Jeremiah 30
1 The word that came to Jeremiah from Yahweh, saying,

2 “This is what Yahweh, God of Israel, says, 'Write in a scroll all the words that I have spoken to you.
Овако вели Господ Бог Израиљев говорећи: Напиши у књигу све речи које ти говорих.
3 For look, days are coming—this is Yahweh's declaration—when I will restore the fortunes of my people, Israel and Judah. I, Yahweh, have said it. For I will bring them back to the land that I gave their ancestors, and they will possess it.'”
Јер ево иду дани, говори Господ, кад ћу повратити робље народа свог Израиља и Јуде, говори Господ, и довешћу их натраг у земљу коју сам дао оцима њиховим, и држаће је.
4 These are the words that Yahweh declared concerning Israel and Judah,
И ово су речи које рече Господ за Израиља и Јуду.
5 “For Yahweh says this, 'We have heard a trembling voice of dread and not of peace.
Јер овако вели Господ: Чусмо вику од препадања, страха, а мира нема.
6 Ask and see if a man bears a child. Why do I see every young man with his hand on his loins like a woman bearing a child? Why have all their faces become pale?
Питајте и видите, еда ли мушко рађа? Зашто, дакле, видим где се сваки човек држи рукама својим за бедра своја као породиља и у свих се променила лица и побледела?
7 Woe! For that day will be great, with none like it. It will be a time of anxiety for Jacob, but he will be rescued from it.
Јаох! Јер је велик овај дан, није било таквог, и време је муке Јаковљеве, ипак ће се избавити из ње.
8 For it will be in that day—this is the declaration of Yahweh of hosts—that I will break the yoke off your neck, and I will shatter your chains, so foreigners will no longer enslave you.
Јер у тај дан, говори Господ над војскама, сломићу јарам његов с врата твог, и свезе твоје покидаћу; и неће га више туђини нагонити да им служи.
9 But they will worship Yahweh their God and serve David their king, whom I will make king over them.
Него ће служити Господу Богу свом и Давиду цару свом, ког ћу им подигнути.
10 So you, my servant Jacob, do not fear—this is Yahweh's declaration—and do not be dismayed, Israel. For see, I am about to bring you back from far away, and your descendants from the land of captivity. Jacob will return and be at peace; he will be secure, and there will be no more terror.
Ти се дакле не бој, Јакове слуго мој, говори Господ, и не плаши се, Израиљу; јер, ево, ја ћу те избавити из далеке земље, и семе твоје из земље ропства твог, и Јаков ће се вратити и почивати, и биће миран, и нико га неће плашити.
11 For I am with you—this is Yahweh's declaration—to save you. Then I will bring a complete end to all the nations where I have scattered you. But I will certainly not put an end to you, though I discipline you justly and will certainly not leave you unpunished.'
Јер сам ја с тобом, говори Господ, да те избавим; и учинићу крај свим народима, међу које сам те расејао, али теби нећу учинити краја, него ћу те покарати с мером, а нећу те оставити са свим без кара.
12 For Yahweh says this, 'Your injury is incurable; your wound is infected.
Јер овако вели Господ: Смртан је полом твој и рана твоја љута.
13 There is no one to plead your case; there is no remedy for your wound to heal you.
Нема никога који би се примио твоје ствари да те лечи, нема лека који би ти помогао.
14 All of your lovers have forgotten you. They will not look for you, for I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy and the discipline of a cruel master because of your many iniquities and your innumerable sins.
Сви који те љубе заборавише те, не траже те, јер те ударих ударцем непријатељским, каром жестоким, за мноштво безакоња твог, за силне грехе твоје.
15 Why do you call for help for your injury? Your pain is incurable. Because of your many iniquities, your innumerable sins, I have done these things to you.
Зашто вичеш ради ране своје, смртног бола свог? За мноштво безакоња твог, за силне грехе твоје чиним ти то.
16 So everyone who consumes you will be consumed, and all of your adversaries will go into captivity. For the ones who have plundered you will become plunder, and I will make all of the ones despoiling you a spoil.
Али сви који те прождиру, прождреће се, и непријатељи твоји свиколики отићи ће у ропство, и који те газе, биће погажени, и све који те плене, даћу их да се оплене.
17 For I will bring healing on you; I will heal you of your wounds—this is Yahweh's declaration— I will do this because they called you: Outcast. No one cares for this Zion.'”
Јер ћу те исцелити, и ране ћу ти излечити, говори Господ, јер те зваше отераном: Сионом, ког нико не тражи.
18 Yahweh says this, “See, I am about to bring back the fortunes of Jacob's tents and have compassion on his homes. Then a city will be built on the heap of ruins, and a stronghold will exist again where it used to be.
Овако вели Господ: Ево, ја ћу повратити из ропства шаторе Јаковљеве и смиловаћу се на станове његове; и град ће се сазидати на месту свом, и двор ће стајати на свој начин.
19 Then a song of praise and a sound of merriment will go out from them, for I will increase them and not diminish them; I will honor them so they will not be humbled.
И из њих ће излазити хвале и глас људи веселих, јер ћу их умножити, и неће се умањивати, и узвисићу их, и неће се понизити.
20 Then their people will be like before, and their assembly will be established before me when I punish all the ones who are now tormenting them.
И синови ће његови бити као пре, и збор ће његов бити утврђен преда мном, и походићу све који му чине силу.
21 Their leader will come from among them. He will emerge from their midst when I draw him near and when he approaches me. If I do not do this, who would dare come close to me?—this is Yahweh's declaration.
И кнез ће њихов бити од њих, и владалац ће њихов излазити исред њих; и даћу му да приступа, и приступаће к мени; јер ко је тај који се усуђује приступити к мени? Говори Господ.
22 Then you will be my people, and I will be your God.
И бићете ми народ, и ја ћу вам бити Бог.
23 See, the tempest of Yahweh, his fury, has gone out. It is a continual tempest. It will whirl on the heads of the wicked people.
Гле, вихор Господњи, гнев, изићи ће, вихор, који не престаје, пашће на главу безбожницима.
24 Yahweh's wrath will not return until it has carried out and brought into being his heart's intentions. In the final days, you will understand it.”
Неће се повратити жестоки гнев Господњи докле не учини и изврши шта је наумио у срцу свом; на послетку ћете разумети то.
