Leviticus 23
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses:
और ख़ुदावन्द ने मूसा से कहा, कि
2 “Speak to the people of Israel, and say to them, 'These are the appointed festivals for Yahweh, which you must proclaim as holy assemblies; they are my regular festivals.
“बनी — इस्राईल से कह कि ख़ुदावन्द की 'ईदें जिनका तुम को पाक मजम'ओं के लिए 'ऐलान देना होगा, मेरी वह 'ईदें यह हैं।
3 You may work for six days, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of complete rest, a holy assembly. You must do no work because it is a Sabbath for Yahweh in all the places where you live.
छ: दिन काम — काज किया जाए लेकिन सातवाँ दिन ख़ास आराम का और पाक मजमे' का सबत है, उस रोज़ किसी तरह का काम न करना; वह तुम्हारी सब सुकूनतगाहों में ख़ुदावन्द का सबत है।
4 These are the appointed festivals of Yahweh, the holy assemblies that you must announce at their appointed times:
“ख़ुदावन्द की 'ईदें जिनका 'ऐलान तुम को पाक मजम'ओं के लिए वक़्त — ए — मु'अय्यन पर करना होगा इसलिए यह हैं।
5 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at twilight, is Yahweh's Passover.
पहले महीने की चौदहवीं तारीख़ की शाम के वक़्त ख़ुदावन्द की फ़सह हुआ करे।
6 On the fifteenth day of the same month is the Festival of Unleavened Bread for Yahweh. For seven days you must eat unleavened bread.
और उसी महीने की पंद्रहवीं तारीख़ को ख़ुदावन्द के लिए 'ईद — ए — फ़तीर हो, उसमें तुम सात दिन तक बे — ख़मीरी रोटी खाना।
7 The first day you must set apart to gather together; you will not do any of your regular work.
पहले दिन तुम्हारा पाक मजमा' हो उसमें तुम कोई ख़ादिमाना काम न करना।
8 You will present a food offering to Yahweh for seven days. The seventh day is an assembly set apart to Yahweh, and on that day you must not do any regular work.'”
और सातों दिन तुम ख़ुदावन्द के सामने आतिशी क़ुर्बानी पेश करना और और सातवें दिन फिर पाक मजमा' हो उस रोज़ तुम कोई ख़ादिमाना काम न करना।”
9 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
और ख़ुदावन्द ने मूसा से कहा,
10 “Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, 'When you have come into the land that I will give you, and when you reap its harvest, then you must bring a bundle of the firstfruit of the grain to the priest.
“बनी — इस्राईल से कह कि जब तुम उस मुल्क में जो मैं तुम को देता हूँ दाख़िल हो जाओ और उसकी फ़स्ल काटो, तो तुम अपनी फ़स्ल के पहले फलों का एक पूला काहिन के पास लाना;
11 He will raise the bundle of grain before Yahweh and present it to him, for it to be accepted on your behalf. It is on the day after the Sabbath that the priest will raise it and present it to me.
और वह उसे ख़ुदावन्द के सामने हिलाए, ताकि वह तुम्हारी तरफ़ से क़ुबूल हो और काहिन उसे सबत के दूसरे दिन सुबह को हिलाए।
12 On the day when you raise the bundle of grain and present it to me, you must offer a male lamb one year old and without blemish as a burnt offering to Yahweh.
और जिस दिन तुम पूले को हिलाओ उसी दिन एक नर बे — 'ऐब यक — साला बर्रा सोख़्तनी क़ुर्बानी के तौर पर ख़ुदावन्द के सामने पेश करना।
13 The grain offering must be two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to Yahweh, to produce a sweet aroma, and with it a drink offering of wine, a fourth of a hin.
और उसके साथ नज़्र की क़ुर्बानी के लिए तेल मिला हुआ मैदा ऐफ़ा के दो दहाई हिस्से के बराबर हो, ताकि वह आतिशी क़ुर्बानी के तौर पर ख़ुदावन्द के सामने राहतअंगेज़ ख़ुशबू के लिए जलाई जाए; और उसके साथ मय का तपावन हीन के चौथे हिस्से के बराबर मय लेकर करना।
14 You must eat no bread, nor roasted or fresh grain, until the same day you have brought this offering to your God. This will be a permanent statute throughout your people's generations, in every place that you live.
और जब तक तुम अपने ख़ुदा के लिए यह हदिया न ले आओ, उस दिन तक नई फ़स्ल की रोटी या भुना हुआ अनाज, या हरी बालें हरगिज़ न खाना। तुम्हारी सब सुकूनतगाहों में नसल — दर — नसल हमेशा यही क़ानून रहेगा।
15 Beginning from the day after the Sabbath—that was the day you brought the bundle of grain as the wave offering—count seven full weeks.
“और तुम सबत के दूसरे दिन से जिस दिन हिलाने की क़ुर्बानी के लिए पूला लाओगे गिनना शुरू' करना, जब तक सात सबत पूरे न हो जाएँ।
16 You must count fifty days, which would be the day after the seventh Sabbath. Then you must present an offering of new grain to Yahweh.
और सातवें सबत के दूसरे दिन तक पचास दिन गिन लेना, तब तुम ख़ुदावन्द के लिए नज़्र की नई क़ुर्बानी पेश करना।
17 You must bring out of your houses two loaves made from two-tenths of an ephah. They must be made from fine flour and baked with yeast; they will be a wave offering of the firstfruits to Yahweh.
तुम अपने घरों में से ऐफ़ा के दो दहाई हिस्से के वज़न के मैदे के दो गिर्दे हिलाने की क़ुर्बानी के लिए ले आना; वह ख़मीर के साथ पकाए जाएँ ताकि ख़ुदावन्द के लिए पहले फल ठहरें।
18 You must present with the bread seven lambs one year old and without blemish, one young bull, and two rams. They must be a burnt offering to Yahweh, with their grain offering and their drink offerings, an offering made by fire and producing a sweet aroma for Yahweh.
और उन गिर्दों के साथ ही तुम सात यक — साला बे — 'ऐब बर्रे और एक बछड़ा और दो मेंढे लाना, ताकि वह अपनी अपनी नज़्र की क़ुर्बानी और तपावन के साथ ख़ुदावन्द के सामने सोख़्तनी क़ुर्बानी के तौर पर पेश करे जाएँ, और ख़ुदावन्द के सामने राहतअंगेज़ ख़शबू की आतिशी क़ुर्बानी ठहरें।
19 You must offer one male goat for a sin offering, and two male lambs a year old for a sacrifice, as fellowship offerings.
और तुम ख़ता की क़ुर्बानी के लिए एक बकरा और सलामती के ज़बीहे के लिए दो यकसाला नर बर्रे चढ़ाना।
20 The priest must wave them together with the bread of the firstfruits before Yahweh, and present them to him as an offering with the two lambs. They will be holy offerings to Yahweh for the priest.
और काहिन इनको पहले फल के दोनों गिर्दों के साथ लेकर उन दोनों बर्रों के साथ हिलाने की क़ुर्बानी के तौर पर ख़ुदावन्द के सामने हिलाए, वह ख़ुदावन्द के लिए पाक और काहिन का हिस्सा ठहरें।
21 You must make a proclamation on that same day. There will be a holy assembly, and you must do no ordinary work. This will be a permanent statute throughout your people's generations in all the places where you live.
और तुम ऐन उसी दिन 'ऐलान कर देना, उस रोज़ तुम्हारा पाक मजमा' हो, तुम उस दिन कोई ख़ादिमाना काम न करना; तुम्हारी सब सुकूनतगाहों में नसल — दर — नसल सदा यही तौर तरीक़ा रहेगा।
22 When you reap the harvest of your land, you must not completely reap the corners of your fields, and you must not gather the gleanings of your harvest. You must leave them for the poor and for the foreigner. I am Yahweh your God.'”
“और जब तुम अपनी ज़मीन की पैदावार की फ़सल काटो, तो तू अपने खेत को कोने — कोने तक पूरा न काटना और न अपनी फ़सल की गिरी — पड़ी बालों को जमा' करना, बल्कि उनको ग़रीबों और मुसाफ़िरों के लिए छोड़ देना; मैं ख़ुदावन्द तुम्हारा ख़ुदा हूँ।”
23 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
और ख़ुदावन्द ने मूसा से कहा,
24 “Speak to the people of Israel and say, 'In the seventh month, the first day of that month will be a solemn rest for you, a memorial with the blowing of trumpets, and a holy assembly.
“बनी — इस्राईल से कह कि सातवें महीने की पहली तारीख़ तुम्हारे लिए ख़ास आराम का दिन हो, उसमें यादगारी के लिए नरसिंगे फूंके जाएँ और पाक मजमा' हो।
25 You must do no ordinary work, and you must offer a sacrifice made by fire to Yahweh.'”
तुम उस रोज़ कोई ख़ादिमाना काम न करना और ख़ुदावन्द के सामने आतिशी क़ुर्बानी पेश करना।”
26 Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
ख़ुदावन्द ने मूसा से कहा
27 “Now the tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement. It is to be a holy assembly, and you must humble yourselves and present to Yahweh an offering by fire.
“उसी सातवें महीने की दसवीं तारीख़ की कफ़्फ़ारे का दिन है; उस रोज़ तुम्हारा पाक मजमा' हो, और तुम अपनी जानों को दुख देना और ख़ुदावन्द के सामने आतिशी क़ुर्बानी पेश करना।
28 You must do no work on that day because it is the Day of Atonement, to make atonement for yourselves before Yahweh your God.
तुम उस दिन किसी तरह का काम न करना, क्यूँकि वह कफ़्फ़ारे का दिन है जिसमें ख़ुदावन्द तुम्हारे ख़ुदा के सामने तुम्हारे लिए क़फ्फारा दिया जाएगा।
29 Whoever does not humble himself on that day must be cut off from his people.
जो शख़्स उस दिन अपनी जान को दुख ने दे वह अपने लोगों में से काट डाला जाएगा।
30 Whoever does any work on that day, I, Yahweh, will destroy him from among his people.
और जो शख़्स उस दिन किसी तरह का काम करे, उसे मैं उसके लोगों में से फ़ना कर दूँगा।
31 You must do no work of any kind on that day. This will be a permanent statute throughout your people's generations in all the places where you live.
तुम किसी तरह का काम मत करना, तुम्हारी सब सुकुनत गाहों में नसल — दर — नसल हमेशा यही तौर तरीक़े रहेंगे।
32 This day must be to you a Sabbath of solemn rest, and you must humble yourselves the ninth day of the month at the evening. From evening to evening you are to observe your Sabbath.”
यह तुम्हारे लिए ख़ास आराम का सबत हो, इसमें तुम अपनी जानों को दुख देना; तुम उस महीने की नौवीं तारीख़ की शाम से दूसरी शाम तक अपना सबत मानना।”
33 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
और ख़ुदावन्द ने मूसा से कहा,
34 “Speak to the people of Israel, saying, 'On the fifteenth day of the seventh month will be the Festival of Shelters for Yahweh. It will last seven days.
'बनी — इस्राईल से कह कि उसी सातवें महीने की पंद्रहवीं तारीख़ से लेकर सात दिन तक ख़ुदावन्द के लिए 'ईद — ए — ख़ियाम होगी।
35 On the first day there must be a holy assembly. You must do no ordinary work.
पहले दिन पाक मजमा हो; तुम उस दिन कोई ख़ादिमाना काम न करना।
36 For seven days you must offer a sacrifice made by fire to Yahweh. On the eighth day there must be a holy assembly, and you must make a sacrifice offered with fire to Yahweh. This is a solemn assembly, and you must not do any ordinary work.
तुम सातों दिन बराबर ख़ुदावन्द के सामने आतिशी क़ुर्बानी पेश करना। आठवें दिन तुम्हारा पाक मजमा' हो और फिर ख़ुदावन्द के सामने आतिशी क़ुर्बानी पेश करना; वह ख़ास मजमा' है, उसमें कोई ख़ादिमाना काम न करना।
37 These are the appointed festivals for Yahweh, which you must proclaim as holy assemblies to offer sacrifice by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering and a grain offering, sacrifices and drink offerings, each on its own day.
“यह ख़ुदावन्द की मुक़र्ररा 'ईदें हैं जिनमें तुम पाक मजम'ओं का 'ऐलान करना; ताकि ख़ुदावन्द के सामने आतिशी क़ुर्बानी, और सोख़्तनी क़ुर्बानी, और नज़्र की क़ुर्बानी और जबीहा और तपावन हर एक अपने अपने मुअ'य्यन दिन में पेश किया जाए।
38 These festivals will be in addition to the Sabbaths of Yahweh and your gifts, all your vows, and all your freewill offerings that you give to Yahweh.
इनके अलावा ख़ुदावन्द के सबतों को मानना, और अपने हदियों और मिन्नतों और रज़ा की क़ुर्बानियों को जो तुम ख़ुदावन्द के सामने लाते हो पेश करना।
39 Regarding the Festival of Shelters, on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you must keep this festival of Yahweh for seven days. The first day will be a solemn rest, and the eighth day will also be a solemn rest.
“और सातवें महीने की पंद्रहवीं तारीख़ से, जब तुम ज़मीन की पैदावार जमा' कर चुको तो सात दिन तक ख़ुदावन्द की 'ईद मानना। पहला दिन खास आराम का हो, और अट्ठारहवें दिन भी ख़ास आराम ही का हो।
40 On the first day you must take the best fruit from the trees, branches of palm trees, and leafy branches of thick trees, and willows from streams, and you will rejoice before Yahweh your God for seven days.
इसलिए तुम पहले दिन ख़ुशनुमा दरख़्तों के फल और खजूर की डालियाँ, और घने दरख़्तों की शाख़े और नदियों की बेद — ए — मजनूँ लेना; और तुम ख़ुदावन्द अपने ख़ुदा के आगे सात दिन तक ख़ुशी मनाना।
41 For seven days each year, you must celebrate this festival for Yahweh. This will be a permanent statute throughout your people's generations in all the places where you live. You must celebrate this festival in the seventh month.
और तुम हर साल ख़ुदावन्द के लिए सात रोज़ तक यह 'ईद माना करना। तुम्हारी नसल दर नसल हमेशा यही क़ानून रहेगा कि तुम सातवें महीने इस 'ईद को मानो।
42 You must live in small shelters for seven days. All native-born Israelites must live in small shelters for seven days,
सात रोज़ तक बराबर तुम सायबानों में रहना, जितने इस्राईल की नसल के हैं सब के सब सायबानों में रहें;
43 so that your descendants, generation after generation, may learn how I made the people of Israel live in such shelters when I led them out of the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.'”
ताकि तुम्हारी नसल को मा'लूम हो कि जब मैं बनी — इस्राईल को मुल्क — ए — मिस्र से निकाल कर ला रहा था तो मैंने उनको सायबानों में टिकाया था; मैं ख़ुदावन्द तुम्हारा ख़ुदा हूँ।”
44 In this way, Moses announced to the people of Israel the appointed festivals for Yahweh.
इसलिए मूसा ने बनी — इस्राईल को ख़ुदावन्द की मुक़र्ररा 'ईदें बता दीं।
