Leviticus 14
1 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

2 “This will be the law for the diseased person on the day of his cleansing. He must be brought to the priest.

3 The priest will go out of the camp to examine the person to see if the infectious skin disease is healed.

4 Then the priest will command that the one to be cleansed must take two live, clean birds, cedar wood, scarlet yarn, and hyssop.
Entonces el sacerdote debe dar órdenes que se tomen para él que se purifica, dos pájaros vivos y un poco de madera de cedro e hilo rojo e hisopo.
5 The priest will command him to kill one of the birds over fresh water that is in a clay pot.

6 The priest will then take the live bird and the cedar wood, and the scarlet yarn and the hyssop, and he will dip all these things, including the live bird, in the blood of the bird that was killed over the fresh water.
Y tomará el ave viva y la madera y el hilo rojo y el hisopo, y los pondrá en la sangre del ave que fue muerta sobre el agua que fluye.
7 Then the priest will sprinkle this water seven times onto the person who is to be cleansed from the disease, and then the priest will pronounce him to be clean. Then the priest will release the living bird into the open fields.
Y rociara siete veces sobre el hombre que se debe limpiar de la lepra, dirá que está limpio y dejará que el ave viva sea libre en el campo abierto.
8 The person who is being cleansed will wash his clothes, shave off all his hair, and bathe himself in water, and then he will be clean. After that he must come into the camp, but he will live outside his tent for seven days.
Y al que se va a limpiar, le lavarán la ropa, le cortarán el cabello y se bañará, y él quedará limpio. Y después de eso volverá al círculo de la tienda; pero debe permanecer fuera de su tienda por siete días.
9 On the seventh day he must shave all his hair off his head, and he must also shave off his beard and eyebrows. He must shave off all his hair, and he must wash his clothes and bathe himself in water; then he will be clean.
Y en el séptimo día se cortará todo el cabello de la cabeza y la barbilla y sobre los ojos, se cortará todo el pelo, y se lavará la ropa y se bañará el cuerpo en el agua y él estará limpio.
10 On the eighth day he must take two male lambs without blemish, one female lamb a year old without blemish, and three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering, and one log of oil.
Y al octavo día, tome dos corderos, sin defecto, y una cordera del primer año, sin defecto, y tres décimas partes de flor de harina, mezclada con aceite, como ofrenda de cereales y la tercera parte de un litro de aceite.
11 The priest who cleanses him will stand the person who is to be cleansed, along with those things, before Yahweh at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

12 The priest will take one of the male lambs and offer it as a guilt offering, together with the log of oil; he will wave them for a wave offering before Yahweh.
Y el sacerdote debe tomar uno de los corderos y dárselo como ofrenda por el mal, y el tronco de aceite, meciéndolos como una ofrenda mecida ante el Señor;
13 He must kill the male lamb in the place where they kill the sin offerings and the burnt offerings, in the area of the tabernacle, for the sin offering belongs to the priest, as does the guilt offering, because it is most holy.
Y él va a matar al cordero en el lugar donde matan a la ofrenda por el pecado y al holocausto, en el lugar santo; porque como la ofrenda por el pecado es propiedad del sacerdote, así como la ofrenda por el mal; es santísima.
14 The priest will take some of the blood of the guilt offering and put it on the tip of the right ear of the person who is to be cleansed, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.
Y que el sacerdote tome parte de la sangre de la ofrenda por el delito y la ponga en la punta de la oreja derecha del que se va a limpiar, y en el pulgar de su mano derecha y en el dedo gordo del pie. de su pie derecho;
15 Then the priest will take oil from the log and pour it into the palm of his own left hand,
Y toma un poco del aceite y ponlo en el hueco de su mano izquierda;
16 and dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand, and sprinkle some of the oil with his finger seven times before Yahweh.
Y el sacerdote ponga su dedo derecho en el aceite que tiene en su mano izquierda, meciendolo siete veces delante de él Señor;
17 The priest will put the rest of the oil in his hand on the tip of the right ear of the person to be cleansed, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot. He must put this oil on top of the blood from the guilt offering.
Y del resto del aceite que tiene en su mano, el sacerdote pondrá algo en la punta de la oreja derecha del hombre que se va a limpiar, y en el pulgar de su mano derecha y en la dedo gordo del pie derecho, sobre la sangre de la ofrenda por la culpa;
18 As for the rest of the oil that is in the priest's hand, he will put it on the head of the person who is to be cleansed, and the priest will make atonement for him before Yahweh.
Y el resto del aceite en la mano del sacerdote lo pondrá sobre la cabeza del que ha de ser limpiado; y así el sacerdote lo librará del pecado ante él Señor.
19 Then the priest will offer the sin offering and make atonement for him who is to be cleansed because of his uncleanness, and afterward he will kill the burnt offering.
Y el sacerdote dará la ofrenda por el pecado, y quitará el pecado del que ha de ser limpio de su condición inmunda; y después de eso, pondrá la ofrenda quemada a muerte.
20 Then the priest will offer the burnt offering and the grain offering on the altar. The priest will make atonement for the person, and then he will be clean.
Y el sacerdote tiene la ofrenda quemada y la ofrenda de cereales quemadas en el altar; y el sacerdote quitará su pecado y será limpio.
21 However, if the person is poor and cannot afford these sacrifices, then he may take one male lamb as a guilt offering to be waved, to make atonement for himself, and one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering, and a log of oil,
Y si él es pobre y no puede para tanto, entonces puede tomar un cordero macho como ofrenda por el mal, para que lo saquen de su pecado, y una décima parte de un efa de la flor de harina. Como ofrenda de cereales, mezclado con aceite, y una tercera parte de un litro de aceite;
22 together with two doves or two young pigeons, such as he is able to get; one bird will be a sin offering and the other a burnt offering.
Y dos palomas o dos tórtolas, lo que pueda conseguir; y uno será para una ofrenda por el pecado y el otro para una ofrenda quemada.
23 On the eighth day he must bring them for his cleansing to the priest, to the entrance to the tent of meeting, before Yahweh.
Y al octavo día los llevará al sacerdote, a la puerta de la tienda de reunión delante del Señor, para que pueda ser limpiado.
24 The priest will take the lamb for an offering, and he will take with it the log of olive oil, and he will lift them high as he presents them to Yahweh.
Y el sacerdote tomará el cordero de la ofrenda por el mal y el aceite, meciéndolos como una ofrenda mecida ante el Señor;
25 He will kill the lamb for the guilt offering, and he will take some of the blood of the guilt offering and put it on the tip of the right ear of the one who is to be cleansed, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.
Y matará al cordero de la ofrenda por el mal, y el sacerdote tomará parte de la sangre de la ofrenda por la culpa, y la pondrá en el extremo de la oreja derecha del que debe ser limpiado y en el pulgar de su mano derecha y en el dedo gordo del pie derecho;
26 Then the priest will pour some of the oil into the palm of his own left hand,
Y el sacerdote echará un poco de aceite en el hueco de su mano izquierda,
27 and he will sprinkle with his right finger some of the oil that is in his left hand seven times before Yahweh.
Sacudiendo gotas de aceite con su dedo derecho delante del Señor siete veces.
28 The priest will then put some of the oil that is in his hand on the tip of the right ear of the one who is to be cleansed, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot, the same places where he put the blood of the guilt offering.
Y el sacerdote pondrá un poco del aceite que tiene en la mano en la punta de la oreja del hombre que se va a limpiar, en el pulgar de su mano derecha y en el dedo gordo del pie derecho, en el lugar donde se puso la sangre de la ofrenda por la culpa;
29 He will put the rest of the oil that is in his hand on the head of the one who is to be cleansed, to make atonement for him before Yahweh.
Y el resto del aceite que está en la mano del sacerdote, lo pondrá sobre la cabeza del que debe ser limpiado, para quitar su pecado delante del Señor.
30 He must offer one of the doves or young pigeons, such as the person has been able to get—
Y hará una ofrenda de una de las palomas o las tórtolas, como él pueda conseguir;
31 one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, along with the grain offering. Then the priest will make atonement for the one who is to be cleansed before Yahweh.
Y de éstos, dará uno por la ofrenda por el pecado y el otro por la ofrenda quemada, además de la ofrenda de cereales; y el sacerdote quitará el pecado del que debe ser limpiado delante del Señor.
32 This is the law for a person in whom there is an infectious skin disease, who is not able to afford the standard offerings for his cleansing.”
Esta es la ley para el hombre que tiene la enfermedad de lepra y que no puede obtener lo que es necesario para limpiarse.
33 Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
Y él Señor dijo a Moisés y a Aarón:
34 “When you have come into the land of Canaan which I gave to you as a possession, and if I put mildew that spreads in a house in the land of your possession,
Cuando hayas entrado a la tierra de Canaán que les daré por su herencia, si pongo la enfermedad de lepra en una casa en la tierra de su herencia,
35 then he who owns the house must come and tell the priest. He must say, 'There seems to me to be something like mildew in my house.'
Entonces, venga el dueño de la casa y diga al sacerdote: Me parece que hay una especie de enfermedad de lepra en la casa.
36 Then the priest will command that they empty the house before he goes in to see the evidence of mildew, so that nothing in the house will be made unclean. Afterward the priest must go in to see the house.
Y el sacerdote dará órdenes para que todo sea sacado de la casa, antes de entrar a ver la enfermedad, para que las cosas en la casa no se vuelvan impuras; y luego el sacerdote debe ir a ver la casa;
37 He must examine the mildew to see if it is in the house walls, and to see whether it appears greenish or reddish in the depressions in the wall's surface.
Y si ve que las paredes de la casa están marcados con huecos de verde y rojo, y si parece ir más profundo en la pared;
38 If the house does have mildew, then the priest will go out of the house and shut the door to the house for seven days.
Entonces el sacerdote saldrá por la puerta de la casa y guardará la casa cerrada por siete días:
39 Then the priest will return again on the seventh day and examine it to see if the mildew has spread in the walls of the house.
Y el sacerdote debe volver en el séptimo día y mirar y ver si las marcas en las paredes de la casa aumentan de tamaño;
40 If it has, then the priest will command that they take out the stones in which the mildew has been found and throw them into an unclean place outside the city.
Entonces el sacerdote les dará órdenes de sacar las piedras en que se ve la enfermedad, y las sacará a un lugar sucio fuera del pueblo.
41 He will require all the inside walls of the house to be scraped, and they must take the contaminated material that is scraped off outside the city and dump it into the unclean place.
Y hará que la casa se raspe por todas partes, y él polvo que se raspa se colocará en un lugar sucio fuera de la ciudad.
42 They must take other stones and put them in the place of the stones that were removed, and they must use new clay to plaster the house.
Y tomarán otras piedras y las pondrán en lugar de esas piedras, y él tomará otra mezcla de barro y la pondrá en las paredes de la casa.
43 If mildew comes again and breaks out in the house in which the stones have been taken away and the walls have been scraped and then replastered,
Y si la enfermedad vuelve a aparecer en la casa después de que él haya sacado las piedras y después de que se hayan cubierto las paredes,
44 then the priest must come in and examine the house to see if mildew has spread in the house. If it has, then it is harmful mildew, and the house is unclean.
Entonces el sacerdote vendrá y lo verá; y si la enfermedad en la casa aumenta de tamaño, es la enfermedad de lepra trabajando en la casa: es impuro.
45 The house must be torn down. The stones, timber, and all the plaster in the house must be carried away out of the city to the unclean place.
Y la casa tendrá que ser derribada, las piedras de ella y la madera y la pasta; y todo debe ser llevado a un lugar sucio fuera de la ciudad.
46 In addition, whoever goes into the house during the time it is closed up will be unclean until evening.
Y, además, cualquier persona que entre en la casa en cualquier momento, mientras está encerrada, será impura hasta la tarde.
47 Anyone who slept in the house must wash his clothes, and anyone who ate in the house must wash his clothes.
Y todo el que haya estado durmiendo en la casa tendrá que lavarse la ropa; y cualquiera que tome comida en esa casa tendrá que lavarse la ropa.
48 If the priest enters the house to examine it to see whether the mildew has spread in the house after the house was plastered, then, if the mildew is gone, he will pronounce the house clean.
Y si el sacerdote entra, y ve que la enfermedad no aumenta después de que se haya puesto la nueva pasta en la casa, entonces el sacerdote dirá que la casa está limpia, porque la enfermedad se fue.
49 Then the priest must take two birds to cleanse the house, and cedar wood, and scarlet yarn, and hyssop.
Y para limpiar la casa, tome dos pájaros, madera de cedro, hilo rojo e hisopo;
50 He will kill one of the birds over fresh water in a clay jar.
Y mata a una de las aves en un vaso de barro sobre el agua que fluye;
51 He will take the cedar wood, the hyssop, the scarlet yarn, and the live bird, and dip them in the blood of the killed bird, into the fresh water, and sprinkle the house seven times.
Tomar la madera de cedro y el hisopo y el hilo rojo y el ave viviente y ponerlos en la sangre del ave muerta y en el agua que fluye, meciéndolos sobre la casa siete veces.
52 He will cleanse the house with the blood of the bird and with the fresh water, with the live bird, the cedar wood, the hyssop, and the scarlet yarn.
Y limpiará la casa con la sangre del ave y el agua que fluye y con el ave viva y con la madera de cedro y el hisopo y el hilo rojo.
53 But he will let the live bird go out of the city into the open fields. In this way he must make atonement for the house, and it will be clean.

54 This is the law for all types of infectious skin disease and things that cause such disease, and for an itch,
Esta es la ley para todos los signos de la enfermedad de lepra y para las enfermedades de la piel;
55 and for mildew in clothing and in a house,
Y para la de enfermedad de lepra en la ropa, o en una casa;
56 for swelling, for a rash, and for a bright spot,
Y para la hinchazón, erupciones y manchas en la piel;
57 to determine when any of these cases is unclean or when it is clean. This is the law for infectious skin diseases and mildew.”
Para aclarar cuándo está sucio y cuándo está limpio: esta es la ley sobre la enfermedad de lepra.
