2 Samuel 7
1 It happened that after the king had settled in his house, and after Yahweh had given him rest from all his surrounding enemies,
၁ယခုအခါဒါဝိဒ်မင်းသည်နန်းတော်တွင် ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာနေရသောအခါ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းအားရန်သူအပေါင်း တို့ဘေးမှကင်းဝေးစေတော်မူသဖြင့်၊-
2 the king said to Nathan the prophet, “Look, I am living in a house of cedar, but the ark of God is staying in the middle of a tent.”
၂ပရောဖက်နာသန်အား`ကြည့်လော့။ ငါသည် သစ်ကတိုးသားနန်းတော်နှင့်နေထိုင်ရသော် လည်း ထာဝရဘုရား၏ပဋိညာဉ်သေတ္တာ တော်မူကားတဲတော်၌သာကျိန်းဝပ်တော် မူရပါသည်တကား'' ဟုဆို၏။
3 Then Nathan said to the king, “Go, do what is in your heart, for Yahweh is with you.”
၃နာသန်က`ဘုရားသခင်သည်အရှင်နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ အရှင်အလိုရှိသည့် အတိုင်းပြုတော်မူပါ'' ဟုလျှောက်၏။-
4 But that same night the word of Yahweh came to Nathan, saying,
၄သို့ရာတွင်ထိုညဥ့်၌ထာဝရဘုရားသည် နာသန်အား၊-
5 “Go and tell David my servant, 'This is what Yahweh says: Will you build me a house in which to live?
၅``ငါ၏အစေခံဒါဝိဒ်ထံသို့သွား၍သူ့ အား`သင်သည်ငါကျိန်းဝပ်ရန်ဗိမာန်တော်ကို တည်ဆောက်ရမည်မဟုတ်။-
6 For I have not lived in a house from the day that I brought up the people of Israel out of Egypt until this present day; instead, I have been moving about in a tent, a tabernacle.
၆ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အားအီဂျစ်ပြည်မှ ထုတ်ဆောင်လာချိန်မှ ယနေ့တိုင်အောင်ငါသည် ဗိမာန်တော်တွင်ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မမူခဲ့။ တဲတော် ၌သာကျိန်းဝပ်လျက်ဒေသစာရီလှည့်လည် တော်မူခဲ့၏။-
7 In all places where I have moved among all the people of Israel, did I ever say anything to any of Israel's leaders whom I appointed to shepherd my people Israel, saying, “Why have you not built me a house of cedar?”'”
၇ယင်းသို့မိမိ၏လူမျိုးတော်နှင့်လှည့်လည်တော် မူခဲ့စဉ်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှ ငါသည်မိမိခန့် ထားသောခေါင်းဆောင်တို့အား`သင်တို့အဘယ် ကြောင့်ငါ၏အတွက်သစ်ကတိုးသားဗိမာန် တော်ကိုဆောက်လုပ်၍မပေးကြသနည်း' ဟု မေးတော်မမူခဲ့။-
8 Now then, tell my servant David, “This is what Yahweh of hosts says: 'I took you from the pasture, from following the sheep, so that you would be ruler over my people Israel.
၈သို့ဖြစ်၍အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ငါထာဝရဘုရား သည်မိမိ၏အစေခံဒါဝိဒ်အား`ငါသည်သင့် ကိုငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့၏ဘုရင်ဖြစ်စိမ့်သောငှာသိုးကျောင်းရာ ကွင်းထဲမှခေါ်ယူခဲ့၏။-
9 I have been with you wherever you went. I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make your name great, like the names of the great ones of the earth.
၉သင်သွားလေရာရာ၌သင်နှင့်အတူငါပါရှိ လျက် သင်၏ရန်သူရှိသမျှတို့ကိုနှိမ်နင်းပေး ခဲ့၏။ ငါသည်သင့်အားကမ္ဘာပေါ်တွင်အကျော် စောဆုံးသောခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်စေမည်။-
10 I will appoint a place for my people Israel and will plant them there, so that they may live in their own place and be troubled no more. No longer will wicked people oppress them, as they did before,
၁၀ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့အတွက်နေရာအရပ်ကိုရွေးချယ်၍ နောက် တစ်ဖန်ညှင်းဆဲခြင်းကိုမခံရတော့ဘဲ အတည်တကျနေထိုင်စေပြီ။ ဤပြည် သို့ဝင်ရောက်လာချိန်မှအစပြု၍ သူတို့ သည်အကြမ်းဖက်သူလူစုတို့၏တိုက်ခိုက် မှုကိုခံခဲ့ရကြသော်လည်းနောက်တစ်ဖန် ခံရကြတော့မည်မဟုတ်။ သင့်အားရန်သူ အပေါင်းတို့၏ဘေးမှလုံခြုံစေ၍ သား မြေးများဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ငါထာဝရဘုရားမြွက်ဆို၏။-
11 as they were doing from the days that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel. Now I will give you rest from all your enemies. Moreover, I, Yahweh declare to you that I will make you a house.
၁၁
12 When your days are fulfilled and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up a descendant after you, one who will come out from your body, and I will establish his kingdom.
၁၂သင်ကွယ်လွန်၍ဘိုးဘေးတို့နှင့်အတူသင်္ဂြိုဟ် ခြင်းကိုခံရသောအခါ ငါသည်သင်၏သား တစ်ယောက်ကိုမင်းမြှောက်ကာသူ၏နိုင်ငံ ကိုတည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲစေမည်။-
13 He will build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.
၁၃သူသည်ငါ၏အတွက်ဗိမာန်တော်ကိုတည် ဆောက်ရမည်။ ငါသည်သူ၏ရာဇပလ္လင်ကို ထာဝစဉ်တည်မြဲစေမည်။-
14 I will be a father to him, and he will be my son. When he sins, I will discipline him with the rod of men and with the whipping of the sons of men.
၁၄ငါသည်သူ၏အဖဖြစ်၍သူသည်လည်းငါ ၏သားဖြစ်ရလိမ့်မည်။ သူသည်အမှားကို ပြုသောအခါအဖကသားကိုဆုံးမ သကဲ့သို့သူ့ကိုဆုံးမမည်။-
15 But my covenant faithfulness will not leave him, as I took it from Saul, whom I removed from before you.
၁၅သင့်အားထီးနန်းအပ်နှင်းနိုင်ရန်ငါဖယ်ရှား လိုက်သည့်ရှောလု၏ထံမှ ငါ၏ထောက်ခံမှု ကိုရုပ်သိမ်းသကဲ့သို့သင်၏ထံမှရုပ်သိမ်း မည်မဟုတ်။-
16 Your house and kingdom will be confirmed forever before you. Your throne will be established forever.'”
၁၆သင်၏အမျိုးအနွယ်သည်အဘယ်အခါ ၌မျှမတိမ်ကောဘဲ သင်၏နိုင်ငံသည်ထာဝ စဉ်တည်လိမ့်မည်။ သင်၏ရာဇအာဏာစက် သည်လည်းအဘယ်အခါ၌မျှပျက်သုဉ်း သွားလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူကြောင်း ဆင့်ဆိုလော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
17 Nathan spoke to David and reported to him all these words, and he told him about the entire vision.
၁၇နာသန်သည်မိမိအားဘုရားသခင်မိန့် ကြားတော်မူသမျှတို့ကို ဒါဝိဒ်အားဆင့် ဆိုလေ၏။
18 Then David the king went in and sat before Yahweh and said, “Who am I, Yahweh God, and what is my family that you have brought me to this point?
၁၈ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းသည်တဲတော်သို့ဝင်ပြီးလျှင်ထိုင် ၍``အို အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ်၏မိသားစုသည်အကျွန်ုပ်အတွက် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပြုတော်မူသောကျေးဇူး တော်နှင့်မထိုက်မတန်ပါ။-
19 Now this was a small thing in your sight, Lord Yahweh. You have even spoken about your servant's family for a great while to come, and have shown me future generations, Lord Yahweh!
၁၉အို အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အား ယခင်ကထက်ပင်ပို၍ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူပါသည်တကား။ လာလတ္တံ့သော ကာလ၌အကျွန်ုပ်၏သားမြေးတို့အတွက် ကတိတော်ပေးတော်မူပါပြီ။ အို အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ဤ အကြောင်းကိုလူတစ်ယောက်အားအသိ ပေးတော်မူပါသည်တကား။-
20 What more can I, David, say to you? You have known your servant, Lord Yahweh.
၂၀အကျွန်ုပ်သည်အဘယ်သို့ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထပ်မံလျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။ ကိုယ်တော် ရှင်၏အစေခံအကျွန်ုပ်အကြောင်းကိုကိုယ် တော်ရှင်သိတော်မူပါ၏။-
21 For your word's sake, and to fulfill your own purpose, you have done this great thing and revealed it to your servant.
၂၁ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိ၏အလိုတော်နှင့် အကြံအစည်တော်အရ ဤသို့ပြုတော်မူ ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်အားသွန်သင်စေရန် ဤကြီးမြတ်သည့်အမှုအရာများကိုပြု တော်မူပါပြီ။-
22 Therefore you are great, Lord Yahweh, for there is no one like you, and there is no God besides you, as we have heard with our own ears.
၂၂အို အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် အလွန်ကြီးမြတ်တော်မူပါသည်တကား။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကြားသိသမျှအတိုင်းကိုယ် တော်ရှင်နှင့်တူသောဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် မှတစ်ပါးအခြားဘုရားမရှိပါ။-
23 What nation is like your people Israel, the one nation on earth whom you, God, went and rescued for yourself? You did this so that they would become a people for yourself, to make a name for yourself, and to do great and fearful deeds for your land. You drove out nations and their gods from before your people, whom you rescued from Egypt.
၂၃အဘယ်လူမျိုးမျှကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူမျိုး တော်ဣသရေလလူမျိုးနှင့်နှိုင်းယှဉ်၍မရ ပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိ၏လူမျိုးတော် စစ်ချီလာချိန်၌အခြားလူမျိုးတို့နှင့် သူ တို့၏ဘုရားများအားနှင်ထုတ်တော်မူခဲ့ ပါ၏။ အီဂျစ်ပြည်တွင်ကျွန်ခံရာမှကယ် ဆယ်တော်မူခဲ့သောလူတို့ကိုမိမိ၏လူ မျိုးတော်ဖြစ်စေတော်မူပါ၏။-
24 You established Israel as your own people forever, and you, Yahweh, became their God.
၂၄ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ဣသရေလလူမျိုးအား မိမိထာဝစဉ်ပိုင်ရာလူမျိုးတော်ဖြစ်စေ တော်မူပြီ။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် ရှင်သည်လည်းသူတို့၏ဘုရားဖြစ်တော် မူပြီ။''
25 So now, Yahweh God, may the promise that you made concerning your servant and his family be established forever. Do as you have spoken.
၂၅``အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော့် ကျွန်နှင့်အိမ်ထောင်အတွက်ပေးတော်မူသော ကတိတော်ကိုထာဝစဉ်တည်မြဲစေတော် မူ၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်မိန့်တော်မူသည့်အတိုင်း ပြုတော်မူပါ။-
26 May your name be forever great, so the people will say, 'Yahweh of hosts is the God of Israel,' while the house of me, David, your servant is established before you.
၂၆ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏နာမတော်သည်အစဉ် အမြဲထင်ပေါ်ကျော်ကြားပါလိမ့်မည်။ လူ တို့က`အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏' ဟုအစဉ်အမြဲပြောဆို ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံ ဒါဝိဒ်၏မင်းဆက်ကိုလည်းတည်မြဲစေ တော်မူပါ။-
27 For you, Yahweh of hosts, the God of Israel, have revealed to your servant that you will build him a house. That is why I, your servant, have found courage to pray to you.
၂၇ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော့် ကျွန်အားဤအမှုအရာများကိုဖော်ပြ၍ ကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်၏သားမြေးများကိုမင်း မြှောက်တော်မူမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းမိန့်တော်မူ သောကြောင့် ကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်သည်ဤဆုတောင်း ပတ္ထနာကိုအထံတော်သို့တင်လျှောက်ဝံ့ ပါ၏။''
28 Now, Lord Yahweh, you are God, and your words are trustworthy, and you have made this good promise to your servant.
၂၈``အို အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် သည်ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကတိတော် တို့ကိုလည်းအစဉ်တည်မြဲစေတော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်အားဤအံ့သြဖွယ်သော ကတိတော်ကိုပေးတော်မူပါပြီ။-
29 Now then, let it please you to bless the house of your servant, so that it may continue forever before you. For you, Lord Yahweh, have said these things, and with your blessing your servant's house will be blessed forever.”
၂၉ကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်၏သားမြေးတို့သည်ရှေ့ တော်၌ ဆက်လက်၍မျက်နှာရစေရန်သူ တို့အားကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူပါ။ အို အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကတိ ထားတော်မူပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကောင်း ချီးမင်္ဂလာကိုကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်၏သားမြေး တို့ထာဝစဉ်ခံစားစေတော်မူပါ'' ဟူ၍ တောင်းလျှောက်သတည်း။
