insert the poles to carry it.
তার উপরে তারা টেকসই চামড়ার আচ্ছাদন দেবে। এরপর তারা ঘন নীল রংয়ের এক বস্ত্রের আবরণ দিয়ে যথাস্থানে বহন-দণ্ড পরিয়ে দেবে।
7 They are to spread a blue cloth on the table of the bread of the presence. On it they must put the dishes, spoons, bowls, and jars for pouring. Bread must always continue to be on the table.
“উপস্থিতির মেজের উপর তারা নীল রংয়ের বস্ত্র পাতবে, তার উপরে সমস্ত রেকাব, থালা ও বাটি এবং পেয়-নৈবেদ্য রাখার ঘটগুলি রাখবে। যে রুটি সতত সেই মেজের উপরে রাখা থাকে, তা যথারীতি থাকবে।
8 They must cover them with a scarlet cloth and again with sea cow skins. They must insert poles to carry the table.
এই সমস্তের উপরে তারা এক উজ্জ্বল লাল রংয়ের বস্ত্র পাতবে ও টেকসই চামড়ার আচ্ছাদন দেবে এবং তার বহন-দণ্ড যথাস্থানে পরিয়ে দেবে।
9 They must take a blue cloth and cover the lampstand, along with its lamps, tongs, trays, and all the jars of oil for the lamps.
“তারা একটি নীল রংয়ের বস্ত্র নিয়ে, দীপ্তিদানের উদ্দেশে যে দীপাধার, তা আবৃত করবে; সেই সঙ্গে তার প্রদীপগুলি, সলিতা-কাটা যন্ত্রগুলি, বারকোশ এবং তার প্রজ্বলনের উদ্দেশে দত্ত জলপাই তেলের পাত্রগুলি আবৃত করবে।
10 They must put the lampstand and all its accessories into a covering of sea cow skins, and they must put it on a carrying frame.
তারপর, তারা সেই দীপাধার ও তার সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত জিনিসের উপর টেকসই চামড়ার আচ্ছাদন দেবে এবং সেই সমস্ত তারা বহনকারী কাঠামোর উপরে রাখবে।
11 They must spread a cloth of blue on the gold altar. They must cover it with a covering of sea cow skins, and then insert the carrying poles.
“স্বর্ণ-বেদির উপরে তারা নীল রংয়ের বস্ত্র পাতবে এবং টেকসই চামড়ার আচ্ছাদন দিয়ে তার বহন-দণ্ড যথাস্থানে পরিয়ে দেবে।
12 They must take all the equipment for the work in the holy place and wrap it in a blue cloth. They must cover it with sea cow skins and put the equipment on the carrying frame.
“পবিত্রস্থানে পরিচর্যার উদ্দেশে ব্যবহৃত সমস্ত পাত্র নিয়ে তারা নীল রংয়ের কাপড়ে জড়াবে; সেই সমস্তের উপরে টেকসই চামড়ার আচ্ছাদন দেবে এবং বহনকারী কাঠামোর উপরে রাখবে।
13 They must remove the ashes from the altar and spread a purple cloth on the altar.
“তারা পিতলের বেদি থেকে সমস্ত ছাই বের করে দেবে। তার উপরে বেগুনি রংয়ের কাপড় পাতবে।
14 They must put on the carrying frame all the equipment that they use in the work of the altar. These objects are the firepans, forks, shovels, bowls, and all the other equipment for the altar. They must cover the altar with sea cow skins and then insert the carrying poles.
তার উপরে তারা বেদির উদ্দেশে ব্যবহৃত সমস্ত বাসনপত্র রাখবে, সমস্ত অঙ্গারধানী, ত্রিশূল, বেলচা, রক্ত ছিটানোর উদ্দেশে ব্যবহৃত বাটি সমূহ। এর উপরে তারা টেকসই চামড়ার আচ্ছাদন দেবে এবং তার বহন-দণ্ড যথাস্থানে পরাবে।
15 When Aaron and his sons have completely covered the holy place and all its equipment, and when the camp moves forward, then the descendants of Kohath must come to carry the holy place. If they touch the holy instruments, they must die. This is the work of the descendants of Kohath, to carry the furnishings in the tent of meeting.
“হারোণ ও তার ছেলেরা সমস্ত পবিত্র আসবাব ও পবিত্র দ্রব্যসমূহ আবৃত করার পর, যখন ছাউনি যাবার উদ্দেশে অগ্রসর হবে, তখন কেবল কহাতীয়েরা বহন করার জন্য এগিয়ে আসবে। তারা কিন্তু পবিত্র দ্রব্যসকল স্পর্শ করবে না, নইলে মৃত্যুবরণ করবে। কহাতীয়েরা সমাগম তাঁবুর মধ্যে স্থিত দ্রব্যসকল বহন করবে।
16 Eleazar son of Aaron the priest oversees the care of the oil for the light, the sweet incense, the regular grain offering, and the anointing oil. He oversees the care of the entire tabernacle and all that is in it, the holy place and its equipment.”
“যাজক হারোণের ছেলে ইলীয়াসর, দীপ্তির জন্য তেলের, সুগন্ধি ধূপ, নিয়মিত শস্য-নৈবেদ্য ও অভিষেকের তেলের দায়িত্ব নেবে। সে সমস্ত পবিত্র আসবাব ও জিনিসপত্র সমাগম তাঁবু ও তার ভিতরের সমস্ত বিষয়ের তত্ত্বাবধায়ক হবে।”
17 Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron. He said,
সদাপ্রভু মোশি ও হারোণকে বললেন,
18 “Do not allow the Kohathite tribal clans to be removed from among the Levites.
“দেখবে, যেন কহাতীয় গোষ্ঠীর বংশসমূহ, লেবীয় গোষ্ঠী থেকে উচ্ছিন্ন না হয়।
19 Protect them, that they may live and not die, by doing this. When they approach the most holy things
যখন তারা অতি পবিত্র দ্রব্যসমূহের নিকটবর্তী হয়, তারা যেন জীবিত থাকে, হত না হয়; তাদের জন্য এই কাজ করো, হারোণ ও তার ছেলেরা পবিত্রস্থানের ভিতরে যাবে এবং প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তিকে তার কাজ এবং কোন দ্রব্য সে বহন করবে, তা নিরূপণ করবে।
20 they must not go in to see the holy place even for a moment, or they must die. Aaron and his sons must go in, and then Aaron and his sons must assign each of the Kohathites to his work, to his special tasks.”
কিন্তু কহাতীয়েরা অবশ্যই ভিতরে গিয়ে, এক মুহূর্তের জন্যও পবিত্র দ্রব্যসকল দেখবে না, নইলে তাদের মৃত্যু হবে।”
21 Yahweh spoke again to Moses. He said,
সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে বললেন,
22 “Conduct a census of the descendants of Gershon also, by their ancestor's families and by their clans.
“বংশ এবং গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে গের্শোনীয়দের জনগণনা করো,
23 Count those who are thirty years old to fifty years old. Count all of them who will join the company to serve in the tent of meeting.
সমাগম তাঁবুর কাজে যারা অংশগ্রহণ করে, ত্রিশ থেকে পঞ্চাশ বছর বয়স্ক সেইসব পুরুষের সংখ্যা গণনা করো।
24 This is the work of the clans of the Gershonites, when they serve and what they carry.
“গের্শোন গোষ্ঠীর সকলে, যখন তারা ভারবহন ও কাজ করে, তাদের কর্তব্য এরকম হবে।
25 They must carry the curtains of the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, its covering, the covering of sea cow skin that is on it, and the curtains for the entrance to the tent of meeting.
তারা উপাসনা-তাঁবুর সব পর্দা, তার বাইরে টেকসই চামড়ার আচ্ছাদন, সমাগম তাঁবুর প্রবেশপথের সব পর্দা,
26 They must carry the curtains of the court, the curtain for the doorway of the court's gate, which is near the tabernacle and near the altar, their ropes, and all the instruments for their service. Whatever should be done with these things, they must do it.
উপাসনা-তাঁবু ও যজ্ঞবেদি পরিবেষ্টনকারী অঙ্গনের পর্দাসকল, প্রবেশপথের পর্দা, দড়ি সকল এবং পরিচর্যায় ব্যবহৃত সমস্ত উপকরণ বহন করবে। গের্শোনীয়েরা এসব দ্রব্য-সংক্রান্ত অথবা অন্যান্য যে কোনো কাজই হোক না কেন তা করতে হবে।
27 Aaron and his sons must direct all the service of the descendants of the Gershonites, in everything that they transport, and in all their service. You must assign them to all their responsibilities.
তাদের সমস্ত কাজ, বহন-সংক্রান্ত অথবা অন্যান্য যে কোনো কাজই হোক না কেন, সেই সমস্ত হারোণ এবং তার ছেলেদের নির্দেশে করতে হবে। তাদের দায়িত্বে যে সকল বহন করার কাজ থাকবে তা তুমি নির্দিষ্ট করে দেবে।
28 This is the service of the clans of the descendants of the Gershonites for the tent of meeting. Ithamar son of Aaron the priest must lead them in their service.
সমাগম তাঁবুর জন্য গের্শোনীয়দের কাজকর্ম এই। তাদের করণীয় কর্তব্য যাজক হারোণের ছেলে ঈথামরের নির্দেশ অনুসারে হবে।
29 You must count the descendants of Merari by their clans, and order them by their ancestor's families,
“মরারিদেরও তাদের গোষ্ঠী ও বংশ অনুসারে গণনা করো।
30 from thirty years old and older up to fifty years old. Count everyone who is going to join the company and serve in the tent of meeting.
সমাগম তাঁবুর কাজে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য যারা সমাগত হয়, ত্রিশ থেকে পঞ্চাশ বছর বয়স্ক সেই সমস্ত পুরুষের সংখ্যা গণনা করো।
31 This is their responsibility and their work in all their service for the tent of meeting. They must care for the framing of the tabernacle, its crossbars, posts, and sockets,
সমাগম তাঁবুতে, তারা যখন কাজ করে, তাদের করণীয় কর্তব্য হবে এরকম; তারা উপাসনা-তাঁবুর কাঠামোর তক্তা সকল, তার অর্গলদণ্ড গুলি, খুঁটি ও পীঠসকল,
32 along with the posts of the courtyard around the tabernacle, their sockets, pegs, and their ropes, with all their hardware. List by name the articles they must carry.
সেই সঙ্গে প্রাঙ্গণের পরিবেষ্টনকারী খুঁটি সকল, তাঁবুর গোঁজ, দড়ি, তাদের উপকরণ এবং ব্যবহার্য সমস্ত আনুষঙ্গিক দ্রব্য বহন করবে। বহনের জন্য প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তিকে তার নির্দিষ্ট দ্রব্যসকল নিরূপণ কোরো।
33 This is the service of the clans of the descendants of Merari, what they are to do for the tent of meeting, under the direction of Ithamar son of Aaron the priest.”
সমাগম তাঁবু সম্পর্কিত কাজ করার সময় মরারি গোষ্ঠীর করণীয় কর্তব্য এই। তারা যাজক হারোণের ছেলে ঈথামরের নির্দেশে এই সমস্ত কাজ করবে।”
34 Moses and Aaron and the leaders of the community counted the descendants of the Kohathites by the clans of their ancestor's families.
মোশি, হারোণ এবং সমাজের নেতারা, গোষ্ঠী ও বংশ অনুসারে কহাতীয়দের গণনা করলেন।
35 They counted them from thirty years old and older up to fifty years old. They counted everyone who would join the company to serve in the tent of meeting.
ত্রিশ থেকে পঞ্চাশ বছর বয়স্ক সমস্ত পুরুষের, যারা সমাগম তাঁবুর কাজ করার জন্য সমাগত হল,
36 They counted 2,750 men by their clans.
গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে তাদের গণিত সংখ্যা 2,750।
37 Moses and Aaron counted all the men in the clans and families of the Kohathites who serve in the tent of meeting. In doing this, they obeyed what Yahweh had commanded them to do through Moses.
কহাতীয় গোষ্ঠীর যারা সমাগম তাঁবুর পরিচর্যা করত, সেই সমস্ত ব্যক্তির এই মোট সংখ্যা। মোশির মাধ্যমে সদাপ্রভু যে আদেশ দিয়েছিলেন, সেই অনুসারে মোশি ও হারোণ তাদের গণনা করেছিলেন।
38 The descendants of Gershon were counted in their clans, by their ancestor's families,
গের্শোনীয়েরা তাদের গোষ্ঠী এবং বংশ অনুসারে গণিত হয়েছিল।
39 from thirty to fifty years old, everyone who would join the company to serve in the tent of meeting.
সমস্ত পুরুষ যাদের বয়স ত্রিশ থেকে পঞ্চাশ বছর, যারা সমাগম তাঁবুর কাজে অংশগ্রহণ করতে আসত,
40 All the men, counted by their clans and their ancestor's families, numbered 2,630.
তাদের গোষ্ঠী এবং বংশ অনুসারে গণিত জনসংখ্যা ছিল 2,630।
41 Moses and Aaron counted the clans of the descendants of Gershon who would serve in the tent of meeting. In doing this, they obeyed what Yahweh had commanded them to do through Moses.
যারা সমাগম তাঁবু পরিচর্যা করত, সেই গের্শোনীয়দের এই ছিল মোট জনসংখ্যা। সদাপ্রভুর আদেশমতো মোশি ও হারোণ তাদের গণনা করেছিলেন।
42 The descendants of Merari were counted in their clans by their ancestor's families,
মরারিদের তাদের গোষ্ঠী ও বংশ অনুসারে গণনা করা হয়েছিল।
43 from thirty to fifty years old, everyone who would join the company to serve in the tent of meeting.
সমস্ত পুরুষ যাদের বয়স ত্রিশ থেকে পঞ্চাশ বছর, যারা সমাগম তাঁবুর কাজে অংশগ্রহণ করতে আসত,
44 All the men, counted by their clans and their ancestor's families, numbered 3,200.
গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে তাদের গণিত সংখ্যা ছিল 3,200।
45 Moses and Aaron counted all these men, the descendants of Merari. In doing this, they obeyed what Yahweh had commanded them to do through Moses.
মরারি গোষ্ঠীর এই ছিল মোট সংখ্যা। সদাপ্রভু মোশির মাধ্যমে যে আদেশ দিয়েছিলেন, সেই অনুসারে মোশি ও হারোণ তাদের গণনা করেছিলেন।
46 So Moses, Aaron, and the leaders of Israel counted all the Levites by their clans in their ancestral families
এইভাবে মোশি, হারোণ এবং ইস্রায়েলের নেতারা, সমস্ত লেবীয়দের, তাদের গোষ্ঠী ও বংশ অনুসারে গণনা করেছিলেন।
47 from thirty to fifty years old. They counted everyone who would do work in the tabernacle, and who would carry and care for the items in the tent of meeting.
ত্রিশ থেকে পঞ্চাশ বছর বয়স্ক সমস্ত পুরুষ যারা পরিচর্যার ও সমাগম তাঁবু বহনের জন্য আসত,
48 They counted 8,580 men.
তাদের গণিত সংখ্যা হয়েছিল 8,580।
49 At Yahweh's command, Moses counted each man, keeping count of each by the type of work he was assigned to do. He counted each man by the kind of responsibility he would bear. In doing this, they obeyed what Yahweh had commanded them to do through Moses.
মোশির মাধ্যমে দেওয়া সদাপ্রভুর আদেশ অনুসারে তাদের প্রত্যেকজনকে তার কাজ ও বহনীয় দ্রব্যসামগ্রী নিরূপণ করা হয়েছিল। এইভাবে তাদের মোট সংখ্যা গণিত হয়েছিল, যে রকম সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে আদেশ দিয়েছিলেন।
