< Isaiah 55 >

1 “Come, everyone who is thirsty, come to the water, and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.
LEUM GOD El fahk, “Fahsru, kowos nukewa su malu — Kof pa inge! Fahsru kowos su wangin mani la — Mongo ac nim! Fahsru! Moul wain ac milk — Ac fah wangin molo!
2 Why do you weigh out silver for what is not bread, and why do you labor for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to me and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in fatness.
Efu ku kowos sisi mani ke ma ac tia akinsewowoye kowos? Efu ku kowos sisla molin orekma lowos ac srakna masrinsral? Porongeyu ac oru ma nga fahk uh, Na kowos fah engankin mwe mongo ma wo emeet uh.
3 Turn your ears and come to me! Listen, that you may live! I will make an everlasting covenant with you—my reliable, faithful love that I promised to David.
“Mwet luk, porongeyu ac fahsru nu yuruk; Fahsru nu yuruk, na ac fah oasr moul lowos! Nga ac oru sie wuleang inmasrlok ac kowos su wangin saflaiya, Ac nga fah sot nu suwos mwe insewowo ma nga tuh wuleang nu sel David.
4 Look, I have placed him as a witness to the nations, as a leader and commander to the peoples.
Nga oru tuh elan sie mwet kol ac leum lun mutunfacl uh, Ac nga akkalemye ku luk kacl.
5 Look, you will call to a nation that you did not know; and a nation that did not know you will run to you because of Yahweh your God, the Holy One of Israel, who has glorified you.”
Inge kowos fah suli mutunfacl saya uh. Sie pacl ah, elos tuh tia etekowos, A inge elos ac kasrusr tuku in wi kowos! Nga, LEUM GOD lowos, God mutal lun Israel, Fah oru ma inge nukewa in sikyak; Nga fah sot nu suwos sunak ac wolana.”
6 Seek Yahweh while he may be found; call on him while he is nearby.
Suk LEUM GOD ke kowos srakna ku in konalak, Pre nu sel inge ke El apkuran.
7 Let the wicked leave his path, and the man of sin his thoughts. Let him return to Yahweh, and he will pity him, and to our God, who will abundantly forgive him.
Lela mwet koluk in sisla ouiyen moul lalos, Ac in ekulla ouiyen nunak lalos. Lela elos in forla nu sin LEUM GOD lasr; El pakoten ac sa in nunak munas.
8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways—this is Yahweh's declaration—
LEUM GOD El fahk, “Nunak luk, tia oana nunak lowos, Ac inkanek luk siena liki inkanek lowos.
9 for as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Oana ke kusrao arulana fulat liki faclu, Ouinge inkanek luk fulat liki inkanek lowos, Ac nunak luk liki nunak lowos.
10 For as the rain and snow come down from heaven and do not return there unless they saturate the earth and make it produce and sprout and give seed to the farmer who sows and bread to the eater,
“Kas luk oana snow ac af Ma kahk inkusrao me in aksroksrokye faclu. Af uh oru sacn uh in kap Tuh in oasr fita mwe yok, ac in isus fahko mwe mongo.
11 so also my word will be that goes from my mouth—it will not return to me empty, but it will achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
Ac fah oapana inge ke kas ma nga fahk uh — Ac fah tia tafongla liki ma nga sapkin uh, A ac fah orekla ma nukewa fal nu ke lungse luk.
12 For you will go out in joy and be led along peacefully; the mountains and the hills will break out in joyful shouts before you, and all the trees of the fields will clap their hands.
“Kowos ac fah som liki acn Babylon ke engan lulap; Ac fah kokola kowos liki siti uh in misla. Eol uh ac inging uh fah wowoyak ke on, Ac sak uh fah sasa ke engan.
13 Instead of the thornbushes, the cypress will grow; and instead of the brier, the myrtle tree will grow, and it will be for Yahweh, for his name, as an everlasting sign that will not be cut off.”
Sak cypress fah kap ke acn ma mah fakfuk uh kapak we. Acn ma oasr kokul we inge, sak myrtle fah kapak we. Pa inge sie mwe akul ma ac oanna nwe tok, Sie mwe akesmak ke ma nga, LEUM GOD, orala.”
