Numbers 26
1 It came about after the plague that Yahweh spoke to Moses and Eleazar son of Aaron the priest. He said,
| لەدوای دەردەکە، یەزدان بە موسا و ئەلعازاری کوڕی هارونی کاهینی فەرموو: |
2 “Count all the community of the people of Israel, from twenty years old and up, by their ancestor's families, all who are able to go to war for Israel.”
| «ژمارەی هەموو کۆمەڵی نەوەی ئیسرائیل وەربگرە، لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە، بەگوێرەی بنەماڵەکانیان، هەموو ئەوانەی لە ئیسرائیلدا دەتوانن بجەنگن.» |
3 So Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke to them in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho and said,
| ئینجا موسا و ئەلعازاری کاهین لە دەشتی مۆئاب لەسەر ڕووباری ئوردون بەرامبەر ئەریحا لەگەڵیاندا دوان و گوتیان: |
4 “Count the people, from twenty years old and up, as Yahweh commanded Moses and the people of Israel, who came out of the land of Egypt.”
| «سەرژمێری لە گەنجی بیست ساڵ بەرەو سەرەوە بکەن، وەک چۆن یەزدان فەرمانی بە موسا کرد.» نەوەی ئیسرائیلیش ئەوانەی لە خاکی میسر هاتنە دەرەوە ئەمانەن: |
5 Reuben was the firstborn of Israel. From his son Hanok came the clan of the Hanokites. From Pallu came the clan of the Palluites.
| نەوەی ڕەئوبێنی نۆبەرەی ئیسرائیل: بۆ حەنۆک خێڵی حەنۆکییەکان، بۆ پەڵو خێڵی پەڵووییەکان، |
6 From Hezron came the clan of the Hezronites. From Karmi came the clan of the Karmites.
| بۆ حەسرۆن خێڵی حەسرۆنییەکان، بۆ کەرمی خێڵی کەرمییەکان. |
7 These were the clans of Reuben, who numbered 43,730 men.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی ڕەئوبێنییەکانن، تۆمارکراوەکانیان چل و سێ هەزار و حەوت سەد و سی کەس بوون. |
8 Eliab was a son of Pallu.
| ئەلیابیش کوڕی پەڵو بوو، |
9 Eliab's sons were Nemuel, Dathan, and Abiram. These were the same Dathan and Abiram who followed Korah when they challenged Moses and Aaron and rebelled against Yahweh.
| نەوەی ئەلیابیش نەموئێل و داتان و ئەبیرام، داتان و ئەبیرامیش ئەوانەن کە کۆمەڵەکەیان بانگکرد بۆ بەربەرەکانێی موسا و هارون، لە کۆمەڵی قۆرەح کاتێک بەربەرەکانێی یەزدانیان کرد. |
10 The earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up together with Korah when all his followers died. At that time, fire devoured 250 men, who became a warning sign.
| زەوی دەمی کردەوە و لەگەڵ قۆرەح هەڵیلووشین، کاتێک ئەو کۆمەڵە مردن، دوو سەد و پەنجا پیاو سووتان، ئەوان بوون بە پەند. |
11 But Korah's line did not die out.
| بەڵام نەوەی قۆرەح نەفەوتان. |
12 The clans of Simeon's descendants were these: Through Nemuel, the clan of the Nemuelites, through Jamin, the clan of the Jaminites, through Jakin, the clan of the Jakinites,
| نەوەی شیمۆن بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە نەموئێل خێڵی نەموئێلییەکان، لە یامین خێڵی یامینییەکان، لە یاکین خێڵی یاکینییەکان، |
13 through Zerah, the clan of the Zerahites, through Shaul, the clan of the Shaulites.
| لە زەرەح خێڵی زەرەحییەکان، لە شائوول خێڵی شائوولییەکان. |
14 These were the clans of Simeon's descendants, who numbered 22,200 men.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی شیمۆنییەکانن، بیست و دوو هەزار و دوو سەد کەس بوون. |
15 The clans of Gad's descendants were these: Through Zephon, the clan of the Zephonites, through Haggi, the clan of the Haggites, through Shuni, the clan of the Shunites,
| نەوەی گاد بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە چیفۆن خێڵی چیفۆنییەکان، لە حەگی خێڵی حەگییەکان، لە شونی خێڵی شونییەکان، |
16 through Ozni, the clan of the Oznites, through Eri, the clan of the Erites,
| لە ئۆزنی خێڵی ئۆزنییەکان، لە عێری خێڵی عێرییەکان، |
17 through Arod, the clan of the Arodites, through Areli, the clan of the Arelites.
| لە ئەرۆدی خێڵی ئەرۆدییەکان، لە ئەرئێلی خێڵی ئەرئێلییەکان. |
18 These were the clans of Gad's descendants, who numbered 40,500 men.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی نەوەی گادن، بەگوێرەی ژمارەیان چل هەزار و پێنج سەد کەس بوون. |
19 Judah's sons were Er and Onan, but these men died in the land of Canaan.
| ئێر و ئۆنان کوڕانی یەهودا بوون، بەڵام لە خاکی کەنعان مردن. |
20 The clans of Judah's other descendants were these: through Shelah, the clan of the Shelanites, through Perez, the clan of the Perezites, and through Zerah, the clan of the Zerahites.
| نەوەی یەهودا بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە شالەح خێڵی شالەحییەکان، لە پێرێز خێڵی پێرێزییەکان، لە زەرەح خێڵی زەرەحییەکان، |
21 The descendants of Perez were these: Through Hezron, the clan of the Hezronites, through Hamul, the clan of the Hamulites.
| نەوەکانی پێرێزیش: لە حەسرۆن خێڵی حەسرۆنییەکان، لە حامول خێڵی حامولییەکان. |
22 These were the clans of Judah's descendants, who numbered 76,500 men.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی یەهودان، بەگوێرەی ژمارەیان حەفتا و شەش هەزار و پێنج سەد کەس بوون. |
23 The clans of Issachar's descendants were these: Through Tola, the clan of the Tolaites, through Puah, the clan of the Puites,
| نەوەی یەساخار بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە تۆلاع خێڵی تۆلاعییەکان، لە پوڤە خێڵی پوڤەییەکان، |
24 through Jashub, the clan of the Jashubites, through Shimron, the clan of the Shimronites.
| لە یاشوڤ خێڵی یاشوڤییەکان، لە شیمرۆن خێڵی شیمرۆنییەکان. |
25 These were the clans of Issachar, who numbered 64,300 men.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی یەساخارن، بەگوێرەی ژمارەیان شەست و چوار هەزار و سێ سەد کەس بوون. |
26 The clans of Zebulun's descendants were these: Through Sered, the clan of the Seredites, through Elon, the clan of the Elonites, through Jahleel, the clan of the Jahleelites.
| نەوەی زەبولون بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە سەرەد خێڵی سەرەدییەکان، لە ئێلۆن خێڵی ئێلۆنییەکان، لە یەحلئێل خێڵی یەحلئێلییەکان. |
27 These were the clans of the Zebulunites, who numbered 60,500 men.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی زەبولونییەکانن، بەگوێرەی ژمارەیان شەست هەزار و پێنج سەد کەس بوون. |
28 The clans of Joseph's descendants were Manasseh and Ephraim.
| کوڕانی یوسف بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانی مەنەشە و ئەفرایم: |
29 The descendants of Manasseh were these: through Makir, the clan of the Makirites (Makir was Gilead's father), through Gilead, the clan of the Gileadites.
| نەوەی مەنەشە: لە ماکیر خێڵی ماکیرییەکان، ماکیر باوکی گلعاد بوو، لە گلعاد خێڵی گلعادییەکان. |
30 Gilead's descendants were these: Through Iezer, the clan of the Iezerites, through Helek, the clan of the Helekites,
| ئەمانە نەوەی گلعادن: لە ئیعەزەر خێڵی ئیعەزەرییەکان؛ لە حێلەق خێڵی حێلەقییەکان؛ |
31 through Asriel, the clan of the Asrielites, through Shechem, the clan of the Shechemites,
| لە ئەسریێل خێڵی ئەسریێلییەکان؛ لە شەخەم خێڵی شەخەمییەکان؛ |
32 through Shemida, the clan of the Shemidaites, through Hepher, the clan of the Hepherites.
| لە شەمیداع خێڵی شەمیداعییەکان؛ لە حێفەر خێڵی حێفەرییەکان. |
33 Zelophehad son of Hepher had no sons, but only daughters. The names of his daughters were Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milkah, and Tirzah.
| بەڵام سەلۆفحادی کوڕی حێفەر کوڕی نەبوو، تەنها کچ و ناوی کچەکانی سەلۆفحاد مەحلە و نۆعا و حۆگلە و میلکە و تیرزە بوو. |
34 These were the clans of Manasseh, who numbered 52,700 men.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی مەنەشەن و تۆمارکراوەکانیان پەنجا و دوو هەزار و حەوت سەد کەس بوون. |
35 The clans of Ephraim's descendants were these: Through Shuthelah, the clan of the Shuthelahites, through Beker, the clan of the Bekerites, through Tahan, the clan of the Tahanites.
| ئەمانەش نەوەی ئەفرایمن بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە شوتەلەح خێڵی شوتەلەحییەکان، لە بەکەر خێڵی بەکەرییەکان، لە تەحەن خێڵی تەحەنییەکان، |
36 The descendants of Shuthelah were, by Eran, the clan of the Eranites.
| ئەمانەش نەوەی شوتەلەحن: لە عیران خێڵی عیرانییەکان. |
37 These were the clans of Ephraim's descendants, who numbered 32,500 men. These were Joseph's descendants, counted in each of their clans.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی نەوەی ئەفرایمن، بەگوێرەی ژمارەیان سی و دوو هەزار و پێنج سەد کەس بوون. ئەمانە نەوەی یوسفن بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان. |
38 The clans of Benjamin's descendants were these: Through Bela, the clan of the Belaites, through Ashbel, the clan of the Ashbelites, through Ahiram, the clan of the Ahiramites,
| نەوەی بنیامین بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە بەلەع خێڵی بەلەعییەکان، لە ئەشبێل خێڵی ئەشبێلییەکان، لە ئەحیرام خێڵی ئەحیرامییەکان. |
39 through Shephupham, the clan of the Shuphamites, through Hupham, the clan of the Huphamites.
| لە شوفام خێڵی شوفامییەکان، لە حوفام خێڵی حوفامییەکان. |
40 Bela's sons were Ard and Naaman. From Ard came the clan of the Ardites, and from Naaman came the clan of the Naamites.
| نەوەی بەلەعیش ئەرد و نەعمان بوون: لە ئەرد خێڵی ئەردییەکان و لە نەعمان خێڵی نەعمانییەکان. |
41 These were the clans of Benjamin's descendants. They numbered 45,600 men.
| ئەمانە نەوەی بنیامینن بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان و تۆمارکراوەکانیان چل و پێنج هەزار و شەش سەد کەس بوون. |
42 The clans of Dan's descendants were, by Shuham, the clans of the Shuhamites. These were the clans of Dan's descendants.
| ئەمانە نەوەی دانن بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە شوحام خێڵی شوحامییەکان. ئەمە خێڵەکانی دانە بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان، |
43 All the clans of the Shuhamites numbered 64,400 men.
| هەموو خێڵەکانی شوحامییەکان بەگوێرەی ژمارەیان شەست و چوار هەزار و چوار سەد کەس بوون. |
44 The clans of Asher's descendants were these: Through Imnah, the clan of the Imnites, through Ishvi, the clan of the Ishvites, through Beriah, the clan of the Beriites.
| نەوەی ئاشێر بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە یمنە خێڵی یمنییەکان، لە یەشڤی خێڵی یەشڤییەکان، لە بەریعە خێڵی بریعییەکان، |
45 The descendants of Beriah were these: Through Heber, the clan of the Heberites, through Malkiel, the clan of the Malkielites.
| لە نەوەی بەریعە: لە حەڤەر خێڵی حەڤەرییەکان، لە مەلکیێل خێڵی مەلکیێلییەکان، |
46 The name of Asher's daughter was Serah.
| کچەکەی ئاشێریش ناوی سەرەح بوو. |
47 These were the clans of Asher's descendants, who numbered 53,400 men.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی نەوەی ئاشێرن، بەگوێرەی ژمارەیان پەنجا و سێ هەزار و چوار سەد کەس بوون. |
48 The clans of Naphtali's descendants were these: Through Jahzeel, the clan of the Jahzeelites, through Guni, the clan of the Gunites,
| نەوەی نەفتالی بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: لە یەحزئێل خێڵی یەحزئێلییەکان، لە گۆنی خێڵی گۆنییەکان، |
49 through Jezer, the clan of the Jezerites, through Shillem, the clan of the Shillemites.
| لە یێچەر خێڵی یێچەرییەکان، لە شلێم خێڵی شلێمییەکان. |
50 These were the clans of Naphtali's descendants, who numbered 45,400 men.
| ئەمانە خێڵەکانی نەفتالین بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان و تۆمارکراوەکانیان چل و پێنج هەزار و چوار سەد کەس بوون. |
51 This was the complete count of men among the people of Israel: 601,730.
| ئەمانە تۆمارکراوەکانن لە نەوەی ئیسرائیل، شەش سەد و یەک هەزار و حەوت سەد و سی. |
52 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,
| یەزدان بە موسای فەرموو: |
53 “The land must be divided among these men as an inheritance according to the number of their names.
| «خاکەکە بۆ ئەمانە بەگوێرەی ژمارەی ناوەکان بە میرات دابەش دەکەیت. |
54 To the larger clans you must give more inheritance, and to the smaller clans you must give less inheritance. To every family you must give an inheritance according to the number of men who were counted.
| بۆ هۆزە گەورەکان میراتیان زۆر دەکەیت و بۆ هۆزە بچووکەکان میراتیان کەم دەکەیت، هەریەکە بەگوێرەی تۆمارکراوەکانی میراتی دەدرێتێ، |
55 However, the land must be divided by random lots. They must inherit the land as it will be divided among their ancestors' tribes.
| بەڵام خاکەکە بە تیروپشک دابەش دەکەیت، بەگوێرەی ناوی هۆزەکانی باوکانیان بە میراتی دەگرن، |
56 Their inheritance must be divided among the larger and the smaller clans, distributed to them by random lot.”
| لەنێو کۆمەڵەی گەورە و بچووک بەگوێرەی تیروپشک میراتەکەیان بۆ دابەش دەکرێت.» |
57 The Levite clans, counted clan by clan, were these: Through Gershon, the clan of the Gershonites, through Kohath, the clan of the Kohathites, through Merari, the clan of the Merarites.
| ئەمانەش تۆمارکراوەکانن لە لێڤییەکان، بەگوێرەی خێڵەکانیان: بۆ گێرشۆن خێڵی گێرشۆنییەکان، بۆ قەهات خێڵی قەهاتییەکان، بۆ مەراری خێڵی مەرارییەکان. |
58 The clans of Levi were these: the clan of the Libnites, the clan of the Hebronites, the clan of the Mahlites, the clan of the Mushites, and the clan of the Korahites. Kohath was the Amram's ancestor.
| ئەمە خێڵەکانی لێڤییە: خێڵی لیبنییەکان، خێڵی حەبرۆنییەکان، خێڵی مەحلییەکان، خێڵی موشییەکان، خێڵی قۆرەحییەکان. عەمرام لە ڕەچەڵەکی قەهات بوو. |
59 The name of Amram's wife was Jochebed, a descendant of Levi, who was born to Levites in Egypt. She bore to Amram their children, who were Aaron, Moses, and Miriam their sister.
| ژنەکەی عەمرامیش ناوی یۆخەڤەد بوو، لە نەوەی لێڤی بوو، لە خێزانی لێڤییەکیش لە میسر لەدایک بوو. لە عەمرام هارون و موسا و مریەمی خوشکیانی بوو. |
60 To Aaron were born Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
| هارونیش باوکی ناداب و ئەبیهو و ئەلعازار و ئیتامار بوو. |
61 Nadab and Abihu died when they offered before Yahweh unacceptable fire.
| بەڵام ناداب و ئەبیهو کاتێک ئاگرێکی نامۆیان لەبەردەم یەزدان پێشکەش کرد مردن. |
62 The males who were counted among them numbered twenty-three thousand, all males one month old and up. But they were not counted among Israel's descendants because no inheritance was given to them among the people of Israel.
| تۆمارکراوەکانی لێڤییەکان بیست و سێ هەزار کەس بوون، هەموو نێرینەیەک لە کۆرپەی یەک مانگی بەرەو سەرەوە، چونکە لەگەڵ نەوەی ئیسرائیلدا تۆمار نەکران، لەبەر ئەوەی لەنێو نەوەی ئیسرائیلدا میراتیان پێنەدرا. |
63 These are the ones who were counted by Moses and Eleazar the priest. They counted the people of Israel in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.
| ئەمانە بوون کە موسا و ئەلعازاری کاهین تۆماریان کردن، کاتێک نەوەی ئیسرائیلیان لە دەشتی مۆئاب لەسەر ڕووباری ئوردون بەرامبەر ئەریحا تۆمار کرد. |
64 But among these there was no man who had been counted by Moses and Aaron the priest when the descendants of Israel were counted in the wilderness of Sinai.
| ئەمانەش کەسیان تێدا نەبوو لەوانەی موسا و هارونی کاهین تۆماریان کردن، کاتێک نەوەی ئیسرائیلیان لە چۆڵەوانی سینادا تۆمار کرد. |
65 For Yahweh had said that all of those people would certainly die in the wilderness. There was not a man left among them, except Caleb son of Jephunneh and Joshua son of Nun.
| لەبەر ئەوەی یەزدان پێی فەرموون، «لە چۆڵەوانیدا دەمرن،» ئیتر کەسیان لێ نەمایەوە، تەنها کالێبی کوڕی یەفونە و یەشوعی کوڕی نون نەبێت. |
