Joshua 15
1 The assignment of land for the tribe of the people of Judah, clan by clan, extended south to the border of Edom, with the wilderness of Zin being the farthest point to the south.
ଯିହୁଦା-ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କ ବଂଶର ବାଣ୍ଟ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବଂଶାନୁସାରେ ଇଦୋମ ସୀମା ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱସ୍ଥ ସୀନ୍ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗରେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତଭାଗରେ ଥିଲା।
2 Their border on the south ran from the end of the Salt Sea, from the bay that faces to the south.
ପୁଣି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ସୀମା ଲବଣ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତଭାଗ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗ ଅଭିମୁଖ ଆଖାତଠାରୁ
3 Their boundary next went out to the south of the hill of Akrabbim and passed along to Zin, and went up south of Kadesh Barnea, along by Hezron, and up to Addar, where it turned about to Karka.
ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗରେ ଅକ୍ରବ୍ବୀମ ଘାଟି ଦେଇ ସୀନ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗଲା, ପୁଣି ଦକ୍ଷିଣରେ କାଦେଶ-ବର୍ଣ୍ଣେୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଉପରକୁ ଉଠିଲା; ତହୁଁ ହିଷ୍ରୋଣ ଦେଇ ଯାଇ ଅଦ୍ଦର ଉପରକୁ ଉଠି କର୍କା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବୁଲିକରି ଗଲା।
4 It passed along to Azmon, went by the brook of Egypt, and came to its end at the sea. This was their south boundary.
ଏଉତ୍ତାରେ ଅସ୍ମୋନକୁ ଯାଇ ମିସର ନଦୀ ପାଖେ ପାଖେ ବାହାରିଗଲା; ସେହି ସୀମାର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତଭାଗ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଥିଲା; ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ସୀମା ହେବ।
5 The eastern boundary was the Salt Sea, at the mouth of the Jordan. The border on the north ran from the bay of the sea at the mouth of the Jordan.
ପୁଣି ପୂର୍ବ ସୀମା ଯର୍ଦ୍ଦନର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲବଣ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଥିଲା। ପୁଣି ଉତ୍ତର ସୀମା ଯର୍ଦ୍ଦନର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଆଖାତଠାରୁ ଥିଲା
6 It went up to Beth Hoglah and passed along north of Beth Arabah. Then it went up to the Stone of Bohan the son of Reuben.
ଓ ସେହି ସୀମା ବେଥ୍-ହୋଗ୍ଲା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଉଠି ବେଥ୍-ଅରାବାର ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଇ ଗଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ସୀମା ରୁବେନ୍ ବଂଶୀୟ ବୋହନର ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗଲା।
7 Then the border went up to Debir from the Valley of Achor, and so northward, turning toward Gilgal, which is opposite the hill of Adummim, which is on the south side of the valley. Then the border passed along to the springs of En Shemesh and went to En Rogel.
ଏଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେହି ସୀମା ଆଖୋର୍ ଉପତ୍ୟକାଠାରୁ ଦବୀର ଆଡ଼କୁ ଗଲା; ଏରୂପେ ନଦୀର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାରିସ୍ଥ ଅଦୁମ୍ମୀମ୍ ଘାଟି ସମ୍ମୁଖସ୍ଥ ଗିଲ୍ଗଲ୍ ଆଡ଼କୁ ମୁଖ କରି ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗକୁ ଗଲା ଓ ଐନ୍-ଶେମଶ୍ ନାମକ ଜଳାଶୟ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଚଳିଲା ଓ ତହିଁର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତଭାଗ ଐନ୍-ରୋଗେଲ ନିକଟରେ ଥିଲା।
8 Then the border went up the Valley of Ben Hinnom to the south side of the Jebusite city (that is, Jerusalem). Then it went up to the top of the hill that lies over the Valley of Hinnom, on the west, which is at the northern end of the Valley of Rephaim.
ସେ ସୀମା ହିନ୍ନୋମ ପୁତ୍ରର ଉପତ୍ୟକା ଦେଇ ଉଠି ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗରେ ଯିବୂଷ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଗଲା, ଏହାକୁ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ କହନ୍ତି; ଏଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେହି ସୀମା ପଶ୍ଚିମରେ ହିନ୍ନୋମ ଉପତ୍ୟକା ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ରଫାୟୀମ ନାମକ ତଳଭୂମିର ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତସ୍ଥିତ ପର୍ବତ ଶୃଙ୍ଗ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗଲା।
9 Then the border extended from the top of the hills to the spring of Nephtoah, and went out from there to the cities of Mount Ephron. Then the border bends around to Baalah (the same as Kiriath Jearim).
ଏଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେହି ସୀମା ସେହି ପର୍ବତ ଶୃଙ୍ଗଠାରୁ ନିପ୍ତୋହର ଜଳ ନିର୍ଝର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ହେଲା ଓ ଇଫ୍ରୋଣ ପର୍ବତସ୍ଥ ନଗର ଆଡ଼କୁ ଗଲା; ପୁଣି ସେ ସୀମା କିରୀୟଥ୍-ଯିୟାରୀମ୍ ନାମରେ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ବାଲା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ହେଲା।
10 Then the border circled around west of Baalah to Mount Seir, and passed along to the side of Mount Jearim on the north (the same as Kesalon), went down to Beth Shemesh, and crossed over to Timnah.
ତହୁଁ ସେ ସୀମା ବାଲାଠାରୁ ସେୟୀର ପର୍ବତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗରେ ବୁଲିକରି ବସାଲୋନ ନାମରେ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଯିୟାରୀମ ପର୍ବତର ଉତ୍ତର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗଲା; ତହୁଁ ତାହା ବେଥ୍-ଶେମଶରେ ପଡ଼ି ତିମ୍ନା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗଲା।
11 The border went out beside the northern hill of Ekron, and then it bends around to Shikkeron and passed along to Mount Baalah, from there it went to Jabneel. The border ended at the sea.
ପୁଣି ସେ ସୀମା ଇକ୍ରୋଣର ଉତ୍ତର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗଲା; ତହୁଁ ସେ ସୀମା ଶକ୍କେରୋନ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ହେଲା ଓ ବାଲା ପର୍ବତରେ ପଡ଼ି ଯବ୍ନୀୟେଲକୁ ଗଲା; ସେହି ସୀମାର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତଭାଗ ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ଥିଲା।
12 The western boundary was the Great Sea and its coastline. This is the border around the tribe of Judah, clan by clan.
ପୁଣି ପଶ୍ଚିମ ସୀମା ମହାସମୁଦ୍ର ଓ ତହିଁର ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଥିଲା; ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବଂଶାନୁସାରେ ଯିହୁଦା-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥିତ ସୀମା ଏହି।
13 In keeping with the commandment of Yahweh to Joshua, Joshua gave Caleb son of Jephunneh an assignment of land among the tribe of Judah, Kiriath Arba, that is, Hebron (Arba was the father of Anak).
ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ଯିହୋଶୂୟଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞାନୁସାରେ ସେ ଯିହୁଦା-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯିଫୁନ୍ନିର ପୁତ୍ର କାଲେବଙ୍କର ଭାଗ ନିମନ୍ତେ ହିବ୍ରୋଣ ନାମରେ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ କିରୀୟଥ୍-ଅର୍ବ ଦେଲେ, ଅର୍ବ ଅନାକର ପିତା ଥିଲା।
14 Caleb drove out from there the three sons of Anak: Sheshai, Ahiman and Talmai, descendants of Anak.
ପୁଣି କାଲେବ ସେଠାରୁ ଅନାକର ବଂଶ ଶେଶୟ ଓ ଅହୀମାନ୍ ଓ ତଲ୍ମୟ ନାମକ ଅନାକର ତିନି ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ତଡ଼ିଦେଲେ।
15 He went up from there against the inhabitants of Debir (Debir used to be called Kiriath Sepher).
ଏଉତ୍ତାରେ ସେଠାରୁ ଦବୀର ନିବାସୀମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଗମନ କଲେ; ପୂର୍ବକାଳରେ ସେହି ଦବୀର କିରୀୟଥ୍-ସେଫର ନାମରେ ବିଖ୍ୟାତ ଥିଲା।
16 Caleb said, “The man who attacks Kiriath Sepher and captures it, to him I will give Aksah my daughter as a wife.”
ସେହି ସମୟରେ କାଲେବ କହିଲେ, “ଯେଉଁ ଜନ କିରୀୟଥ୍-ସେଫର ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରି ହସ୍ତଗତ କରିବ, ତାହା ସହିତ ମୁଁ ଆପଣା କନ୍ୟା ଅକ୍ଷାର ବିବାହ ଦେବି।”
17 When Othniel son of Kenaz, Caleb's brother, captured it, Caleb gave him Aksah his daughter as a wife.
ତହିଁରେ କାଲେବର ଭ୍ରାତା କନସର ପୁତ୍ର ଅତ୍ନୀୟେଲ ତାହା ହସ୍ତଗତ କରନ୍ତେ, ସେ ତାହା ସହିତ ଆପଣା କନ୍ୟା ଅକ୍ଷାର ବିବାହ ଦେଲେ।
18 Soon after that, Aksah came to Othniel and she urged him to ask her father for a field. When she got off her donkey, Caleb said to her, “What do you want?”
ତହୁଁ ସେ ଗମନ କରିବା ବେଳେ ଆପଣା ପିତାକୁ ଖଣ୍ଡେ କ୍ଷେତ ମାଗିବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ୱାମୀକୁ ମଣାଇଲା; ମାତ୍ର ସେ ଆପେ ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭରୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇ ପଡ଼ିଲା; ଏଥିରେ କାଲେବ ତାହାକୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେ କଅଣ ଚାହଁ?”
19 Aksah replied, “Do me a special favor, since you have given me the land of the Negev: Also give me some springs of water.” Then Caleb gave her the upper springs and lower springs.
ତହୁଁ ସେ କହିଲା, “ଆପଣ ମୋତେ ଏକ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରନ୍ତୁ; କାରଣ ଆପଣ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଡ଼ ଭୂମି ମୋତେ ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ମଧ୍ୟ ଜଳ ନିର୍ଝର ମୋତେ ଦେଉନ୍ତୁ।” ତହିଁରେ ସେ ଉପରିସ୍ଥ ଓ ତଳସ୍ଥ ନିର୍ଝର ତାହାକୁ ଦେଲେ।
20 This was the inheritance of the tribe of Judah, clan by clan.
ଯିହୁଦା ବଂଶୀୟ ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କର ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବଂଶାନୁସାରେ ଏହି ସକଳ ଅଧିକାର।
21 The cities belonging to the tribe of Judah in the extreme south, toward the border of Edom, were Kabzeel, Eder, Jagur,
ଦକ୍ଷିଣାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଇଦୋମ ସୀମା ନିକଟରେ ଯିହୁଦା-ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କ ବଂଶର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତଭାଗସ୍ଥ ଏସବୁ ନଗର ଥିଲା, କବ୍ସେଲ ଓ ଏଦର ଓ ଯାଗୁର
22 Kinah, Dimonah, Adadah,
ଓ କୀନା ଓ ଦୀମୋନା ଓ ଅଦାଦା
23 Kedesh, Hazor, Ithnan,
ଓ କେଦଶ୍ ଓ ହାସୋର ଓ ଯିତ୍ନନ୍;
24 Ziph, Telem, Bealoth.
ସୀଫ୍ ଓ ଟେଲମ୍ ଓ ବାଲୋତ୍
25 Hazor Hadattah, Kerioth Hezron (this was also known as Hazor),
ଓ ହାସୋର-ହଦତ୍ତା ଓ କରିୟୋଥ୍-ହିଷ୍ରୋଣ (ଅବା ହାସୋର
26 Amam, Shema, Moladah,
ଅମାମ୍ ଓ ଶେମା ଓ ମୋଲାଦା
27 Hazar Gaddah, Heshmon, Beth Pelet,
ଓ ହତ୍ସର-ଗଦ୍ଦା ଓ ହିଷ୍ମୋନ୍ ଓ ବେଥ୍-ପେଲଟ
28 Hazar Shual, Beersheba, Biziothiah.
ଓ ହତ୍ସର-ଶୁୟାଲ୍ ଓ ବେର୍ଶେବା ଓ ବିଷିୟୋଥିୟା;
29 Baalah, Iyim, Ezem,
ବାଲା ଓ ଇୟୀମ୍ ଓ ଏତ୍ସମ୍;
30 Eltolad, Kesil, Hormah,
ଇଲତୋଲଦ୍ ଓ କସୀଲ ଓ ହର୍ମା
31 Ziklag, Madmannah, Sansannah,
ଓ ସିକ୍ଲଗ୍ ଓ ମଦ୍ମନ୍ନା ଓ ସନ୍ସନ୍ନା
32 Lebaoth, Shilhim, Ain, and Rimmon. These were twenty-nine cities in all, including their villages.
ଓ ଲବାୟୋତ୍ ଓ ଶିଲହୀମ୍ ଓ ଐନ୍ ଓ ରିମ୍ମୋନ୍; ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ସର୍ବସୁଦ୍ଧା ଅଣତିରିଶ ନଗର।
33 In the lower hill country to the west, there were Eshtaol, Zorah, Ashnah,
ତଳଭୂମିରେ ଇଷ୍ଟାୟୋଲ ଓ ସରାୟ ଓ ଅସ୍ନା
34 Zanoah, En Gannim, Tappuah, Enam,
ଓ ସାନୋହ ଓ ଐନ୍-ଗନ୍ନୀମ୍ ଓ ତପୂହ ଓ ଐନମ୍;
35 Jarmuth, Adullam, Sokoh, Azekah,
ଯର୍ମୂତ ଓ ଅଦୁଲ୍ଲମ, ସୋଖୋ ଓ ଅସେକା
36 Shaaraim, Adithaim, and Gederah (that is, Gederothaim). These were fourteen cities in number, including their villages.
ଓ ଶାରୟିମ୍ ଓ ଅଦୀଥୟିମ୍ ଓ ଗଦେରା ଓ ଗଦେରୋଥୟିମ୍; ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ଏହି ଚଉଦ ନଗର।
37 Zenan, Hadashah, Migdalgad,
ସନାନ୍ ଓ ହଦାଶା ଓ ମିଗ୍ଦଲଗାଦ
38 Dilean, Mizpah, Joktheel,
ଓ ଦିଲୀୟନ୍ ଓ ମିସ୍ପେ ଓ ଯକ୍ତେଲ;
39 Lachish, Bozkath, Eglon.
ଲାଖୀଶ୍ ଓ ବସ୍କତ୍ ଓ ଇଗ୍ଲୋନ୍;
40 Kabbon, Lahmas, Kitlish,
କେବ୍ବୋନ୍ ଓ ଲହମମ ଓ କିତୀଶ୍
41 Gederoth, Beth Dagon, Naamah, Makkedah. These were sixteen cities in number, including their villages.
ଓ ଗଦେରୋତ୍, ବେଥ୍-ଦାଗୋନ୍ ଓ ନୟମା ଓ ମକ୍କେଦା, ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ଏହି ଷୋଅଳ ନଗର।
42 Libnah, Ether, Ashan,
ଲିବ୍ନା ଓ ଏଥର୍ ଓ ଆଶନ୍
43 Iphtah, Ashnah, Nezib,
ଓ ଯିପ୍ତହ ଓ ଅସ୍ନା ଓ ନତ୍ସୀବ୍;
44 Keilah, Akzib, Mareshah. These were nine cities, including their villages.
କିୟୀଲା ଓ ଅକଷୀବ୍ ଓ ମାରେଶା; ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ନଅ ନଗର।
45 Ekron, with its surrounding towns and villages;
ଇକ୍ରୋଣ, ତହିଁର ଉପନଗର ଓ ଗ୍ରାମମାନ;
46 from Ekron to the Great Sea, all the settlements that were near Ashdod, including their villages.
ଇକ୍ରୋଣଠାରୁ ସମୁଦ୍ର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅସ୍ଦୋଦ ନିକଟସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ଥାନ ଓ ଗ୍ରାମ।
47 Ashdod, its surrounding towns, including their villages; Gaza, its surrounding towns including their villages; to the brook of Egypt, and to the Great Sea with its coastline.
ଅସ୍ଦୋଦ, ତହିଁର ଉପନଗର ଓ ଗ୍ରାମମାନ; ଘସା, ତହିଁର ଉପନଗର ଓ ଗ୍ରାମମାନ; ମିସର ନଦୀ ଓ ମହାସମୁଦ୍ର ଓ ତହିଁର ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ।
48 In the hill country, Shamir, Jattir, Sokoh,
ପର୍ବତମୟ ଦେଶରେ ଶାମୀର ଓ ଯତ୍ତୀର ଓ ସୋଖୋ;
49 Dannah, Kiriath Sannah (that is, Debir),
ପୁଣି ଦନ୍ନା ଓ କିରୀୟଥ୍-ସନ୍ନା (ଏହାକୁ ଦବୀର କହନ୍ତି)
50 Anab, Eshtemoh, Anim,
ଓ ଅନାବ୍ ଓ ଇଷ୍ଟିମୋୟ ଓ ଆନୀମ୍
51 Goshen, Holon, and Giloh. These were eleven cities, including their villages.
ଓ ଗୋଶନ ଓ ହୋଲୋନ୍ ଓ ଗୀଲୋ; ଏହିସବୁ ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ଏଗାର ନଗର।
52 Arab, Dumah, Eshan,
ଅରାବ୍ ଓ ଦୂମା ଓ ଇଶୀୟନ୍
53 Janim, Beth Tappuah, Aphekah,
ଓ ଯାନୁମ୍ ଓ ବେଥ୍-ତ୍ତପୂହ ଓ ଅଫେକା
54 Humtah, Kiriath Arba (that is, Hebron), and Zior. These were nine cities, including their villages.
ଓ ହୁମ୍ଟା ଓ କିରୀୟଥ୍-ଅର୍ବ (ଏହାକୁ ହିବ୍ରୋଣ କହନ୍ତି) ଓ ସୀୟୋର, ଏସବୁ ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ନଅ ନଗର।
55 Maon, Carmel, Ziph, Juttah,
ମାୟୋନ୍, କର୍ମିଲ ଓ ସୀଫ୍ ଓ ଯୁଟା
56 Jezreel, Jokdeam, Zanoah,
ଓ ଯିଷ୍ରିୟେଲ ଓ ଯଗ୍ଦୀୟାମ୍ ଓ ସାନୋହ;
57 Kain, Gibeah, and Timnah. These were ten cities, including their villages.
କୟିନ ଓ ଗିବୀୟା ଓ ତିମ୍ନା; ଏସବୁ ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ଦଶ ନଗର।
58 Halhul, Beth Zur, Gedor,
ହଲହୁଲ ଓ ବେଥ୍-ସୁର ଓ ଗଦୋର
59 Maarath, Beth Anoth, and Eltekon. These were six cities, including their villages.
ଓ ମାରତ୍ ଓ ବେଥ୍-ଅନୋତ୍ ଓ ଇଲ୍ତକୋନ; ଏସବୁ ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ଛଅ ନଗର।
60 Kiriath Baal (that is, Kiriath Jearim), and Rabbah. These were two cities, including their villages.
କିରୀୟଥ୍-ବାଲ (ଏହାକୁ କିରୀୟଥ୍-ଯିୟାରୀମ୍ କହନ୍ତି) ଓ ରବ୍ବା; ଏଥିର ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ଦୁଇ ନଗର।
61 In the wilderness, there were Beth Arabah, Middin, Secacah,
ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରେ ବେଥ୍-ଅରାବା, ମିଦ୍ଦୀନ୍ ଓ ସକାଖା
62 Nibshan, the City of Salt, and En Gedi. These were six cities, including their villages.
ଓ ନିବ୍ଶନ୍ ଓ ଲବଣ ନଗର ଓ ଐନଗଦୀ; ଏସବୁ ଗ୍ରାମ ସମେତ ଛଅ ନଗର।
63 But as for the Jebusites, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the tribe of Judah could not drive them out, so the Jebusites live there with the tribe of Judah to this day.
ମାତ୍ର ଯିହୁଦା-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ନିବାସୀ ଯିବୂଷୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ତଡ଼ିଦେଇ ପାରିଲେ ନାହିଁ; ଏହେତୁ ଯିବୂଷୀୟମାନେ ଅଦ୍ୟାବଧି ଯିହୁଦା-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ସହିତ ଯିରୂଶାଲମରେ ବାସ କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି।
