< James 5 >
1 Come now, you who are rich, weep and wail because of the miseries coming on you.
Bal kaalaya hadda, kuwiinnan taajiriinta ahow, ooya oo ka baroorta dhibaatooyinka idinku soo degaya.
2 Your riches have rotted, and your clothes have become moth-eaten.
Duunyadiinnii way qudhuntay, dharkiinniina aboor baa cunay.
3 Your gold and your silver have become tarnished and their rust will be a witness against you. It will consume your flesh like fire. You have stored up your treasure for the last days.
Dahabkiinnii iyo lacagtiinniiba way mirdheen, miridhkooduna markhaati buu idinku noqon doonaa, wuxuuna jidhkiinna u cuni doonaa sida dabka oo kale. Maal baad u urursateen maalmaha ugu dambeeya.
4 Look, the pay of the laborers is crying out—the pay that you have withheld from those who harvested your fields, and the cries of the harvesters have gone into the ears of the Lord of hosts.
Shaqaalayaashii beerihiinnii idiin gooyay mushahaaradoodii aad dulmiga uga reebateen way dhawaaqaysaa, qaylooyinkii kuwii beerihii gooyayna waxay galeen dhegaha Rabbiga Saba'ood.
5 You have lived in luxury on the earth and indulged yourselves. You have fattened your hearts for a day of slaughter.
Dhulkaad ku barwaaqaysateen, waadna ku raaxaysateen, oo qalbiyadiinnii waxaad u naaxiseen maalinta gowracidda.
6 You have condemned and killed the righteous person. He does not resist you.
Waad xukunteen, waadna disheen kan xaqa ah. Isaguna isma kiin hor taago.
7 So be patient, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See, the farmer awaits the valuable harvest from the ground. He is patiently waiting for it, until it receives the early and late rains.
Haddaba, walaalayaalow, dulqaata ilaa imaatinka Rabbiga. Bal ogaada, ninka beerrey ahu wuxuu sugaa midhaha qiimaha leh ee dhulka, isagoo u dulqaata ilaa uu helo roobka hore iyo kan dambe.
8 You, too, be patient. Make your hearts strong, because the Lord's coming is near.
Idinkuna dulqaata, qalbiyadiinnana xoogeeya, waayo, imaatinka Rabbigu wuu dhow yahay.
9 Do not complain, brothers, against one another, so that you will be not judged. See, the judge is standing at the door.
Ha iska cabanina, walaalayaalow, yaan laydin xukumine. Bal ogaada, xaakinku albaabbada hortooduu taagan yahaye.
10 Take an example, brothers, from the suffering and patience of the prophets, those who spoke in the name of the Lord.
Walaalayaalow, u qaata tilmaan dhibaato iyo dulqaadasho ah nebiyadii ku hadlay magaca Rabbiga.
11 See, we regard those who endured as blessed. You have heard of the endurance of Job, and you know the purpose of the Lord, how he is very compassionate and merciful.
Bal ogaada! Waxaynu ugu yeedhnaa kuwo barakaysan kuwii adkaystay. Waad maqasheen adkaysashadii Ayuub, waadna aragteen dhammaadkii qasdiga Rabbiga, waayo, Rabbigu waa raxmad badan yahay, naxariisna wuu leeyahay.
12 Above all, my brothers, do not swear, either by heaven or by the earth, or by any other oath. Instead, let your “Yes” mean “Yes” and your “No” mean “No,” so you do not fall under judgment.
Laakiin wax walba hortood, walaalahayow, ha dhaaranina; ha ku dhaaranina jannada, ama dhulka, ama dhaar kale; haahdiinnu haah ha ahaato, mayadiinnuna maya ha ahaato, yeydnan ku dhicin xukun hoostiis.
13 Is anyone among you suffering hardship? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise.
Mid dhibaataysanu ma idinku dhex jiraa? Ha ducaysto. Mid faraxsanu ma jiraa? Ha gabyo.
14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him. Let them anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord.
Mid bukaa ma idinku dhex jiraa? Ha u yeedho waayeellada kiniisadda, oo iyagu ha u duceeyeen, oo saliid ha ku mariyeen magaca Rabbiga.
15 The prayer of faith will heal the sick person, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, God will forgive him.
Ducadii rumaysad lahu way bogsiin doontaa kii buka, oo Rabbigu waa sara kicin doonaa, oo hadduu dembaabay waa loo dembidhaafi doonaa.
16 So confess your sins to one another, and pray for each other, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is very strong in its working.
Midkiinba midka kale dembiyadiisa ha u qirto oo ha u duceeyo si aad u bogsataan. Nin xaq ah baryadiisa shaqaysa wax badan bay kartaa.
17 Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain in the land for three years and six months.
Eliyaas wuxuu ahaa nin dabiicaddeenna oo kale leh. Aad buu Ilaah u baryay inaan roob di'in, roobna saddex sannadood iyo lix bilood dhulka kuma uu di'in.
18 Then Elijah prayed again. The heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.
Oo kol kale ayuu Ilaah baryay, oo cirku roob buu soo daayay, dhulkuna midhihiisii buu soo saaray.
19 My brothers, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone brings him back,
Walaalahayow, haddii midkiin ka leexdo runta, oo mid soo celiyo isaga,
20 that person should know that whoever turns a sinner from his wandering way will save him from death, and will cover over a great number of sins.
ogaada in kii dembilaha qaladka jidkiisa ka soo celiyaa uu dembilihii naftiisa dhimasho ka badbaadin doono oo uu dembiyo badan qarin doono.
