< Isaiah 54 >

1 “Sing, you barren woman, you who have not given birth; break into joyful singing and cry aloud, you who have never been in birth labor. For the children of the desolate one are more than the children of the married woman,” says Yahweh.
“Sangalala, iwe mayi wosabala, iwe amene sunabalepo mwana; imba nyimbo, ndi kufuwula mwachimwemwe, iwe amene sunamvepo ululu wa pobereka; chifukwa mkazi wosiyidwa adzakhala ndi ana ambiri kuposa mkazi wokwatiwa,” akutero Yehova.
2 “Make your tent larger and spread your tent curtains farther out, unsparingly; lengthen your ropes and strengthen your stakes.
Kulitsa malo omangapo tenti yako, tambasula kwambiri nsalu zake, usaleke; talikitsa zingwe zako, limbitsa zikhomo zako.
3 For you will spread out to the right hand and to the left, and your descendants will conquer nations and resettle desolate cities.
Pakuti udzasendeza malire ako kumanja ndi kumanzere; ndipo zidzukulu zako zidzalanda dziko la anthu a mitundu ina ndipo zidzakhala mʼmizinda yawo yosiyidwa.
4 Do not fear for you will not be ashamed, nor be discouraged for you will not be disgraced; you will forget the shame of your youth and the disgrace of your abandonment.
“Usachite mantha; sadzakunyozanso. Usakhumudwe; sudzapeputsidwanso. Udzayiwala za manyazi zimene zinakuchitikira nthawi ya unyamata wako ndipo za manyazi zimene zinakuchitikira pa nthawi ya umasiye wako sudzazikumbukanso.
5 For your Maker is your husband; Yahweh of hosts is his name. The Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he is called the God of the whole earth.
Pakuti Mlengi wako ali ngati mwamuna wako, dzina lake ndi Yehova Wamphamvuzonse. Woyerayo wa Israeli ndiye Mpulumutsi wanu; dzina lake ndi Mulungu wa dziko lonse lapansi.
6 For Yahweh has called you back as a wife abandoned and grieved in spirit, like a woman married young and rejected,” says your God.
Yehova wakuyitananso, uli ngati mkazi wosiyidwa ndi wodzaza ndi chisoni mu mtima, mkazi amene anakwatiwa pa unyamata wake kenaka nʼkukanidwa,” akutero Mulungu wako.

“Kwa kanthawi kochepa, Ine ndinakusiya, koma ndidzakutenganso chifukwa ndimakukonda kwambiri.
8 In a flood of anger I hid my face from you momentarily; but with everlasting covenant faithfulness I will have mercy on you— says Yahweh, the one who rescues you.
Ndinakufulatira kwa kanthawi kochepa ndili wokwiya kwambiri. Koma ndi kukoma mtima kwanga kwa muyaya, ndidzakuchitira chifundo,” akutero Yehova Mpulumutsi wako.
9 For this is like the waters of Noah to me: as I swore that the waters of Noah would never again pass over the earth, so have I sworn that I will not be angry with you or rebuke you.
“Kwa ine zimenezi zili ngati mmene zinalili mʼnthawi ya Nowa. Monga ndinalumbira nthawi imeneyo kuti sindidzawononganso dziko lapansi ndi madzi. Kotero tsopano ndalumbira kuti sindidzakupseraninso mtima, sindidzakudzudzulaninso.
10 Though the mountains may fall and the hills be shaken, yet my steadfast love will not turn away from you, nor will my covenant of peace be shaken— says Yahweh, who has mercy on you.
Ngakhale mapiri atagwedezeka ndi zitunda kusunthidwa, koma chikondi changa chosasinthika pa iwe sichidzatha. Pangano langa lamtendere silidzasintha,” akutero Yehova amene amakuchitira chifundo.
11 Afflicted one, storm-driven and uncomforted one, look, I will set your pavement in turquoise, and lay your foundations with sapphires.

12 I will make your pinnacles of rubies and your gates of sparkling stones, and your outer wall of beautiful stones.
Ndidzamanga nsanja zako zankhondo ndi miyala yokongola ya rubi. Ndidzamanga zipata zako ndi miyala yonyezimira ngati moto, ndipo linga lako lonse lidzakhala la miyala yamtengowapatali.
13 Then all your children will be taught by Yahweh; and the peace of your children will be great.
Yehova adzaphunzitsa ana ako onse, ndipo ana ako adzakhala ndi mtendere wochuluka.
14 In righteousness you will be established, and you will be far from oppression, for you will not fear; and from terror, for it will not come near to you.
Udzakhazikika mʼchilungamo chenicheni: Sudzakhalanso wopanikizika, chifukwa sudzaopa kanthu kalikonse. Sudzakhalanso ndi mantha chifukwa manthawo sadzafika pafupi ndi iwe.
15 Look, if anyone stirs up trouble, it will not be from me; anyone who stirs up trouble with you will fall in defeat.
Ngati wina adzakuthirani nkhondo, si ndine amene ndachititsa; aliyense amene adzalimbana nanu adzagonja chifukwa cha iwe.
16 See, I have created the craftsman, who blows the burning coals and forges weapons as his work, and I have created the destroyer to destroy.
“Taona, ndi Ine amene ndinalenga munthu wosula zitsulo amene amakoleza moto wamakala ndi kusula zida zoti azigwiritse ntchito. Ndipo ndine amene ndinalenga munthu wosakaza kuti awononge;
17 No weapon that is formed against you will succeed; and you will condemn everyone who accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their vindication from me—this is Yahweh's declaration.”
