< Ezekiel 44 >
1 Then the man brought me back to the outer sanctuary gate that faced east; it was closed tightly.
Mgbe ahụ, o mere ka m laghachi nʼụzọ, nʼọnụ ụzọ ama nke ebe nsọ ahụ, nke dị nʼezi, nke na-eche ihu nʼọwụwa anyanwụ, ma a gbachiri ya agbachi.
2 Yahweh said to me, “This gate has been sealed shut; it will not be opened. No man will go through it, for Yahweh, the God of Israel, has come through it, so it has been closed tightly.
Ma Onyenwe anyị sịrị m, “Ọnụ ụzọ ama nke a ga-abụ ihe e mechiri emechi. A gaghị emeghe ya ọzọ, ọ dịghị onye ọbụla ga-esi na ya bata. Nʼihi na Onyenwe anyị, bụ Chineke Izrel esitela na ya bata. Ya mere, ọ bụ ihe emechiri emechi.
3 The ruler of Israel will sit in it to eat food before Yahweh. He will enter by way of the gate's portico and go out the same way.”
Naanị nwa eze, naanị ya onwe ya, bụ onye ga-anọdụ ala nʼime ya, iri nri nʼihu Onyenwe anyị. Ọ ga-esite na mpụta ọnụ ụlọ nke ọnụ ụzọ bata, ọ bụkwa ebe ahụ ka ọ ga-esi pụọ.”
4 Then he brought me by way of the northern gate to the front of the temple, and I looked, and behold, the glory of Yahweh filled the house of Yahweh, and I fell on my face.
Mgbe ahụ, o mere ka m bịaruo nʼọnụ ụzọ ama dị nʼugwu, nʼihu ụlọnsọ ukwu ahụ. Elere m anya hụ na ebube nke Onyenwe anyị jupụtara nʼụlọnsọ nke Onyenwe anyị. Nʼihi ya, adara m nʼala kpugide ihu m nʼaja.
5 Then Yahweh said to me, “Son of man, set your heart and look with your eyes and listen with your ears to all that I am declaring to you, to all the statutes of the house of Yahweh and all its regulations. Think about the house's entrance and exits.
Onyenwe anyị sịrị m, “Nwa nke mmadụ, leruo anya nke ọma, gee ntị nke ọma nʼihe niile m na-agwa gị banyere iwu m niile na usoro niile nke ụlọnsọ ukwu nke Onyenwe anyị. Leruo anya nke ọma banyere ọnụ ụzọ ịbata nʼụlọnsọ ukwu a, na nke ọpụpụ niile nke ebe nsọ a.
6 Then say to the rebellious ones, the house of Israel, 'The Lord Yahweh says this: Let all of your disgusting actions be enough for you, house of Israel—
Ị ga-agwa ndị Izrel bụ ndị ụlọ nnupu isi, ‘Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị sịrị, o zuola bụ ibi ndụ arụ unu niile ahụ, unu ndị Izrel!
7 that you brought foreigners with uncircumcised hearts and uncircumcised flesh to be in my sanctuary, profaning my house, while you were offering me food, fat and blood—you have broken my covenant by all your disgusting actions.
Nʼihi na ọ bụghị naanị na ihe arụ unu mere dị ukwu, kama unu mekwara ihe arụ kachasị site nʼịkpọbata ndị ala ọzọ a na-ebighị anụ ahụ ha na obi ha ugwu nʼime ụlọnsọ, si otu a merụọ ụlọnsọ mgbe unu na-ewetara m nri nsọ, nke bụ abụba na ọbara. Nʼụzọ dị otu a, unu emebiela ọgbụgba ndụ m.
8 You have not carried out your duties regarding my holy things, but you appointed others to take up your duties, and you assigned them to care for my holy place.
Unu edebeghị iwu m nyere unu banyere ihe m ndị dị nsọ, kama unu goro ndị ọzọ ka ha bụrụ ndị na-elekọta ebe nsọ m.
9 The Lord Yahweh says this: No foreigner, uncircumcised in heart and flesh, from any of those who live among the people of Israel, may enter my holy place.
Ihe ndị a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwuru, o nweghị onye ala ọzọ ọbụla a na-ebighị anụ ahụ ya na obi ya ugwu kwesiri ịbata nʼụlọnsọ m. Ọ bụladị ndị ọbịa ndị bi nʼetiti ụmụ Izrel.
10 Yet the Levites went far from me—they wandered away from me, going after their idols—but they will pay for their sin.
“‘Ndị ikom agbụrụ Livayị niile, ndị sitere nʼijere m ozi wezuga onwe ha mgbe Izrel bidoro ịgbaso arụsị niile ha, ga-ata ahụhụ nʼihi ekwesighị ntụkwasị obi ha.
11 They are servants in my sanctuary, watching the gates of the house and serving in the house and they slaughter the burnt offerings and the people's sacrifices, and they will stand before the people and serve them.
Ha ga-abụ ndị na-eje ozi nʼime ebe nsọ m, ndị nlekọta nke ọnụ ụzọ ama nke ụlọnsọ ukwuu, na-ejekwa ozi nʼime ya; ha ga-egburu ndị m anụ e wetara maka ịchụ aja nsure ọkụ na nke aja ndị ọzọ, ha ga-eguzokwa nʼihu ha jeere ha ozi.
12 But because they performed the sacrifices before their idols, they became stumbling blocks for sin for the house of Israel. Therefore I will lift up my hand to swear an oath against them—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration—they will bear their punishment.
Ma nʼihi na ha guzoro nʼihu arụsị jeere ha ozi, mee ka ụlọ Izrel daba na mmehie ikpere arụsị, nʼihi nke a, eweliela m aka elu na-aṅụ iyi na ha aghaghị ịta ahụhụ mmehie ha. Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwubiri.
13 They will not come near me to act as my priests or to approach any of my holy things, the most holy things. Instead, they will bear their reproach and their guilt for the disgusting actions that they have done.
Ha agaghị abịakwute m nso ije ozi dịka ndị nchụaja, maọbụ bịaruo nso ihe nsọ m niile ọbụla maọbụ onyinye m dị nsọ karịchasịa onyinye nsọ niile, ha aghaghị ibu ọnọdụ ihere nke ihe arụ niile ha mere.
14 But I will place them as keepers of the work in the house, for all of its duties and everything that is done in it.
Ma aga m ahọpụta ha ka ha bụrụ ndị ilekọta ụlọnsọ m dị nʼaka, nʼihi ịrụ ọrụ niile na ije ozi niile dị nʼime ya.
15 Then the Levitical priests, those sons of Zadok who fulfilled the duties of my sanctuary when the people of Israel were wandering away from me—they will come near me to worship me. They will stand before me to offer me the fat and the blood—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.
“‘Ma ndị nchụaja, bụ ụmụ Zadọk, ndị Livayị, ndị chegidere ebe nsọ m nche, mgbe Izrel niile sitere nʼebe m nọ kpafuo, ga-abịa nso ijere m ozi, ha ga-eguzo nʼihu m chụọ aja abụba na ọbara. Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwubiri.
16 They will come to my sanctuary; they will approach my table to worship me and to fulfill their duties to me.
Ọ bụ naanị ha ga-abanye nʼime ebe nsọ m, naanị ha ga-abịakwa na tebul m ije ozi nʼihu m, na ife m dịka ndị nche.
17 So it will be that when they come to the gates of the inner courtyard, they will have to dress in linen clothes, for they must not come in wool inside the gates of the courtyard and its house.
“‘Mgbe ha na-abata nʼọnụ ụzọ ama nke ogige dị nʼime, ha ga-eyi naanị akwa ọcha. Ha agaghị eyi uwe ọbụla e ji ajị anụ kpaa mgbe ha na-eje ozi nʼogige ime nke ụlọnsọ ukwu m.
18 There should be linen turbans on their heads and linen underclothes on their hips. They must not dress in clothes that make them sweat.

19 When they go out to the outer courtyard, to the outer courtyard in order to go to the people, they must take off the clothes they wore when they served; they must take them off and lay them down in a holy room, so they do not make other people holy by contact with their special clothing.
Mgbe ha na-apụ nʼogige dị nʼezi ebe ndị mmadụ nọ, ha ga-eyipụ uwe ha yi mgbe ha na-eje ozi, hapụkwa ha nʼime ọnụụlọ nsọ ndị a, yiri uwe ọzọ, ka ha ghara ime ka ndị mmadụ bụrụ ndị e doro nsọ site nʼimetụ uwe ha ahụ.
20 Also they must neither shave their heads nor allow their hair to hang loosely, but they must trim the hair of their heads.
“‘Ha agaghị ekwe ka agịrị isi ha too ogologo, ha agakwaghị akpụchapụ ya. Naanị mkpacha ka ha ga na-akpacha isi ha.
21 No priest may drink wine when he comes to the inner court,

22 nor take a widow or a divorced woman as a wife for himself, but only a virgin from the line of the house of Israel or a widow who was previously married to a priest.
23 For they will teach my people the difference between the holy and the profane; they will make them know the unclean from the clean.
Ha ga-akụziri ndị m ihe dị iche nʼetiti ihe dị nsọ na ihe na-adịghị nsọ; gosi ha otu esi amata ihe dị iche nʼetiti ihe na-adịghị ọcha na nke dị ọcha.
24 In a dispute they will stand to judge with my decrees; they must be just. They will keep my law and my statutes in every feast, and they will celebrate my holy Sabbaths.
“‘Ha ga-abụ ndị ikpe, idozi esemokwu dapụtara nʼetiti ndị m. Usoro iwu m niile ka ha ga-eji kpee ikpe. Ndị nchụaja nʼonwe ha kwa ga-erube isi nʼiwu m niile nʼoge mmemme ọbụla dị nsọ. Ha ga-ahụkwa na e doro ụbọchị izuike nsọ.
25 They will not go to a dead person so as to become unclean, unless it is their father or mother, son or daughter, brother or a sister who has not slept with a man; otherwise, they will become unclean.
“‘Onye nchụaja agaghị emerụ onwe ya site nʼije nʼebe ozu dị, karịakwa maọbụ ozu nna ya maọbụ nne ya, ma o bụ nwa ya, maọbụ nwanne ya nwoke, maọbụ nwanne ya nwanyị na-enweghị di.
26 After a priest has become unclean, they will count off a period of seven days for him.
Mgbe e mechara ka ọ dị ọcha ọzọ, ọ ga-echere ruo ụbọchị asaa.
27 On the day he enters the holy place, into the inner courtyard to serve in the holy place, he must bring a sin offering for himself—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.
Ma nʼụbọchị ahụ, ọ ga-alọghachi nʼụlọ ukwu ahụ ịbanye nʼime ebe nsọ, ọ ga-ebu ụzọ chụọ aja mmehie nʼihi onwe ya. Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwubiri.
28 This will be their inheritance: I am their inheritance, and you must give them no property in Israel; I will be their property!
“‘Ọ bụ naanị mụ onwe m bụ ihe nketa nke ndị nchụaja ga-enweta. Unu agaghị enye ha ihe nweta ọbụla nʼIzrel. Mụ onwe m bụ ihe nketa ha.
29 They will eat the food offerings, the sin offerings, the guilt offerings, and everything devoted to Yahweh in Israel, will be theirs.
Ha ga-eri onyinye ịnata ihuọma, ihe aja mmehie, ihe aja ikpe ọmụma, ihe niile dị nʼIzrel e doro nsọ nye Onyenwe anyị ga-abụ nke ha.
30 The best of the firstfruits of all things and every contribution, anything from all of your contributions will belong to the priests, and you will give the best of your meal offerings to the priests so that blessing may rest on your house.
Mkpụrụ mbụ kachasị mma site na mkpụrụ ubi ọbụla na onyinye niile pụrụ iche ga-abụ nke ndị nchụaja. Ọka mbụ a kwọrọ akwọ, nke a na-eweta nʼihe ubi ga-abụkwa nke ndị nchụaja, ime ka ngọzị dịkwasị nʼụlọ unu.
31 The priests will not eat any carcass or animal torn by a beast, whether bird or beast.
Ndị nchụaja agaghị ata nnụnụ ọbụla, maọbụ anụ nke nwụrụ ọnwụ chi ya, maọbụ nke anụ ọzọ dọgburu.
