< Ezekiel 44 >

1 Then the man brought me back to the outer sanctuary gate that faced east; it was closed tightly.
Ipapo murume uyu akandidzosera kusuo rokunze renzvimbo tsvene rakanga rakatarisa kumabvazuva, uye rakanga rakapfigwa.
2 Yahweh said to me, “This gate has been sealed shut; it will not be opened. No man will go through it, for Yahweh, the God of Israel, has come through it, so it has been closed tightly.
Jehovha akati kwandiri, “Suo iri rinofanira kugara rakapfigwa. Harifaniri kuzarurwa; hakuna munhu angapinda naro. Rinofanira kugara rakapfigwa nokuti Jehovha, Mwari waIsraeri, akapinda napariri:
3 The ruler of Israel will sit in it to eat food before Yahweh. He will enter by way of the gate's portico and go out the same way.”
Muchinda pachake ndiye chete angagara mukati mesuo kuti adye ari pamberi paJehovha. Anofanira kupinda nenzira yapabiravira resuo agobuda nenzira imwe cheteyo.”
4 Then he brought me by way of the northern gate to the front of the temple, and I looked, and behold, the glory of Yahweh filled the house of Yahweh, and I fell on my face.
Ipapo murume uyu akandiuyisa nenzira yesuo rokumusoro nechemberi kwetemberi. Ndakatarisa ndikaona kubwinya kwaJehovha kuchizadza temberi yaJehovha, ndikawira pasi nechiso changu.
5 Then Yahweh said to me, “Son of man, set your heart and look with your eyes and listen with your ears to all that I am declaring to you, to all the statutes of the house of Yahweh and all its regulations. Think about the house's entrance and exits.
Jehovha akati kwandiri, “Mwanakomana womunhu, cherechedza zvakanaka, nyatsoteerera uye unzwisise zvinhu zvose zvandinokuudza maererano nemitemo yose yetemberi yaJehovha. Ucherechedze panopindwa napo mutemberi uye napanobudiwa napo panzvimbo tsvene.
6 Then say to the rebellious ones, the house of Israel, 'The Lord Yahweh says this: Let all of your disgusting actions be enough for you, house of Israel—
Uti kuimba inondimukira yaIsraeri, ‘Zvanzi naIshe Jehovha: Nhai imba yaIsraeri, chigutsikanai nezvinonyangadza zvamunoita!
7 that you brought foreigners with uncircumcised hearts and uncircumcised flesh to be in my sanctuary, profaning my house, while you were offering me food, fat and blood—you have broken my covenant by all your disgusting actions.
Pamusoro pezvinonyangadza zvamakaita, makapinza vatorwa vasina kudzingiswa pamwoyo napanyama munzvimbo yangu tsvene, muchizvidza temberi yangu muchindipa zvokudya, mafuta neropa, uye makaputsa sungano yangu.
8 You have not carried out your duties regarding my holy things, but you appointed others to take up your duties, and you assigned them to care for my holy place.
Pachinzvimbo chokuita mabasa enyu akafanira zvinhu zvangu zvitsvene, makagadza vamwe vanhu kuti vave vatariri venzvimbo yangu tsvene.
9 The Lord Yahweh says this: No foreigner, uncircumcised in heart and flesh, from any of those who live among the people of Israel, may enter my holy place.
Zvanzi naIshe Jehovha: Hakuna mutorwa asina kudzingiswa pamwoyo napanyama angapinde munzvimbo yangu tsvene, kunyange vatorwa zvavo vagere pakati pavaIsraeri.
10 Yet the Levites went far from me—they wandered away from me, going after their idols—but they will pay for their sin.
“‘VaRevhi vakaenda kure neni panguva yakatsauka Israeri uye vakadzungaira vachibva kwandiri vachitevera zvifananidzo zvavo vanofanira kuzvitakurira zvibereko zvechivi chavo.
11 They are servants in my sanctuary, watching the gates of the house and serving in the house and they slaughter the burnt offerings and the people's sacrifices, and they will stand before the people and serve them.
Vangashumira havo munzvimbo yangu tsvene, vari vatariri vamasuo etemberi uye vachishanda mairi; vangabayira havo zvibayiro zvinopiswa vagobayira zvibayiro zvavanhu, vagomira pamberi pavanhu vagovashumira.
12 But because they performed the sacrifices before their idols, they became stumbling blocks for sin for the house of Israel. Therefore I will lift up my hand to swear an oath against them—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration—they will bear their punishment.
Asi nemhaka yokuti vakavashumira pamberi pezvifananidzo zvavo vakaita kuti imba yaIsraeri iwire muchivi, naizvozvo ndakapika ruoko rwangu rwakasimudzwa kuti vanofanira kutakura vamene zvibereko zvechivi chavo, ndizvo zvinotaura Ishe Jehovha.
13 They will not come near me to act as my priests or to approach any of my holy things, the most holy things. Instead, they will bear their reproach and their guilt for the disgusting actions that they have done.
Havafaniri kuswedera kuti vandishumire savaprista kana kuswedera pane chinhu chipi nechipi chezvinhu zvangu zvitsvene kana pazvipiriso zvangu zvitsvene-tsvene; vanofanira kuzvitakurira kunyadziswa kwezvinyangadzo zvavakaita.
14 But I will place them as keepers of the work in the house, for all of its duties and everything that is done in it.
Asi hazvo ndichavaita vatariri vamabasa omutemberi nebasa rose rinofanira kuitwamo.
15 Then the Levitical priests, those sons of Zadok who fulfilled the duties of my sanctuary when the people of Israel were wandering away from me—they will come near me to worship me. They will stand before me to offer me the fat and the blood—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.
