< Leviticus 5 >

1 If anyone sins because he does not testify when he has witnessed something about which he is required to testify, whether he has seen it or heard about it, he will be responsible.
Eger birsi melum ishqa guwahchi bolup, shundaqla uninggha qesem buyrulghinida körgini yaki bilginidin melumat bermise, undaqta u qebihlikining jazasigha tartilidu.
2 Or if anyone touches anything God has designated as unclean, whether it be the carcass of an unclean wild animal or the carcass of any livestock that has died, or creeping animal, even if the person did not intend to touch it, he is unclean and guilty.
Eger birsi özi bilmey napak bir nersige tégip ketse — meyli u napak bir haywanning jesiti bolsun, meyli napak bir charpayning jesiti bolsun, yaki napak bir ömiligüchi haywanning jesiti bolsun, mushundaq nersige tégip ketse umu napak sanilip gunahkar hésablinidu;
3 Or if he touches the uncleanness of someone, whatever that uncleanness is, and if he is unaware of it, then he will be guilty when he learns about it.
eger shuningdek birsi özi tuymay melum kishining ademni napak qilidighan herqandaq nijasitige tégip ketse, shundaqla u buni bilip yetse, undaqta u gunahkar hésablinidu.
4 Or if anyone swears rashly with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatever it is that a man swears rashly with an oath, even if he is unaware of it, when he learns about it, then he will be guilty, in any of these things.
Eger birsi angsiz rewishte yaman yaki yaxshi bir ishni qilay dep qesem qilip salsa (kishiler hertürlük ish toghrisida angsiz rewishte qesem qilishi mumkin), shundaqla u buni tonup yetse, u bu ishlar tüpeylidin gunahkar hésablinidu.
5 When someone is guilty in any of these things, he must confess whatever sin he has committed.
Birsi yuqiriqi herqaysi ishlarda men gunahkar boldum dep bilse, u öz gunahini «men mundaq gunah qildim» dep iqrar qilsun;
6 Then he must bring his guilt offering to Yahweh for the sin that he has committed, a female animal from the flock, either a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering, and the priest will make atonement for him concerning his sin.
andin özi sadir qilghan gunahining kafariti üchün Perwerdigarning aldigha «itaetsizlikni tiligüchi qurbanliq» süpitide ushshaq maldin saghliq we ya bir chishi öchkini gunah qurbanliqi qilip keltürsun; andin kahin uni gunahidin paklandurushqa uning üchün kafaret keltürsun.
7 If he cannot afford to buy a lamb, then he can bring as his guilt offering for his sin two doves or two young pigeons to Yahweh, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.
Eger u qoylardin [qurbanliq] qilishqa qurbi yetmise, u qilghan itaetsizliki üchün ikki paxtek yaki ikki bachkini élip kélip, birini gunah qurbanliqi üchün, yene birini köydürme qurbanliq üchün Perwerdigarning aldigha sunsun.
8 He must bring them to the priest, who will offer one for the sin offering first—he will wring off its head from its neck but will not remove it completely from the body.
U bularni kahinning qéshigha keltürgende, [kahin] awwal gunah qurbanliqigha teyyarlan’ghanni qurbanliq qilip boynini üzmey, béshigha yéqin jayidin tolghisun, lékin béshini boynidin üzüwetmisun;
9 Then he will sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, and he will drain the rest of the blood out at the base of the altar. This is a sin offering.
andin gunah qurbanliqining qénidin azghina élip qurban’gahning témigha chachsun; qalghan qéni bolsa qurban’gahning tüwige siqip chiqirilsun. Buning özi gunah qurbanliqi bolidu.
10 Then he must offer the second bird as a burnt offering, as described in the instructions, and the priest will make atonement for him for the sin that he has committed, and the person will be forgiven.
Emma ikkinchisini bolsa békitilgen belgilime boyiche köydürme qurbanliq qilip sunsun. Bu yol bilen kahin uning qilghan gunahi üchün kafaret keltüridu we shu gunah uningdin kechürülidu.
11 But if he cannot afford to buy two doves or two young pigeons, then he must bring as his sacrifice for his sin a tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He must not put oil or any incense on it, for it is a sin offering.
Eger ikki paxtek yaki ikki bachkini keltürüshke qurbi yetmise, undaqta gunah qilghan kishi gunah qurbanliqi üchün ésil undin bir efahning ondin birini keltürsun; bu gunah qurbanliqi bolghachqa u uning üstige zeytun méyi quymisun yaki üstige héchqandaq mestiki salmisun; chünki u gunah qurbanliqi bolidu.
12 He must bring it to the priest, and the priest will take a handful of it as a representative offering and then burn it on the altar, on top of the offerings made by fire for Yahweh. This is a sin offering.
U uni kahinning qéshigha keltürsun we kahin buningdin [sun’ghuchining] «yadlinish ülüshi» süpitide bir changgal élip, shuni Perwerdigargha atap otta sunulghan qurbanliqlargha qoshup, qurban’gahning üstide köydürsun. Buning özi gunah qurbanliqi bolidu.
13 The priest will make atonement for any sin that the person has committed, and that person will be forgiven. The leftovers from the offering will belong to the priest, as with the grain offering.'”
Bu yol bilen u shu gunahlardin qaysisini qilghan bolsa, kahin uning üchün kafaret keltüridu. Ashliq hediyelerdikige oxshash qalghan qismi kahin’gha tewe bolidu.
14 Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
Andin Perwerdigar Musagha söz qilip mundaq dédi: —
15 “If anyone sins and acts unfaithfully in regard to the things that belong to Yahweh, but did so unintentionally, then he must bring his guilt offering to Yahweh. This offering must be a ram without blemish from the flock; its value must be appraised in silver shekels—the shekel of the sanctuary—as a guilt offering.
Birsi bilmey Perwerdigargha atalghan muqeddes nersilerge nisbeten itaetsizlik qilip gunah ötküzse, undaqta u Perwerdigarning aldigha ushshaq maldin béjirim bir qochqarni itaetsizlik qurbanliqi qilip keltürsun; shu itaetsizlik qurbanliqi bolghan qochqarning bahasini sen muqeddes jaydiki shekelning ölchem birliki boyiche kümüsh shekelge toxtatqin.
16 He must satisfy Yahweh for what he had done wrong in connection with what is holy, and he must add one-fifth to it and give it to the priest. Then the priest will make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and that person will be forgiven.
Andin shu kishi muqeddes nersilerge nisbeten ötküzgen xataliqidin bolghan ziyanni toldursun, shundaqla ziyanning beshtin biri boyiche qoshup kahin’gha tölem tölisun. Bu yol bilen kahin itaetsizlik qurbanliqi bolghan qochqarning wasitisi bilen uning üchün kafaret keltüridu; shu gunah uningdin kechürülidu.
17 If anyone sins and does anything that Yahweh has commanded not to be done, even if he was unaware of it, he is still guilty and must carry his own guilt.
Eger birsi bilmey Perwerdigarning «qilma» dégen herqandaq emrlirining birerisige xilapliq qilip, gunahkar bolghan bolsa u qebihlikining jazasigha tartilidu;
18 He must bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, worth the current value, as a guilt offering to the priest. Then the priest will make atonement for him concerning the sin he has committed, of which he was unaware, and he will be forgiven.
shundaq bolsa, u ushshaq maldin sen toxtatqan qimmette béjirim bir qochqarni itaetsizlik qurbanliqi qilip sunsun. Bu yol bilen kahin uning bilmey ötküzgen itaetsizliki üchün kafaret keltüridu we shu itaetsizlik gunahi uningdin kechürülidu.
19 It is a guilt offering, and he is certainly guilty before Yahweh.”
Bu itaetsizlik qurbanliqi bolidu; chünki u derheqiqet Perwerdigarning aldida itaetsizlik qilghan.
