< Ezekiel 47 >
1 Then the man took me back to the entrance to the temple, and there was water flowing out from under the temple threshold of the house toward the east—for the front of the temple faced east—and the water was flowing down the south side of the temple, to the right of the altar.
Ọkùnrin náà mú mi padà lọ sí àbáwọlé tẹmpili náà, mo sì rí omi tí ó ń tú jáde láti abẹ́ ìloro tẹmpili náà sí apá ìhà ìlà-oòrùn (nítorí tẹmpili náà dojúkọ ìhà ìlà-oòrùn). Omi náà ń tú jáde sí ìsàlẹ̀ láti abẹ́, ní ìhà gúúsù tẹmpili náà, ní ìhà gúúsù pẹpẹ.
2 So he brought me out through the northern gate and led around to the gate facing east, and there the water was flowing from this gate on its south side.
Ó wá mú mi gba ojú ọ̀nà àríwá jáde, ó sì mú mi yí ìta ojú ọ̀nà ìta tí ó dojúkọ ìhà ìlà-oòrùn, omi náà sì ń sàn láti ìhà gúúsù wá.
3 As the man was going toward the east, there was a measuring line in his hand; he measured off one thousand cubits and brought me through the water to ankle-deep water.
Bí ọkùnrin náà ti lọ sí apá ìhà ìlà-oòrùn pẹ̀lú okùn wíwọ̀n nǹkan lọ́wọ́ rẹ̀, ó wọn ẹgbẹ̀rún ìgbọ̀nwọ́, ó sì mú mi gba ibi odò kan tí kò jì jù kókósẹ̀ lọ.
4 Then he measured one thousand cubits again and brought me through the water to knee-deep water; and he measured another thousand cubits and brought me to hip-deep water.
Ó sì wọn ẹgbẹ̀rún ìgbọ̀nwọ́ mìíràn kúrò, ó sì mú mi gba ibi odò tí ó jì ní ìwọ̀n orúnkún. Ó tún wọn ẹgbẹ̀rún márùn-ún ìgbọ̀nwọ́ mìíràn kúrò, ó sì mú mi gba odò tí ó dé ìbàdí.
5 Next he measured off another thousand cubits, but it was a river that I could not cross through because the water had risen and was deep enough to swim in—it was a river that could not be crossed.
Ó wọn ẹgbẹ̀rún ìgbọ̀nwọ́ mìíràn kúrò, ṣùgbọ́n nísinsin yìí odò tí ń kò lè kọjá rẹ̀ ni, nítorí pé odò tí ó kún, ó sì jì tó èyí tí wọ́n le lúwẹ̀ẹ́ nínú rẹ̀ odò tí ẹnikẹ́ni kò le dá kọjá ni.
6 The man said to me, “Son of man, do you see this?” and he brought me out and had me walk back along the riverbank.
Ó bi mí léèrè pé, “Ọmọ ènìyàn, ǹjẹ́ o rí èyí?” Lẹ́yìn náà, ó mú mi padà sí etí odò.
7 As I walked back, there the riverbank had many trees on this side and also the other side.
Nígbà tí mo dé ibẹ̀, mo rí ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ igi ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ méjèèjì odò.
8 The man said to me, “This water is going out to the eastern territory and down to the Arabah; this water flows into the Salt Sea and will make it fresh.
Ó sọ fún mi pé, “Odò yìí ń tú jáde sí ìhà ìlà-oòrùn, wọ́n sì ń sọ̀kalẹ̀ lọ sí pẹ̀tẹ́lẹ̀, wọ́n sì wọ inú Òkun lọ, a sì mú omi wọn láradá.
9 It will be that every living creature that swarms will live where the water goes; there will be many fish, for these waters flow there. It will make the salt water fresh. Everything will live wherever the river goes.
Àwọn ohun alààyè tí ó ń rákò yóò máa gbé ní ibikíbi tí odò ti ń sàn. Ẹja yóò pọ̀ ni ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀, nítorí pé odò ń sàn síbẹ̀, ó sì mú kí omi iyọ̀ tutù nini; nítorí náà níbi tí omi ti ń sàn, gbogbo nǹkan ni yóò wà ni ààyè.
10 Then it will happen that fishermen of En Gedi will stand by the water, and there will be a place to dry out the fishing nets by En Eglaim. There will be many kinds of fish in the Salt Sea, like the fish in the Great Sea for their abundance.
Àwọn apẹja yóò dúró ní etí bèbè odò; láti En-Gedi títí dé En-Eglaimu ààyè yóò wa láti tẹ́ àwọ̀n wọn sílẹ̀. Oríṣìíríṣìí ẹja ni yóò wà gẹ́gẹ́ bí ẹja omi Òkun ńlá.
11 But the Salt Sea's swamps and marshes will not be made fresh; they will be for providing salt.
Ṣùgbọ́n ẹrẹ̀ àti àbàtà kò ní tòrò; àwa yóò fi wọn sílẹ̀ fún iyọ̀.
12 Beside this river on its banks, on both sides, all kinds of trees will grow that bear food. Their leaves will not wither and their fruit will never fail to grow. Each month the trees will bear fruit, because the water from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves will be for healing.
Àwọn igi eléso ní oríṣìíríṣìí ni yóò máa hù ní bèbè odò ní ìhà ìhín àti ní ìhà ọ̀hún. Ewé wọn kì yóò sì rọ, bẹ́ẹ̀ ní èso wọn kì yóò run, wọn yóò máa ṣe èso tuntun rẹ̀ ní oṣù nítorí pé omi láti ibi mímọ́ ń sàn sí wọn. Èso wọn yóò sì jẹ́ fún jíjẹ àti ewé wọn fún ìwòsàn.”
13 The Lord Yahweh says this: This will be the way that you divide the land up for the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph will have two portions.
Èyí yìí ní ohun tí Olúwa Olódùmarè wí: “Ìwọ̀nyí ni àwọn ààlà tí ìwọ yóò fi pín ilẹ̀ náà gẹ́gẹ́ bí ogún ìní ní àárín àwọn ẹ̀yà méjìlá Israẹli, pẹ̀lú ìpín méjì fún Josẹfu.
14 You are to divide equally what I lifted up my hand and swore to give to your fathers. This land will come to you as an inheritance.
Ìwọ yóò pín ilẹ̀ náà déédé ní àárín wọn. Nítorí pé mo búra nípa nína ọwọ́ sókè láti fi fún àwọn baba ńlá yin, ilẹ̀ yìí yóò di ogún ìní yín.
15 This will be the boundary of the land on the north side from the Great Sea by way of Hethlon, and then to Zedad.
“Èyí yìí ni yóò jẹ́ ààlà ilẹ̀ náà: “Ní ìhà àríwá yóò lọ láti omi Òkun ńlá ní ibi ọ̀nà Hetiloni gbà tí Hamati lọ sí Sedadi,
16 Then the boundary will go to Berothah, to Sibraim, which is between Damascus and Hamath, and then to Hazer Hattikon, which is beside the boundary of Hauran.
Berota àti Sibraimu, èyí tí ó wà ní ààlà láàrín Damasku àti Hamati títí dé Hasari Hatikonu, èyí tí ó wà ní agbègbè Haurani.
17 So the boundary will go from the sea to Hazar Enan on the border with Damascus and Hamath to the north. This will be the north side.
Ààlà yóò fẹ̀ láti Òkun lọ sí Hasari Enanu, ní apá ààlà ti Damasku, pẹ̀lú ààlà tí Hamati lọ sí apá àríwá. Èyí ni yóò jẹ́ ààlà ní apá ìhà àríwá.
18 On the east side the boundary will run between Hauran and Damascus, along the Jordan River between Gilead and the land of Israel. You will measure from the border to the eastern sea. This will be the eastern border.
Ní ìhà ìlà-oòrùn ààlà yóò wá sí àárín Haurani àti Damasku, lọ sí apá Jordani láàrín Gileadi àti ilẹ̀ Israẹli, títí dé Òkun, àti títí dé Tamari. Èyí ní yóò jẹ́ ààlà ìlà-oòrùn.
19 Then on the south side the boundary will run from Tamar as far as the waters of Meribah Kadesh, then along the brook of Egypt to the Great Sea. This will be the boundary on the south side.
Ní ìhà gúúsù yóò lọ láti Tamari títí dé ibi omi Meriba Kadeṣi, lẹ́yìn náà ni ìhà Wadi tí Ejibiti lọ sí Òkun ńlá. Èyí ni yóò jẹ́ ààlà gúúsù.
20 Then the boundary on the west side will be the Great Sea to a point opposite Lebo Hamath. This will be the west side.
Ní ìhà ìwọ̀-oòrùn, Òkun ńlá ni yóò jẹ́ ààlà títí dé ibi kan ni òdìkejì lẹ́bàá Hamati. Èyí yìí ni yóò jẹ ààlà ìhà ìwọ̀-oòrùn.
21 In this way you will divide this land for yourselves, for the tribes of Israel.
“Ìwọ ní láti pín ilẹ̀ yìí ní àárín ara yín gẹ́gẹ́ bí àwọn ẹ̀yà Israẹli.
22 So you will distribute the inheritances for yourselves and for the foreigners in your midst, those who have given birth to children in your midst and who are, with you, like the native born people of Israel. You will cast lots for inheritances among the tribes of Israel.
Ìwọ yóò pín gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìní fún ara yín àti fún àwọn àjèjì tí ó ń gbé ní àárín yín tí ó sì ní àwọn ọmọ. Ìwọ yóò sì ṣe sí wọn gẹ́gẹ́ bí ọmọ ìbílẹ̀ àwọn ará Israẹli; papọ̀ mọ́ yin ni kí ẹ pín ìní fún wọn ní àárín àwọn ẹ̀yà Israẹli.
23 Then it will happen that the foreigner will be with the tribe among whom he is living. You must give him an inheritance—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.”
Ní àárín gbogbo ẹ̀yà tí àwọn àlejò ń gbé; wọn gbọdọ̀ fi ìní tirẹ̀ fún un,” ní Olúwa Olódùmarè wí.
