Acts 26
1 So Agrippa said to Paul, “You may speak for yourself.” Then Paul stretched out his hand and made his defense.
୧ଆଗ୍ରିପା ପାଉଲ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ତକେ ତର୍ ନିଜର୍ ବିସଇ ଜାଇଟା କଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ, ସେଟା କଇବାକେ ଅଦିକାର୍ ଦିଆଅଇଲା ।” ପାଉଲ୍ ଆତ୍ ଉଟାଇକରି ନିଜର୍ବାଟେଅନି କଇଲା,
2 “I regard myself as happy, King Agrippa, to make my case before you today against all the accusations of the Jews;
୨“ରାଜା ଆଗ୍ରିପା! ଜିଉଦିମନ୍ ମକେ ଜନ୍ ସବୁ ବିସଇ ନେଇ ଦସି କରିଆଚତ୍, ସେଟାର୍ ବିରଦେ ତମର୍ ମୁଆଟେ, ନିଜର୍ ବାଟେଅନି କଇବାକେ ବେଲା ପାଇଲାର୍ ପାଇ ମୁଇ କେଡେ କରମର୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲିନି ।”
3 especially, because you are an expert in all the Jewish customs and questions. So I ask you to hear me patiently.
୩କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ରିତିନିତି ବିସଇ ଆରି ସେମନର୍ ଲାଗାଜଡା ବିସଇ ତମେ ନିକସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜାନାସ୍ । ମୁଇ ଗୁଆରି କଲିନି, ତମେ ବିଜାର୍ ନ ଅଇକରି ମର୍ ସବୁକାତା ସୁନା ।
4 Truly, all the Jews know how I lived from my youth in my own nation and at Jerusalem.
୪“ପିଲାବେଲେଅନି କେନ୍ତି ମୁଇ ଜିଇଲି ଆଚି, ସେଟା ଜିଉଦିମନ୍ ଜାନତ୍ । ପର୍ତୁମ୍ ମର୍ ନିଜର୍ ଦେସେ ଆରି ପଚେ ଜିରୁସାଲମେ ମୁଇ କେନ୍ତି ଜିବନ୍ କାଟ୍ଲି ଆଚି, ସେଟା ମିସା ସେମନ୍ ଜାନତ୍ ।
5 They knew me from the beginning and they should admit that I lived as a Pharisee, the strictest party of our religion.
୫ଆଗେଅନି ମୁଇ ଜିଉଦି ନିୟମ୍ ସବୁ ମାନିକରି ପାରୁସିମନର୍ ପାରା ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କଲିଆଚି, ସେ ବିସଇ ସେମନ୍ ସାକି ଦେଇପାରତ୍ ।”
6 Now I stand here to be judged because of my certain hope in the promise made by God to our fathers.
୬ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଆମର୍ ଆନିଦାଦିମନ୍କେ ଜନ୍ କାତା ଦେଇ ରଇଲା, ତେଇ ମର୍ ଆସା ରଇଲାର୍ପାଇ ଆଜି ମୁଇ ଇତି ବିଚାର୍ନା କରାଇଅଇବାକେ ଟିଆ ଅଇଲିଆଚି ।
7 For this is the promise that our twelve tribes sought to receive as they earnestly worshiped God night and day. It is for this certain hope, King Agrippa, that the Jews accuse me.
୭ମାତର୍ ଏ ରାଜା, ଏ ଆସା ଆମର୍ ବାର୍ଟା ଜିଉଦି ଜାତିର୍ ଲକ୍ ଦିନ୍ ରାତି ମାପ୍ରୁକେ ପାର୍ତନା କରି, ପାଇବାକେ ଆସାକଲାଇନି । ଆରି ଏ ଆସାର୍ ଲାଗି ଆମର୍ ଜିଉଦିମନ୍ ମକେ ଦସି କରିଆଚତ୍ ।
8 Why should any of you think it is unbelievable that God raises the dead?
୮ପର୍ମେସର୍ ମଲା ଲକ୍କେ ଉଟାଇସି, ବଲି କାଇକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରିନାପାର୍ଲାସ୍ନି?
9 Now indeed, I myself thought that I should do many things against the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
୯“ମୁଇ ମିସା ସେମନର୍ ପାରା ରଇଲି । ନାଜରିତିୟ ଜିସୁର୍ ବାଟେ ଜିବା ସବୁ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିରୁଦେ ମର୍ ଜେତ୍କି ବପୁ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମିସା କାମ୍ କର୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ ବଲି ଚିନ୍ତା କଲି ।
10 I did these in Jerusalem. I locked up many of the saints in prison by the authority I received from the chief priests, and when they were killed, I cast my vote against them.
୧୦ମୁଇ ଜିରୁସାଲାମେ ସେନ୍ତି କଲି । ମୁକିଅ ପୁଜାରିମନର୍ତେଇଅନି ଅଦିକାର୍ ଚିଟି ପାଇ, ପରମେସରର୍ ବେସି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ବାନ୍ଦି କରି, ବନ୍ଦି ଗରେ ପୁରାଇଦେଲି । ଆରି ସେମନ୍କେ ମରନର୍ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ଦେବାକେ ବିଚାର୍ନା କଲାବେଲେ, ସେମନର୍ ବିରୁଦେ ଟିଆଅଇଲି ।
11 I punished them many times in all the synagogues and I tried to force them to blaspheme. I was furiously enraged against them and I persecuted them even to foreign cities.
୧୧କେତେ କେତେ ତର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଗର୍ମନ୍କେ ସେମନ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ଚାଡତ୍ ବଲି ମାର୍ବାକେ ତିଆର୍ଲି, ସେମନର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ଏତେ ରିସା ଅଇଜାଇରଇଲି ଜେ, ସେମନ୍କେ କସ୍ଟ ଦେବାକେ ବିଦେସେ, ରଇବା ଗଡ୍ମନ୍କେ ମିସା ଜାଇରଇଲି ।”
12 While I was doing this, I went to Damascus with authority and orders from the chief priests;
୧୨“ଏଟା କର୍ବାକେ ମୁଇ ମୁକିଅ ପୁଜାରିମନର୍ତେଇଅନି ଅଦିକାର୍ ଚିଟି ଆରି ଆଦେସ୍ ନେଇ ଦାମାସ୍କସେ ଜାଇରଇଲି ।
13 and on the way there, at midday, King, I saw a light from heaven that was brighter than the sun and it shone around both me and the men who were traveling with me.
୧୩ଏ ରାଜା ଏଗ୍ରିପା, ଅଟାତ୍ ଦିନେକ୍ ମୁଣ୍ଡ୍ବେଲା ଲଗେ, ଜିବାବାଟେ ବେଲ୍ ତାରାସେଅନି ଅଦିକ୍ ଉଜଲ୍ ଦେକ୍ଲି । ସର୍ଗେଅନି ସେ ଉଜଲ୍ ଆସି ମକେ ଆରି ମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜିବା ଲକର୍ ଚାରିବେଟ୍ତି ବିଚି ଅଇଲା ।”
14 When we all fell to the ground, I heard a voice speaking to me that said in the Hebrew language, 'Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me? It is hard for you to kick a goad.'
୧୪ଆମେ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ତଲେ ଅଦ୍ରି ଡୁଲିଦେଲୁ ଆରି ଇବ୍ରୁ ବାସାଇ ମକେ କଇତେରଇବା ଏ କାତା ସୁନ୍ଲି, “ସାଉଲ୍, ସାଉଲ୍!” ତୁଇ ମକେ କାଇକେ କସ୍ଟ ଦେଲୁସ୍ନି? କସ୍ଲାବେଲେ କସ୍ବାଲକ୍ ବଲଦ୍କେ ତୁତାରିବୁସ୍ଲେ ବଲଦ୍ ଲାତ୍ମାର୍ବା ପାରା, ତୁଇ ନିଜେ କସ୍ଟ ପାଇଲୁସ୍ନି ।
15 Then I said, 'Who are you, Lord?' The Lord replied, 'I am Jesus whom you persecute.
୧୫“ମୁଇ ପାଚାର୍ଲି, ‘ମାପ୍ରୁ ତମେ କେ?’ ସେ କଇଲା, ‘ମୁଇ ଜିସୁ, ମକେସେ ତୁଇ କସ୍ଟ ଦେଲୁସ୍ନି ।’
16 Now get up and stand on your feet; because for this purpose I appeared to you, to appoint you to be a servant and a witness concerning the things that you know about me now and the things that I will show to you later;
୧୬ମାତର୍ ଉଟିକରି ଟିଆ ଅ । ତକେ ମର୍ ସେବାକାରିଆ କର୍ବାକେ, ଦର୍ସନ୍ ଦେଲିଆଚି । ଆଜି ତୁଇ ମର୍ ବିସଇ ଜାଇଟା ଦେକ୍ଲୁସ୍ ଆରି ପଚ୍କେ ମିସା ମୁଇ ଜାଇଟା ଦେକାଇବି, ସେ ବିସଇ ତୁଇ ବିନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ସାକିଦେସ୍ ।
17 and I will rescue you from the people and from the Gentiles to whom I am sending you,
୧୭ଜନ୍ ଜିଉଦି ଆରି ଜିଉଦିନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ତେଇ ତକେ ପାଟାଇବି, ସେମନର୍ତେଇ ଅନି ତାଡ୍ନା ପାଇଲେ, ମୁଇ ତକେ ରକିଆ କର୍ବି ।
18 to open their eyes and to turn them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive from God the forgiveness of sins and the inheritance that I give to them who are sanctified by faith in me.'
୧୮ତୁଇ ସେମନର୍ ଆଁକି ପିଟାଇଦେସ୍ ବଲି ମୁଇ ତକେ କଇଲିନି । ଜେନ୍ତିକି ସେମନ୍ ଆନ୍ଦାରେଅନି ଉଜଲେ ଆରି ସଇତାନର୍ ବାନ୍ଦନେଅନି ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ବାଟେ ବାଅଡ୍ବାଇ । ଜେନ୍ତିକି ମକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାର୍ ପାଇ, ସେମନର୍ ପାପ୍ କେମା ଅଇସି । ଆରି ମାପ୍ରୁ ବାଚ୍ଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ମିସା ଡାକିନେବାଇ ।”
19 Therefore, King Agrippa, I did not disobey the heavenly vision;
୧୯“ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଏ ରାଜା ଆଗ୍ରିପା ମୁଇ ସର୍ଗେଅନି ଜନ୍ ଦର୍ସନ୍ ପାଇଲିଆଚି, ସେଟା ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ମାନ୍ଲି ।
20 but, to those in Damascus first, and then at Jerusalem, and throughout all the country of Judea, and also to the Gentiles, I gave them the message that that they should repent and turn to God, doing deeds worthy of repentance.
୨୦ସେନ୍ତାରି ମୁଇ ପର୍ତମେ ଦାମାସ୍କସେ ଆରାମ୍କରି ତାର୍ପଚେ ଜିରୁସାଲାମେ, ପଚେ ଜିଉଦାର୍ ସବୁବାଟେ ଆରି ଜିଉଦିନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିତରେ ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ବିସଇ ଜାନାଇଲି । ଜେନ୍ତି କି ସେମନ୍ କରିରଇବା ପାପ୍ ଏତାଇ, ଦୁକ୍କରି ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ବାଟେ ବାଅଡ୍ବାଇ । ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ଜନ୍ଟା ମାନିଆଇଲାଇ ଆଚତ୍, ସେଟା ତାକର୍ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତିଅନି ଜାନିଅଇସି ।
21 For this cause the Jews arrested me in the temple and tried to kill me.
୨୧ଏଟାର୍ପାଇ ମୁଇ ମନ୍ଦିରେ ରଇଲାବେଲେ ଜିଉଦିମନ୍ ମକେ ଦାରି ମରାଇବାକେ ଚେସ୍ଟା କଲାଇ ।
22 God has helped me until now, so I stand and testify to the common people and to the great ones about nothing more than what the prophets and Moses said would happen—
୨୨ମାତର୍ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ମକେ ଆଜିକେଜାକ ରକିଆ କଲାଆଚେ ଆରି ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଆଜି ସାନ୍ ବଡ୍ ସବୁ ଲକର୍ ଲଗେ ସମାନ୍ ଇସାବେ ମର୍ ସାକିଦେବାକେ ଟିଆକରାଇଆଚେ । ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତା ଆରି ମସା ଜାଇଟା ଗଟ୍ସି ବଲି କଇରଇଲାଇ, ଟିକ୍ ସେ କାତା ମୁଇ କଇଲିନି ।
23 that Christ must suffer and that by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light to our own people and to the Gentiles.”
୨୩ମସିଅ ଦୁକ୍ ପାଇସି ଆରି ମଲାଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ସିଗ୍ ପର୍ତୁମେ ଉଟି, ଜିଉଦି ଆରି ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଲଗେ ମୁକ୍ତିର୍ ଉଜଲ୍ ଦେକାଇସି ।”
24 As Paul completed his defense, Festus said with a loud voice, “Paul, you are insane; your great learning makes you insane.”
୨୪ପାଉଲ୍ ନିଜର୍ ବାଟେଅଇ କଇଲା ବେଲେ, ପେସ୍ଟସ୍ ତାକେ ଆଉଲିଅଇ କରି କଇଲା, “ପାଉଲ୍, ତୁଇ ବାୟା ଅଇଗାଲୁସ୍! ତୁଇ ପାଟ୍ପଡି ବେସି ପାଇରଇବା ଗିଆନ୍ ତକେ ବାୟା କଲାଆଚେ ।”
25 But Paul said, “I am not insane, most excellent Festus, but what I am declaring is true and rational.
୨୫ପାଉଲ୍ କଇଲା, “ଏ ମାପ୍ରୁ ପେସ୍ଟସ୍, ମୁଇ ବାୟା ଅଇନାଇ, ମୁଇ ଜାଇଟା କଇଲିନି ସେଟା ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ସତ୍ । ଆରି ତବିର୍ ବୁଦିର୍ କାତା କଇଲିଆଚି ।
26 For the king knows about these things; and so, I speak freely to him, for I am persuaded that none of this is hidden from him; for this has not been done in a corner.
୨୬ଏ ରାଜା ଅଗ୍ରିପା! ତମେ ଏ ବିସଇ ଜାନିରଇଲାର୍ ପାଇ, ତମର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଏ କାତା କଇବାକେ ସାଆସ୍ କଲିନି! ମୁଇ ଜାନାଇରଇବା ସବୁ ବିସଇର୍ କାଇ କାତା ମିସା, ସେ ନାଜାନେ, ବଲି ମୁଇ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରିନାଇ! କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଏଟା ଲୁଚ୍ତେ କରାଅଏ ନାଇ ।
27 Do you believe the prophets, King Agrippa? I know that you believe.”
୨୭ରାଜା ଆଗ୍ରିପା, ତମେ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତାମନ୍କେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାସ୍ନି ତ? ମୁଇ ଜାନି ତମେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାସ୍ନି!”
28 Agrippa said to Paul, “In a short time would you persuade me and make me a Christian?”
୨୮ଆଗ୍ରିପା ପାଉଲ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଏ ଅଲପ୍ ବେଲା ବିତ୍ରେ ତୁଇ କାଇ ମକେ ବିସ୍ବାସି କରିଦେବି ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲୁସ୍ନି କି?”
29 Paul said, “I pray to God, that whether in a short or long time, not you only, but also all that hear me today, would be like me, but without these prison chains.”
୨୯ପାଉଲ୍ କଇଲା, “ଚନେକ୍ ଅ କି ପରେକ୍ ଅ, ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଲଗେ ମର୍ ଏତ୍କି ମାଙ୍ଗ୍ଲିନି । ଅବ୍କା ତମେସେ ନାଇ ରାଜା, ଆଜି ମର୍ କାତା ସୁନିରଇବା ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ମର୍ପାରା କିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ସିସ୍ ଉଆ । ମାତର୍ ମର୍ପାରା ଏନ୍ତି ସିକ୍ଲିସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବାନ୍ଦାଇ ଉଆ ବଲି ମୁଇ କଇନାଇ ।”
30 Then the king stood up, and the governor, and Bernice also, and those who were sitting with them;
୩୦ତାର୍ ପଚେ ରାଜା, ସାସନ୍କାରିଆ, ଆରି ବର୍ନିସ୍ ଆରି ବିନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜିବାକେ ଉଟ୍ଲାଇ ।
31 when they left the hall, they talked to one another and said, “This man does nothing worthy of death or of bonds.”
୩୧ସେମନ୍ ବାରଇଲା ବେଲେ ତାକର୍ ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ଲକ୍ ଏନ୍ତି କାଇମିସା କାମ୍ କରେ ନାଇ, ଜନ୍ଟା କି ସେ ମରନର୍ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ପାଇବାକେ କି ବନ୍ଦି ଅଇବାକେ ।”
32 Agrippa said to Festus, “This man could have been freed if he had not appealed to Caesar.”
୩୨ଆଗ୍ରିପା ପେସ୍ଟସ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଜଦି ଏ ଲକ୍ ବଡ୍ସାସନ୍କାରିଆଟାନେ ବିଚାର୍ ପାଇବି ବଲି ଗୁଆରି କରି ନ ରଇଲେ, ତେବେ ଆମେ ତାକେ ଚାଡି ଦେଇତୁ ।”
