Ezekiel 14
1 Some of the elders of Israel came to me and sat before me.
Потом дођоше к мени неки од старешина Израиљевих и седоше преда ме.
2 Then the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
И дође ми реч Господња говорећи:
3 “Son of man, these men have taken their idols into their hearts and have put the stumbling block of their iniquity before their own faces. Should I be inquired of at all by them?
Сине човечји, ови су људи ставили у срца своја гадне богове своје, и метнули су преда се о шта се спотичу на безакоње своје; траже ли ме доиста?
4 Therefore announce this to them and say to them, 'The Lord Yahweh says this: Every man of the house of Israel who takes his idols into his heart, or who puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face, and who then comes to a prophet—I, Yahweh, will answer him according to the number of his idols.
Зато говори им и реци им: Овако вели Господ Господ: Ко је год од дома Израиљевог ставио у срце своје гадне богове своје и метнуо преда се о шта се спотиче на безакоње своје, па дође к пророку, ја Господ одговорићу му кад дође за мноштво гадних богова његових,
5 I will do this so that I may take back the house of Israel in their hearts that have been driven far from me through their idols.'
Да ухватим дом Израиљев за срце њихово што су се одвратили од мене сви за гадним боговима својим.
6 Therefore say to the house of Israel, 'The Lord Yahweh says this: Repent and turn away from your idols! Turn back your faces from all your abominations.
Зато реци дому Израиљевом: Овако вели Господ Господ: Обратите се и одступите од гадних богова својих, одвратите лице своје од свих гадова својих.
7 For every one from the house of Israel and every one of the foreigners staying in Israel who deserts me, who takes his idols into his heart and puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his own face, and who then comes to a prophet to seek me—I, Yahweh, will answer him myself.
Јер ко би год од дома Израиљевог или од иностранаца који живе у Израиљу одступио од мене, и ставио у срце своје гадне богове своје, и метнуо преда се о шта ће се спотицати на безакоње своје, па би дошао к пророку да ме упита преко њега, њему ћу одговорити ја сам Господ собом.
8 So I will set my face against that man and make him a sign and a proverb, for I will cut him off from the midst of my people, and you will know that I am Yahweh.
И окренућу лице своје према том човеку, и учинићу од њега знак и причу, и истребићу га из народа свог, те ћете познати да сам ја Господ.
9 If a prophet is deceived and speaks a message, then I, Yahweh, will deceive that prophet; I will reach out with my hand against him and destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.
И ако би се пророк преварио, те рекао што, ја Господ преварих оног пророка, и дигнућу руку своју на њ, и истребићу га из народа свог Израиља.
10 They will carry their own iniquity; the iniquity of the prophet will be the same as the iniquity of the one who inquires from him.
И понеће обојица своје безакоње: како је безакоње оног који пита тако ће бити и пророково безакоње,
11 Because of this, the house of Israel will no longer wander away from following me nor defile themselves any longer through all their transgressions. They will be my people, and I will be their God—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.'”
Да више дом Израиљев не одступа од мене и да се више не скврне свакојаким преступима својим, него да ми буду народ, и ја да им будем Бог, говори Господ Господ.
12 Then the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
Опет ми дође реч Господња говорећи:
13 “Son of man, when a land sins against me by committing a sin so that I reach out with my hand against it and break the staff of its bread, and send out over it a famine and cut off both man and beast from the land;
Сине човечји, ако ми која земља згреши учинивши неверу, и ја дигнем руку своју на њу и сломим јој потпору у хлебу, и пустим на њу глад и истребим у њој људе и стоку,
14 then even if these three men—Noah, Daniel, and Job—were in the land's midst, they could only rescue their own lives by their righteousness—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.
Ако би у њој била ова три човека: Ноје, Данило и Јов, они ће правдом својом избавити душе своје, говори Господ Господ.
15 If I send evil beasts through the land and make it barren so that it becomes a wasteland where no man may pass through because of the beasts,
Ако пустим љуте звери у земљу, те поморе људе, и она опусти да нико не може пролазити од зверја;
16 then even if these same three men were in it—as I live, declares the Lord Yahweh—they would not be able to rescue even their own sons or daughters; only their own lives would be rescued, but the land would become a wasteland.
Ако би у њој била та три човека, тако ја жив био, говори Господ Господ, неће избавити синове ни кћери, него ће се сами избавити, а земља ће опустети.
17 Or if I bring a sword against that land and say, 'Sword, go through the land and cut off both man and beast from it',
Или ако мач пустим на ту земљу, и кажем: Мачу, прођи ту земљу, да истребим у њој људе и стоку;
18 then even if these three men were in the midst of the land—as I live, declares the Lord Yahweh—they would not be able to rescue even their own sons or daughters; only their own lives would be rescued.
Ако би та три човека била у њој, тако ја био жив, говори Господ Господ, неће избавити синове ни кћери, него ће се сами избавити.
19 Or if I send a plague against this land and pour out my fury against it through bloodshed, in order to cut off both man and beast,
Или ако пустим помор на земљу и излијем гнев свој на њу да би крв текла да истребим у њој људе и стоку;
20 then even if Noah, Daniel, and Job were in that land—as I live, declares the Lord Yahweh—they would not be able to rescue even their own sons or daughters; only their own lives would be rescued by their righteousness.
Ако би Ноје, Данило и Јов били у њој, тако ја жив био, говори Господ Господ, неће избавити сина ни кћери, него ће своје душе избавити правдом својом.
21 For the Lord Yahweh says this: I will certainly make things worse by sending my four punishments—famine, sword, wild animals, and plague—against Jerusalem to cut off both man and beast from her.
Јер овако вели Господ Господ: А камо ли кад пустим четири љута зла своја, мач и глад и зле звери и помор на Јерусалим, да истребим у њему људе и стоку.
22 Yet, behold! A remnant will be left in her, survivors who will go out with sons and daughters. Behold! They will go out to you, and you will see their ways and actions and be comforted concerning the punishment that I have sent to Jerusalem, and about everything else that I have sent against the land.
И опет, гле, неколико ће их остати у њему који ће се избавити, синови или кћери, они ће изаћи к вама, и видећете пут њихов и дела њихова, и утешићете се за зло које ћу пустити на Јерусалим, за све што ћу пустити на њ.
23 The survivors will comfort you when you see their ways and their actions, so you will know all these things I have done against her, that I have not done them in vain!—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration.”
И они ће вас утешити кад видите пут њихов и дела њихова; и познаћете да нисам без узрока учинио шта сам год учинио у њему, говори Господ Господ.
