< 1 Corinthians 6 >

1 When one of you has a dispute with another, does he dare to go to the civil court before an unbelieving judge, rather than before the saints?
Ung'wi wanyu nukete kemeli numuya, nukenda kuulamuli nuaantu nesinga ahueli kukila ntongeela nahueli?
2 Do you not know that the believers will judge the world? If then, you will judge the world, are you not able to settle matters of little importance?
Shamulengilene kina iahueli akuulamula unkumbigulu? Ang'wi mukulamula uunkumbigulu, shamuhumile kulamula imakani nimaninoo?
3 Do you not know that we will judge the angels? How much more, then, can we judge matters of this life?
Shamulengile kina kualamula iamalaeka? Kuugemeeli kee nuakukila, kuhumile kulamula imakani nalikalo uluu?
4 If then you have to make judgments that pertain to daily life, why do you lay such cases as these before those who have no standing in the church?
Ang'wi kuhumile kulamula imakani nalikalo ulu, kuneki nemusema nukutwala ntongeela kuawa nishaemika mitekeelo?
5 I say this to your shame. Is there no one among you wise enough to settle a dispute between brothers?
Kutambula aya kuminyala anyu. Kutilene nukete imahala muung'waanyu nukondile kuika imakani aya kisa kumuntu numuluwa?
6 But as it stands, one believer goes to court against another believer, and that case is placed before a judge who is an unbeliever!
Kuite anga uu niele itungo ile, muhueli ung, wi wenda kuulamuli nsoko amuhueli muya, nuusemi nuanso wiikwa ntongeela amulamuli numugila anga uhueli.
7 The fact that there are any disputes at all between Christians is already a defeat for you. Why not rather suffer the wrong? Why not rather allow yourselves to be cheated?
Itai inge kina kikole kimeli muahueli nakondya kuleta uusumbuli kung'waanyu. Kuneki muhite kaga nayanimabi? Kuneki mugombile kukongelwa?
8 But you have wronged and cheated others, and these are your own brothers!
Kuite matenda uubi nukuakongela niangiza, nao nianso gaa akaka niadada anyu!
9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not believe lies. The sexually immoral, idolaters, adulterers, male prostitutes, those who practice homosexuality,
Shamulengile kina awa nisha atai shanga akusala utemi nuakilunde? Lekikuhueli uuteele, uukosi, akulya adudu, agoolya, niafiraji, nialawiti,
10 thieves, the greedy, drunkards, slanderers, and swindlers—none of them will inherit the kingdom of God.
iii, abi, agala ntule, akembi, atukelani, kutile munu nukusala utemi nuakitunde.
11 That is what some of you were like. But you have been cleansed, you have been sanctified, you have been made right with God in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Nawa ae ang'wi ao aenyenye. Kuite makonda keligwa kuite makona kogigwa, kuite makonda kubagulwa mualuna kuite mutumile tai ntongeela ang'wi Tunda kulna nila Mukulu u Yesu Kilisto nung'waung'welu nuang'wi Tunda witu.
12 “Everything is lawful for me,” but not everything is beneficial. “Everything is lawful for me,” but I will not be mastered by any of them.
Maintu ehi magila anga ubi kung'waane, “Kuite singa kila ekentu kiza. Imantu ehi magila anga ubi kung'waane” Kuite singakikuntemya anga niking'wi kao.
13 “Food is for the stomach, and the stomach is for food,” but God will do away with both of them. The body is not intended for sexual immorality. Instead, the body is for the Lord, and the Lord will provide for the body.
Indya eze kunsoko anda, ninda kunsoko andyo, kuite Itunda ukuiheja yehi. Umuile singa umbilwe nsoko audosi kuleka ite, umuile inge kunsoko a Mukulu, nu Mukulu ukuitumila umuile.
14 God both raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power.
Itunda amuiukilye u Mukulu nusese palung'wi ukui usha kungulu yakwe.
15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take away the members of Christ and join them to a prostitute? May it not be!
Shamuinene kina imiili anyu unganeshilye nu Kilisto? Muhumilene kuipumya iungo niang'wa Kilisto nukende kuikinyinkani nuukosi? Shangaihumikile.
16 Do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute becomes one flesh with her? As scripture says, “The two will become one flesh.”
Shamuine kina nukinyinkanile nuukosi waina muiile ung'wi nuyo? Anga ulukani nululungile, “Abiili akulule muile ung'wi.
17 But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him.
Kuite nukukinyinkana nu Mukulu ukulula nkolo ing'wi palung'wi nuyo.
18 Run away from sexual immorality! Every other sin that a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.
Umanke uugoolya! “Kela umulandu newiutenda umuntu inge eze kunzi amuili wakwe. Kuite uugoli, umuntu witenda umulandu uwu mumuili wakwe ung'wenso.
19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives within you, whom you have from God? Do you not know that you are not your own?
Shamuinene kina imiile anyu inge itekeelo kung'wa ung'welu, nuikie mukati anyu, uyu naemupewe kupuma kung'wi Tunda?
20 For you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.
Kina aemuguilwe kunsoko. Kuite mumukulye Itunda kumiili anyu.
