< Isaiah 62 >
1 For Zion's sake I will not be silent, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not be quiet, until her righteousness proceeds brightly, and her salvation as a burning torch.
Ciānas dēļ es klusu necietīšu un Jeruzālemes labad es nerimšu, kamēr viņas taisnība aust kā spožums un viņas pestīšana iedegās kā uguns.
2 The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory. You will be called by a new name that Yahweh will choose.
Un tautas redzēs tavu taisnību un visi ķēniņi tavu godību, un tevi sauks ar jaunu vārdu, ko Tā Kunga mute skaidri noteiks.
3 You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of Yahweh, and a turban of kingship in the hand of your God.
Un tu būsi skaists kronis Tā Kunga rokā un ķēniņa galvas glītums tava Dieva rokā.
4 It will no more be said of you, “Abandoned”; nor of your land any longer will it be said, “Desolate.” Indeed, you will be called “My delight is in her,” and your land “Married,” for Yahweh delights in you, and your land will be married.
5 Truly, as a young man marries a young woman, so your sons will marry you, and as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, your God will rejoice over you.
Jo kā jauneklis laulājās ar jaunavu, tā ar tevi laulāsies tavi bērni, un kā brūtgāns priecājās par brūti, tā par tevi priecāsies tavs Dievs.
6 I have put watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they are not silent day or night. You who keep reminding Yahweh, do not pause.
Jeruzāleme, Es iecelšu sargus uz taviem mūriem, kas nekad ne dienu ne nakti necietīs klusu! Jūs, kas To Kungu piesaucat, nestāviet klusu!
7 Do not allow him to rest until he reestablishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise on earth.
Neliekat Viņu mierā, kamēr Viņš stiprina Jeruzālemi un to padara slavenu virs zemes.
8 Yahweh has sworn by his right hand and by the arm of his strength, “Surely I will no longer give your grain as food for your enemies. Foreigners will not drink your new wine, for which you have worked.
Tas Kungs ir zvērējis pie Savas labās rokas un pie Sava stiprā elkoņa: Tavu labību Es vairs nedošu ēst taviem ienaidniekiem, un svešinieki nedzers vairs tavu vīnu, ar ko tu esi pūlējies.
9 For those who harvest the grain will eat it and praise Yahweh, and those who pick the grapes will drink the wine in the courts of my holy sanctuary.”
Bet kas to sakrāj, tie to ēdīs un slavēs To Kungu, un kas to lasīs, tie to dzers Manos svētos pagalmos.
10 Come through, come through the gates! Prepare the way for the people! Build it, build the highway! Gather out the stones! Raise up a signal flag for the nations!
Izejiet, izejiet pa vārtiem, sataisiet tiem ļaudīm ceļu, līdziniet, līdziniet staigājamu ceļu, atņemiet akmeņus, izceļat karogu pār tautām.
11 Look, Yahweh announces to the ends of the earth, “Say to the daughter of Zion: Look, your Savior is coming! See, his reward is with him, and his recompense is going before him.”
Redzi, Tas Kungs sludina līdz pasaules galam: sakāt Ciānas meitai: redzi, tava pestīšana nāk, redzi, Viņa alga ir pie Viņa un Viņa atmaksa ir Viņa priekšā.
12 They will call you, “The holy people; the redeemed of Yahweh,” and you will be called “Sought after; a city not abandoned.”
Un tos sauks: „Svētā tauta“, „Tā Kunga atpestītie“un tevi sauks „Meklētā“, „neatstātā pilsēta“.
