Isaiah 15
1 A declaration about Moab. Indeed, in one night Ar of Moab is laid waste and destroyed; indeed, in one night Kir of Moab is laid waste and destroyed.
ମୋୟାବ ବିଷୟକ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତବାଣୀ। ମୋୟାବର ଆର ନଗର ଏକ ରାତ୍ରି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ଓ ଧ୍ୱଂସିତ ହେଲା; ଏକ ରାତ୍ରି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୋୟାବର କୀର୍ ନଗର ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ଓ ଧ୍ୱଂସିତ ହେଲା।
2 They have gone up to the temple, the people of Dibon went up to the heights to weep; Moab laments over Nebo and over Medeba. All their heads are shaved bare and all their beards are cut off.
ସେ ରୋଦନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବୈଥତ୍କୁ ଓ ଦୀବୋନ୍କୁ, ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀକି ଯାଇଅଛି; ନବୋ ଓ ମେଦବାର ବିଷୟରେ ମୋୟାବ ହାହାକାର କରୁଅଛି; ସେହି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ମସ୍ତକ ମୁଣ୍ଡନ ହୋଇଅଛି, ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକର ଦାଢ଼ି କଟା ହୋଇଅଛି।
3 In their streets they wear sackcloth; on their housetops and in the square everyone wails, melting in tears.
ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସବୁ ସଡ଼କରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଚଟବସ୍ତ୍ର ପିନ୍ଧୁଅଛନ୍ତି; ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଗୃହର ଛାତ ଉପରେ ଓ ଛକ ସ୍ଥାନମାନଙ୍କରେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଲୋକ ଅତିଶୟ ରୋଦନ କରି ହାହାକାର କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି।
4 Heshbon and Elealeh call out for help; their sound is heard as far as Jahaz. So the armed men of Moab call out for help; they tremble within themselves.
ହିଷ୍ବୋନ ଓ ଇଲୀୟାଲୀ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେମାନଙ୍କର ରବ ଯହସ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଶୁଣା ଯାଉଅଛି; ଏହେତୁ ମୋୟାବର ସସଜ୍ଜ ଲୋକେ ଆର୍ତ୍ତନାଦ କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି; ତାହାର ପ୍ରାଣ ତାହା ମଧ୍ୟରେ କମ୍ପିତ ହେଉଅଛି।
5 My heart cries out for Moab; her fugitives flee to Zoar and to Eglath Shelishiyah. They go up the ascent of Luhith weeping; on the road to Horonaim they loudly wail over their destruction.
ଆମ୍ଭର ହୃଦୟ ମୋୟାବ ପାଇଁ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରୁଅଛି; ତାହାର କୁଳୀନମାନେ ସୋୟର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଇଗ୍ଲତ୍-ଶଲୀଶୀୟାକୁ ପଳାଉଅଛନ୍ତି; କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ରୋଦନ କରୁ କରୁ ଲୂହୀତ-ଘାଟୀ ଉପରକୁ ଯାଉଅଛନ୍ତି; ହୋରୋନୟିମ ବାଟରେ ବିନାଶ ହେତୁ ସେମାନେ ଆର୍ତ୍ତନାଦ କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି।
6 The waters of Nimrim are a desolation; the grass is withered; the vegetation has dried up; there is no more green grass.
କାରଣ ନିମ୍ରୀମର ଜଳସମୂହ ଶୂନ୍ୟ ହେବ; ତୃଣ ଶୁଷ୍କ ହୋଇଅଛି, ନବୀନ ତୃଣର ଅଭାବ ହେଉଅଛି, ହରିଦ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣର କିଛି ହିଁ ନାହିଁ।
7 The abundance they have grown and stored they carry away over the brook of the poplars.
ଏହେତୁ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଧନ ଓ ରକ୍ଷିତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟସବୁ ବାଇଶୀ ବୃକ୍ଷର ସ୍ରୋତ ନିକଟକୁ ନେଇଯିବେ।
8 The cry has gone around the territory of Moab; the wailing as far as Eglaim and Beer Elim.
କାରଣ ମୋୟାବର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସୀମାକୁ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନର ଶବ୍ଦ ଯାଇଅଛି; ତହିଁର ହାହାକାର ଇଗ୍ଲୟିମ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଓ ତହିଁର ହାହାକାର ବେରେଲୀମ୍ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଯାଇଅଛି।
9 For the waters of Dimon are full of blood; but I will bring even more upon Dimon. A lion will attack those who escape from Moab and also those remaining in the land.
କାରଣ ଦୀମୋନର ଜଳସମୂହ ରକ୍ତମୟ ହୋଇଅଛି; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦୀମୋନର ଉପରେ ଆହୁରି ଦୁଃଖ ଓ ମୋୟାବର ପଳାତକ ଲୋକ ଉପରେ ଓ ଦେଶର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ଉପରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ସିଂହ ଆଣିବା।
